They always just show up and sometimes I'm not home and then I get a note, "we were unable to treat the following areas......since the area was locked." Easily solved if you had only called first. This always results in me calling back and asking them to return. Doesn't seem efficient to me.

I definitely give Fahey a 5 star rating. I have used a lot of different pest and lawn care companies and they are by far the best. Steve came out and walked me through the yard showing me overwatered areas with clover grass and pest problems on my shrubs and grass. He showed me what I needed to do on my end with the sprinkler system set on the correct timing for all areas explaining how the different types of sprinklers put out water at a different rate. I definitely got the education I needed. He was quick to follow up and very professional. My yard is looking so much better. Don’t waste your time and money with any other lawn and pest company. It’s taken me a while to find the best, but I’m so glad I did!

My Mom and I decided to go with Fahey after I tried to do my own pest control. It was a hard, sweaty job for me and we still saw palmetto bugs only 2 weeks after treatment! Well educated in latest in bug zapping. Overcame adversity when spray nozzle connector broke and still delivered the goods the old fashion way....with a hand pump and backpack sprayer. I had an issue with rats being able to access my attic and make it their home. I had 2 other pest control companies at my house to close up all entry areas and contracted with one for trapping. I also had an individual who specialized in rodent removal check the exterior and attic and a roofing company check the attic and roof for damage. I called Fahey to see about insulation replacement and they sent Steve to my house for a free consultation. He was the 5th party to check my house for entry points and was the only one that found the hole in the roof where the rats were still able to get in as a board had water damage and had rotted leaving a nice size hole for the rats to enter. Steve was amazing! He spent 1.5 hours at my house, answered all my questions, was extremely thorough, made excellent suggestions and also found that my dryer roof vent and another j-joint vent on the roof had a bad screen leaving yet another vulnerable entry point. I can’t thank Steve and Fahey enough. Highly recommend!

We contracted with Fahey for preventative pest control measurements when we first built our home a few months ago and have most recently contracted with them to do our preventative extermination. From the people who answer the phones when you call to make an appointment for an estimate to Robert the gentleman who comes out to assess your needs to the techs who came out to perform the work - every single person is polite, pleasant, professional, knowledgeable! They wear protective shoe covers in your home (love that!) and are meticulous and thorough in their work...explaining each item you receive with the package you choose. About two years ago Fahey came out and did a fantastic job getting everything sealed so this was a bit of a mystery. Pam took her time to walk around the house to check all the eaves, etc which were still perfectly sealed. It took a bit, but Pam located the source of entry which was highly disturbing: the rats literally dug their way in through a hole by the A/C line and were able to crawl up into the attic. Pam arranged to have someone come out for trapping and to look at the hole outside, and she also talked with me about having Fahey perform monthly pest control. I signed up for everything! Pam was great: super personable, knowledgeable and she was really nice to my dog (which is obviously the most important thing next to getting the rats out). Glen came on Thursday and did my first monthly treatment. He was so nice, also very knowledgeable, and he’s also a dog lover. I asked a bunch of questions about what he was doing which he answered (I’ve never had monthly pest control service). He was thorough and took his time, and was very kind when I had a small melt-down about the rats. Jeremiah also came on Thursday to start the rat trapping process. He quickly got to work figuring out how to get the hole blocked from the inside to make sure they couldn’t get back in. Before he left, he took the time to double check the eaves again just to make sure everything was sealed, and even went a step further to make sure something on the roof was good, too. He was also really nice, very friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions. He came back the next day to clean the traps and we caught two so far! Finally, when the accounting department was setting up my account, they noticed a small calculation error on my monthly pest control bill in my favor. I received a really nice email from Deb who explained what happened and that she had it corrected. Frankly, I would have never noticed and most likely wouldn’t have cared (it was 30 bucks), but Deb taking the time to email me about the mistake and that it was already corrected speaks to the integrity and ethics of Fahey and the commitment they have to their clients. In summary: great company, great service, and most importantly, great people. I’d give 6 stars if that was an option.

Pam was wonderful!! She didn't try to sell us on something we didn't actually need, and being in sales myself, I KNOW how important that is. Obviously because of her NOT being pushy and actually being considerate to what we DID need, we would give her our money all day haha. See how that works? lol that's how it's done. The 5 star reviews for Fahey are 100% all real now that I've been able to see how they work firsthand. What we initially called them for, thankfully, was not as extreme as we expected. But the customer service from Pam, as well as the fantastic reviews for years with this company, it sold us on moving forward with one of their monthly packages. We can handle a lot on our own, but some things are better left for the pros, and I'm more than confident leaving it to Fahey.

Geovanni arrived as scheduled, introduced himself and explained the work that he was here to do. He showed me prime entry points for bugs and explained what I, as the homeowner, could do to prevent entry. He thoroughly treated the interior and checked all the bait and sticky traps, explaining how they worked to me and what to look for. He also explained how bugs might react to the treatment, what to do if I see bugs in the short-term and to call Fahey if I see bugs after that. Finally, he explained the future schedule and treatment plan. Geovanni was pleasant and professional, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and informative.
