We bought our house a little over 2 years ago. Within a few months we realised the house was infested with bats, flying squirrels and mice. We hired Bennett WildLife to clean and excavate the bats which costs thousands of dollars. Bats kept entering the home for months after. Not sure if they stopped because of the season or if the problem was finally fixed. However, the other night a bat once again appeared in the upstairs bathroom. We contacted Keith just to have him come remove it and put back in the woods in the backyard. He told me we would be charged $125 inspection fee. We then inquired if that covered going back up in the attic to inspect. Keith laughed at the question and said no. Keith lives 5 minutes from our home. I'm guessing it would take him a little over 10 minutes to come over, walk up the stairs handle the bat and gently remove it back into the wild in the backyard as he had done with several other bats he has removed from our home. We were willing to pay a reasonable rate. However, $125 which he stated was an inspection fee did not make sense. On top of the $125 we would be charged 4 percent interest for using a credit card. We feel like money is more the priority then good customer service. With this being said we will no longer use Bennett Wildlife and will not be referring family or friends in the lakes region.

I was extremely disappointed with this service. I was overcharged and he initially refused to provide me with an itemized bill. When he did it was fabricated to match how much he charged me. After a lot of back and forth, he lowered the price slightly but I recommend to use someone other than this service. If you do use it, ask for an itemized bill up front and for his hourly rate. He told me after the fact that he charges $80/hour, so perhaps I made a mistake by trusting him to begin with.

We had raccoons in the ceiling of our newly purchased house. Keith and his son came out, quickly found the point of entry under our front porch, and proceeded to trap 3 raccoons. He boarded up the entry point, built a great looking fence to prevent animals from getting under the porch, and also closed up entry points around the eves of our house to prevent other critters from getting in. It was great dealing with him. He's passionate about the work he does, and takes a lot of pride in doing quality work. He exceeded our expectations.
