It's a cute shop but that's it. First, I tried to use a prescription discount card (that worked fine at Fred Meyers) that they were unable to process because they lack the computer software for it - far worse though, they pretended at first that they were checking it (an older gentleman whispered loudly to the woman at the counter to just pretend to try it) instead of telling me the truth right out - I hadn't been rude at all so it was really weird how obviously and strangely they chose to handle the situation. Second, one of the women that work there was extremely rude to me on the phone on multiple occasions, for unclear reasons. Wanted to stick with the cute local place but not worth all the hassle.

Love it. Totally mom & pop not to mention that the vintage Parma paraphernalia are an attraction into themselves. Would so much rather support a small, historic and local business like this than another Walgreens or RiteAid, geh!

Good, old-fashioned, neighborly service, where you'll get on a first name basis if you go often enough. Lovely people will call you to let you know what is going on with your prescription. My first choice. Not the biggest selection on the shelves, but I've always found what I needed. Did I mention the nice people?

I've gone to Brooklyn Pharmacy most of my adult life and I'm thrilled that it's in my neighborhood. I think the pharmacy has helped me more than most doctors with solid advice. Not medical but just helpful matters. I highly recommend this for any and all. It is the best place in town to get your prescriptions and other needs.

I live in the nearby neighborhood and use this pharmacy. I have used a couple of others around not as good or are they convenient. They have always been very helpful. At times above and beyond. I love the small-town feel. No big cooperate not even knowing who you are when you are in there on a regular basis. That is refreshing to know that customer service still exists!
