I highly recommend Stephen and his company. They are trustworthy and caring. I left Stephen a frantic message after his normal business hours. He was kind enough to acknowledge my obvious anxiety and call me back right away. He was able to identify my issue by a picture I sent, educate me on the problem and provide me with the help I need. Very unprofessional. Stephen came out for an inspection on the 17th. Made some suggestions, I scheduled for him to come back out on 29th. I called on the 28th to confirm my appointment with him and to provide a work order of what he wanted to complete and to confirm the price. He said “he didn’t provide work orders and he will just seal any holes and do a normal pest control stuff”. He struggled to vocalize what he was coming to do. I explained “ I am not in that profession and I would like to know what’s happening” Stephen expresses that he has a lot of experience, but it was concerning he wasn’t able to explain what I should expect from the visit. He was very short and said he would call me back after he was finished with a client. However, instead I received this from Lynn from the company “At this point between scheduling, doing inspection, phones call, including which he was told he advised of lower price ($175 was in the Inspection Record which was emailed on June 17th) , etc. my tech alone has invested right at two hours on this. Now you want him to document a breakdown for you. We are a small company and it is not profitable for us to spend any additional time for a $175 service. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.” Not very professional to cancel an appointment less than 24hrs without a courtesy call. Anyway, KEEP LOOKING!

Had a mouse problem at my daughters house. She does not deal well with mice and was quite upset. Stephen came out after 9 pm that same evening and addressed the problem. We have a recurring service with him. His prices are very reasonable and he also has many other handyman skills too. Highly recommend.

Steve was one of the most professional outside contractors I have ever worked with. I had a bed bug infestation. I got in touch with his company by share luck by Googling exterminator. He spent 6 hours on his first visit and has come back 2 more times which is highly unusual. We now have our problem fixed, but going forward and we have a few bugs, Steve will be out here.

I previously used another local pest control company for a mouse problem that we had. I paid the previous company for about a year to come out on a quarterly basis to "take care" of the mice. They came out and baited, but never set traps or sealed any openings where the mice were entering our basement. Stephen came out, assessed the situation, plugged holes, set traps and bait and made some suggestions. He took what I considered a "problem" situation, and quickly turned it around. We used to set traps in the basement and catch a mouse in almost every one of them. Since Stephen started taking care of our house, we have only caught 2 mice in the last 3 months. I'd recommend him to anyone who is having "pest" issues.

I found Steve through Home Advisor. He called me back within 5 minutes and was out the same day on a Saturday within hours to take care of our bee problem. We had a nest in the attic and the bees had eaten through wallboard in our foyer. Hundreds of bees were flying around & my husband is allergic to bee stings.
