Warning: Do NOT use Jeff or Enviro-treat for any reason. We signed a year contract with Jeff, pre-paid our $500 (as required), he was friendly/polite, he serviced our house for two months and then simply disappeared. We contacted him many times by email and phone and when we finally got hold of him, he said that he had received all of our messages but didn’t feel the need to return our calls/emails. He admitted that he was legally obligated to give us a significant refund since he had only fulfilled two of the ten months of the contract (but already been paid for the entire year), but after 3 more months of requesting the refund with well over a dozen emails (none of which he replied to), we never received our money back. He knowingly committed fraud and we wish we had done a check for reviews of him and his company before we hired him, as we now see that he has done this to many other customers. He’s running a fraudulent business and should be avoided.

We have been a customer of Envirotreat since 2011. Jeff is super knowledgeable, professional and responsive when it comes to ensuring our home is safe and secure from any pesky invaders. His rates are great and he will never try to up sell you on anything. I had originally hired him to rid my attic of birds, and since then he comes out regularly to ensure we don’t have any termites or other issues in our around the house. He does all this without the use of harsh or toxic chemicals.
