Randy is phenomenal!!!! Very thorough...very knowledgeable at what he does. He actually takes the time to explain to you what he's doing....why he's doing it and what you should expect after the treat is completed. It's one thing to have you home treated for any type of pests (ours fire ants in particular)...but its definitely another to have your house treated and actually being told what you need to know and why. Ecoshield is a great company. We were having problems with our past pest control company so a simple google search led us to a few options. Seeing the spectacular reviews, we decided to try out Ecoshield for our ant problem. Randy came out and serviced our house on the first visit. He is VERY meticulous in his work, such as unscrewing EACH outlet cover to clean out dust and place repellent inside of it. Because of this…and their follow-up visits, our ant problem is gone, so living/eating in our house isn’t stressful anymore – we can keep food out on our counters and not see a swarm of ants in the morning

I must admit that I was first, VERY skeptical with EcoShield since I had never heard of them before. I am now sold on this new company after the owner, Randy, made a special trip to my place to explain his company, their services, and why their license number was not available when I asked for it (FYI: they received it right after). Earlier in August two young men in EcoShield uniforms came around my neighborhood offering pest control services and to “sweep” the weep holes (I know them as bird hole covers) and under the roof eaves. I asked them to please repeat the services because I already have an excellent pest control company EXCEPT it does not offer sweeping the weep holes and eaves... and it would be the same price! I thought this might be a gimmick, since at the time of solicitation they did not have their license, so when Randy made a special trip to my place to explain his company, I felt more comfortable that it was indeed a legit company. In fact, I asked him to come back later to do a termite inspection (I recently learned that one of my neighbors just experienced ground termite infestation, which was alarming to me since I am connected to them). Randy came promptly today as scheduled and had his team ready to do the inspection. His team included Andy, “Da Bug Doctor” who is a walking encyclopedia about termites and bugs. Andy offered knowledge and suggestions on what homeowners need to know about pest/termite control. A winning team! I am sold on Randy’s company...incredible services and caring!

Excellent customer service!! Very informative, Justin explained the entire process step by step. It's been an hour since they left I checked along the foundation of our home usually you would see ants crawling up to get under the siding they're completely gone. We have 3 dogs, a cockatiel and a turtle it's good to know their products are pet friendly. Very affordable, I would definitely recommend ecoshield to my family and friends. Job well done guys!!

Today was only our second service appointment. I was able to notice the different right away. Just like they said, I would see more bugs right after as they disturbed their nests, and then I would see less. Since we didn’t have an issue .. yet.. and hired this company as soon as we started seeing a few german roaches here and there (3 too many for my taste..) they were able to kill them right away. We saw like 4 more after they came and haven’t seen any since. I will continue their service indefinitely to make sure they don’t coma back. We are completely impressed with this company. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with their service. If you are thinking of hiring a pest control company, let me tell you.. they are the ones! Aloha, my name is Karen. Like most of you, I was hesitant to do business w/ Ecoshield Hawaii. The price was too good to be true. I had so many questions & doubts and I didn't want to get ripped off.Prior to doing business, I did some research & yes there were some negative reviews but nothing I considered serious. I have then a chance as I was pretty desperate. We have been trying for many years to get rid of the roaches, spiders, fleas, centipedes and most importantly the RATs!! Obi was our technician. He was very professional, patient & answered all my questions then got right down to business. The service we received was more than I expected. Everything he said he was going to do, he did. He came back 2 weeks later & I was actually excited to see him to tell him thank you!! What ever he did, WORKED!! OBI DID A FANTASTIC JOB & WE ARE ALL SO GRATEFUL & THANKFUL. Impressed with Randy and his company!!! We had roach traps that just weren’t cutting It I knew we needed some pros - my dad and stepmom recommended Randy at EcoShield- who they just started using as well. They were using another company but were blown away by Randy, his team, and services that they decided to quit the other company and use Ecoshiled! After speaking with Randy, he was able to come the next day and get started! He took the time to see where the problem areas were, patched up some holes, and explained everything to me. Like did you know those “bombucha” B-52 roaches can lay 800 eggs a year and the smaller ones can lay 3,000 eggs a year?

Great service, very knowledgeable, they use the best and most updated insecticides! Its pretty cool to see the different baits they use. They actually set up a buffet to bait them!! It’s great knowing the insecticides works efficiently and my grand babies and pets are safe from the harmful stuff other companies use. The best thing is knowing their actually treating my home and yard, the exterminator is at my place for at least 30-40mins. I have been with other companies that would be in and out in less than 10mins.

From the very first experience with Randy I felt my problems with the pests that I had, would be taken care of, and safely for me and my family. Believe me I battled them for years but it finally could not be controlled. And Ecoshield came to the rescue. I was surprised that they brought it under control pretty fast, since I was battling with it daily. Since then everyone that has serviced my home, Rex , Ramon have been really fantastic as well. Getting the job done is there main concern and they have also been so knowledgeable and the information I’ve gotten has been a great learning experience for me as well. Having the many parties that I host and not having those ants and roaches has been a relief for me and my guests, as I live by the water and they like to be in the patio. No more screams and jumping up and running inside. I recommend them highly, I will continue to use their services forever. It is worth it for my peace of mind and my guests. Was having a cockroach issue and ironically a week later I got a flyer for this company ECOSHIELD. Called them up and they have very competitive rates but what I was sold on was the customer service. The sales rep Joseph was very straight forward and was able to have a technician come out that day. The technician Jasper was amazing as well...very down to earth, professional, and did a great job. We have been a customer of Eco-Shield Kaneohe for almost a year now. They come over every other month and take care of the pests in our yard. We took the free termite inspection when they sprayed our yard last week. Ramon was very thorough with his termite inspection. He told us where the termites were. I was skeptical at first until he shot a solution in a tiny hole in the wall which I never would have seen and live termites crawled out!! He came back this today to do the termite treatment. We had such a problem with cockroaches in our kitchen. It felt like we were fighting a losing battle with the over the counter products. Eco shield came in and we haven’t seen a single one since!
