Ordered my daughter's medication from them and the customer service was amazing. Same day service and less expensive than other pharmacies. Win-win!

Sketchy store front and poor customer service are what to expect here! Visiting this location, you will first notice that you can't just walk in. You have to be buzzed in by a security guard that looks like a club bouncer. Inside, the store shelves are mostly bare with 1 or 2 items haphazardly placed about. It looks like they had a mob of people buy things, and no one bothered to replace anything or even clean up. Conversations in store felt forced, and everyone seemed really busy and not caring that you are even there. Calling in was even worse. Speaking to a tech on the phone, he let it be known that he was annoyed I was talking to him and that he would have to do more work as he constantly tried to get out of doing anything I asked. I had to repeat myself multiple times as he was obviously not really listening to me either. Finally he took my number and said he would call back in an hour, that was weeks ago, and still no call back. Reading some of the other reviews of this place, and it becomes clear that my experience appears to be the norm. My advice, move along and go somewhere else. Doing business here would be playing with a ticking time bomb. Poor customer service, means they don't care about you as a customer, and more than likely don't care about their job either!! Which can be disastrous when working with drugs that could mean life or death for some people!!

Thank you Kaye's for finally making a version of Metronidazole that my little Milo will take without gagging!!! You guys rock. Never a problem. Always friendly and I love that I get it the very same day. You are AWESOME!

It's ME!

Poor customer service. Sadly they really don't understand how to speak to customers. I'm sure some might have had a good experience but I have not had a good experience. Quite the disappointment. I consider myself as easy to please but this place needs to work on how they speak to customers. Manager let's his employees talk down to customers. MT HIS would be a better place if they offer sincere customer service.

I visited this pharmacy a week ago when I was traveling. The pharmacy has doors with bars on it. I was buzzed in by a security guard who sat upfront. It seemed a bit sketchy because I had never seen a security guard at a pharmacy before. I turned in my prescription to a man upfront and I was told that it would be ready in the afternoon. Later that afternoon, I came in to pick up my medication and left. I came home and I noticed the medication was different in appearance than my usual medication. I called the pharmacy and spoke to a man. I explained my situation and I asked to speak to the manager. The man stated that the manager is busy and I would have to wait. I sat on the phone for 30 minutes and then I got the chance to speak to the manager. He said it was a mistake from the pharmacy and offered to redo the prescription, but I would have to pay for the difference between the two medications. Why should I pay for the difference if you screwed up my medication in the first place? This did not make sense to me. I hung up the phone and transferred my prescription to a CVS close to my hotel. This is the first and the last time that I'm using this pharmacy! Terrible service and sketchy staff and area. This pharmacy doesn't care about safety if they think that asking me to pay for the difference will simply fix the problem and make me a happy customer. I would give this pharmacy a zero out of five stars if I could. I won't be returning to this pharmacy when I visit Baltimore!

We’ve been getting our Great Dane’s medication from Kaye’s for almost a year and we’ve saved a lot of money! I’m super glad my Veterinarian switched pharmacies.

I just spoke with Renee Green regarding my prescription. Throughout the entire conversation, she interrupted me and spoke abrasively. I can accept any feedback regarding prescription coverage, etc. However, the delivery of her message was absolutely nasty and abraisive! I feel if you're passionate about your industry, you should strive to be CONSISTENTLY pleasant with customers!!! After repeatedly being cut off while speaking, I politely asked for the manager. Renee put me on hold for nearly five minutes then came back to the phone and told me Dwyane can't take my call. As we continued speaking, she said "Dwyane is standing right beside me and hears our entire conversation so my concerns have been heard". What this tells me is that the manager condones his subordinates being rude to customers because he stood by and did not intervene as Renee escalated . I have over $5,000 in prescriptions per month and I will NOT be using this pharmacy even if my life depended on it!!!!! How can we possibly demand more from our people if we don't even know how to treat our fellow man?! You have a moral and professiinal obligation to speak to customers with respect. Some people act as though they have a sense of entitlement to overtalk customers! This should have been a two way conversation NOT one where I was competing to be heard! Stop playing victim and recognize how you contributed to this horrific experience!
