This is a neighborhood pharmacy in Brooklyn. They also offer delivery but I have not yet used that service yet. I am personally not a big fan of big chain pharmacies. The wait times can be long and the service impersonal. This is exactly the opposite. Kings Pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. Their staff is knowledgable, personable, and friendly. The pharmacy owner is part of the community - he lives in the area and also works at the store. He showed genuine interest in me as a customer and offered a generic drug, when available to save me money. I am all about supporting small business owners, especially when they're genuinely good people. This is one that has earned my trust and loyalty and I am sure they will earns yours too. They also have a good variety of general supplies, candy, greeting cards, and over the counter drugs.

Horrible! If there was an option to give no stars I would. The pharmaceutical employees are very unprofessional and out right disrespectful. They need some customer service training or better yet look for a job that doesn't entail working with the public.

The staff is so irresponsible and and after every sentence they put me on hold. I work at a doctor's office and they are suppose to assist me but instead they asked me the same questions over and over. During the time period of a day I called them for many times with the same result, just at the end of the day I wanted to finish with them because the patient was waiting for that prescription and I decided to wait them how long it will be necessary, but I didn't realize that will be for about 1 hour and 20 minutes and just got switched from one person to another and just got asked the same questions over and over at the end I still did not get what I needed to do. They make it seem their are so busy maybe even busier than a huge pharmacy like CVS or Rite Aid who assist you right away, but this is just a small pharmacy with really bad staff. GET A BETTER STAFF

They are rude over the phone I called in a refill for my asthma pump the lady asks me when did they make the refill like how would I remember that all I know if I have refills for my pump that is now finish and would like to call in a refill she tells me well I should come in because she can’t help me . Thank god I called today and another lady was able to help me just by searching my DOB and name in 2 min my refill was put in like sheesh was it that hard?

The staff are uncaring, incompetent and dishonest. The waiting time is ridiculously long. After waiting hours to be served they will not inform you that they are out of stock of your medication. Their system is inefficient. Everytime I went they claimed there was an issue with my insurance, which always turned out to not be true. Everything here is overpriced and the staff pretend they do not hear you, walk off on you when you have questions and are always rude. Save yourself hours of your precious time and your sanity. Get your prescription filled elsewhere.

Very very very unprofessional every single day the staffs are late and when that happen they have to open the store at 9 o'clock a.m when the store is suppose to be open at 8 o'clock a.m.. FIX IT!
