He came and did not inspect the house only in one corner and said the wood for that corner only needs to be changed. Termites don't fly to the 2nd floor! They come from the ground. This is not our first experience with termite control inspection. We needed a complete inspection and he was rushing and rejecting my request to check rest of the house. Very unprofessional.

Do not know what customer service is!!!! The first time they came in time,Did not come with all the equipment to complete the job , he said he will have to come back the day after, no one came and no one called to let me know! they Let me wait until the evening and nobody came! The day after I called them and they said they really sorry that the technician was sick, I asked why they did not call to let me know and they said the technician haven't told them that he should go back the day after, the secretary said she was very "sorry" and the technician will arrive today (Thursday ) 5 pm and she just hung up on me. Guess what? No one has showed up and no one called. Recommended continue to browse and look for another company! Shame on you newport exterminating ! Btw the guy name was Jimmy.

Eric from Newport Exterminating has been servicing my home for years. I HATE spiders and he takes special care to eliminate or reduce the amount of spiders at my house. I have a dog and Eric is good at communicating with me when he is coming so I can keep my dog out of the yard after Eric sprays. I feel fortunate that I have been able to work with the same technician for so many years because Eric provides me exceptional service and he's a delight to work with.

Mr. Jeff Harmon of Newport Exterminating inspected and published a report that no termites existed during the inspection. I entered the property 8 days later and saw droppings in the garage. I called another termite inspection and found that there are termites in the attic, garage walls and front of the garage. I put an offer on this home partially based on no termites. I now have to have the home tented! I am no expert, but termite droppings are evident and easy. I am very disappointed and recommend to all - buyer beware with Newport Exterminating.

Very professional. Our HOA hooked us up with Newport to close up a small vent under our eaves on our second floor that served as an entryway for tiny birds to make nests in the wall of our condo. When the birds left the nest in late spring, their left over nasty little bird mites made there way into our home looking for a tasty snack and leaving itchy bites all over us. Newport stopped by when we weren’t home to investigate and sent me a photo to confirm that they had the correct location above our carport. Did the work and we didn’t even have to be home. Now when next spring rolls around I won’t have to burn my house down getting rid of these tiny monsters! Thanks a million!

Called Newport Pest for a quote/ inspection they came out to the property and removed some siding, did not replace it. Called back three times, and they could care less..
