Very rude front desk staff. I went for a school physical and 3 weeks later all of my paperwork is still not filled out. I’ve had 3 lab/test mix ups that has caused me to come back THREE times to get my blood drawn again and again. And when my lab results do come in I never receive the call that I was told I would get. Even got contacted by the medical director about my mix ups that the nursing/ medical staff caused only for them to continue to cause them. This was my first time here and I would NEVER come back again. I would highly recommend trying another clinic if you can, I believe they’re kind of new but if they continue with this care I doubt they’ll be around too much longer.

I went in and talked to the receptionist before switching doctors for my son. They tell me they would be able to see about walk-ins on that day for my 6 song. Then when he gets sick it all changes. I love being lied to. If you loved it to go here. We haven't even seen the doctor for the first time and I'm debating about switching Clinic already

I went for Dental. Quick appt, seen quickly, very nice, knowledgable, and understanding staff. I love it. Best dental office I have been to. The nicest people. They were able to help when other offices said they couldn't.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It's a nice clean facility but good luck getting the right treatment from this place. I went in for high blood pressure but received no help whatsoever. I found a great Dr in Munster who helped me tremedouesly. This place is a joke. There is not even a Doctor onsite, they bill you and your insurance for services you don't really need, they send you for labs and do nothing with them. This is probably why the place looks so nice. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Anywhere but here.
