Jason H. from arrow cane to my house last week to check for mice. He was very thorough in his search both inside the house and outside the perimeter he was professional in explaining what signs to look for. Personally I think Jason has shown me what a professional, customer service oriented inspector should be. He didn’t just treat the issue and run, he inspected possible areas and suggested remedies. He spent additional time go in the second attic to ensure nothing was up there. He made a follow up visit to check traps and showed up on time and treated my house like it was the first time. I Cant ask for more than that. I continue to proudly use arrow for our annual exterminating services but I will now personally request Jason H for any and all services. thank you.

Best for Mice in the Twin Cities- Quick, professional, efficient, and inexpensive! I had mice re-entering my basement every summer and fall for the past 2 years. Each time I would put out traps and/or poison but they always came back. When I finally called Arrow, they came out next day, quickly found where the mice were entering (in a 1in gap under a bay window), sealed it up, and finished in about an hour. Said that if the mice come back again, they will come out for FREE. These were the only guys who actually want to get rid of your mice, not take advantage of ongoing fees. They were awesome.

Alain was excellent and came over the same day I called as I saw some mouse droppings. He performed a thorough inspection of my home, setup traps and sealed any hole’s mice may come in from. I originally had Terminix who told me they would put down glue traps and if I wanted to have them seal holes, I would need to sign up for the rodent exclusion service that would cost over 1k dollars. I explained to them what is the point of the monthly service I was paying for and they told me this service wasn’t included. I cancelled my contract and signed up for monthly service thru Arrow. I wish I had found their company earlier as I wasted a lot of money with Terminix for little gain. Alain, thanks for being so helpful!

We had a small mice problem last November (attic) and Arrow came highly recommended so we gave them a call. Right away, you could tell that these guys were professionals as they thoroughly inspected both the inside and outside of the house for any entrance points and evidence of mice. It is now March 2nd and we have been mouse free since last year. I schedule Arrow to come once a month or so to followup for the peace of mind and it's been great. Special thanks to William at Arrow Pest Control. William went above and beyond and I believe he truly addressed the entrance point(s) leading into the house. Thanks Arrow!
