We live in Marlboro, NH, and had a problem with flying squirrels for about a year, we tried EVERYTHING imaginable to rid ourselves of our unwanted visitors, every home remedy and "old wives/ farmers" trick and every night squirrel playground in the walls, nothing worked. The real mystery was HOW they were getting in!?!? So, I had a friend refer Critter Solutions, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience! From the friendly call to Kim to schedule the appointment (when it was convenient for me, and immediate response) to the very in depth consultation with Gary at my house, he not only somehow found where they were getting in he walked me out and showed me. Then humanley rid us of them. He also took the time to show us other areas that might be of consequence down the road. The whole experience consisted of three visits (again at MY convenience) and NO MORE SQUIRRELS, and all for far less money than we thought (part of the reason we tried so many things for so long before we called)and Gary warranties his work! We will definitely be using them again and referring them to anyone with a pest issue!! Thank you Gary and Kim!!!

Gary was under contract with the previous home owner for flying squirrels and bats. After we bought the house he continued to come out not only assist in removing these critters, but he educated me on how to be proactive and reactive to these uninvited guests. Months later we had a bee problem - I'd say a few hundred yellow jackets. I called Kim around 10am and Gary was at my house dealing with the nest at 1pm the same day. Highly recommended!
