The party went smoothly, the party hosts were very sweet and accommodating through most of the party. However, when we first arrived, no one explained anything. I was told to have guests there at 2:30 to sign the waivers and watch the safety video. No one started the video until 2:45 so we were just waiting around. The worst was at the end of the party. I checked in on FB because my contract said that I would receive $10 off. I brought that to the attention of the staff and the owner tried to tell me only $5.00 because he let the parents play laser tag even though parents play free. He tried to tell me only enough parents that equal up to the number of children i paid for. It never said that anywhere and even IF that was the case, with parents included it was 13 people and I paid for 12. Then he tried to tell me that they do not accept checks even though there is a sign on the register that says "$25.00 return check fee." I pointed that out and then he accepted the check with a major attitude. During laser tag I had taken my jacket off and placed it with every one else's and my jacket went missing. When I reported it to the front desk they brushed it off and said they call if it was found. And lastly, after I left, my friend was there waiting for her ride, and they then bad mouthed me to each other about how I "didn't want to pay." Its not that I didn't want to pay, I wanted what I was promised. You can't change the rules after someone has their party. Very unprofessional. Will never go there again.

We had such a great party here for my twins’ 5th birthday. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure throughout that they were helping exactly how I wanted them to. The kids all had a blast, and I hardly lifted a finger! Exactly what I wanted! I really recommend Jumping Jungle if you want a great party where they manage all the details for you.

One of the best places to host a party in central NJ :) Jumping and Laser tagging is a fabulous theme to engage kids from 1 through teenages. Another cool thing about partying at JJ is that parents get to join in the laser tagging fun too! My 3 year old and the guests had a blast! The owner Mo and staff including Manager Rene are one of the most genuine and nicest people you will meet who know the nuances of customer delight! From event management to catering to serving food - they coordinated all aspects of the event amazingly well! Recommend this in a heartbeat!

First of all jumping jungle is a ok place but they should clean the arcade a little. Second they get papa johns which I do not like and it is ok if they have it but they should let the family pick the food not the company. And last of all they put the gifts in a garbage bag with the pizza sideways I could not believe that. Who would do that to a pizzas that has left overs. Don’t recommend going here.

I just had my sons 2nd birthday party here on Saturday 8/4/16 and i was completely unsatisfied with every aspect of what was suppose to be a fun and special day for my son. For starters ALL the jumping equipment was deflating horribly; kids under age 5 were sinking in and you could feel the holes where the air was coming out! Also, when came time for the party room the so called hosts didnt even bring out my sons additional cake and cupcakes that i brought in until i asked them why it was not out and they looked confused and had no idea about it apparently! Also the girls hosting literally stood in the corner with arms crossed and did not interact with the kids whatsoever! And the girl cutting the cake cut it like a 5 year old would, completely massacring it. And to top it all off while the girls were wheeling our gifts out to the car the girl put muy sons cupcakes laying on there side in the cart so we fixed them to put them up right and then minutes later the girl dropped/ dumped my sons CAKE and CUPCAKES on the ground ruining them and also broke a glass present in one of the gift bags! I am OUTRAGED and disgusted with the management! i called and spoke with her about everything and all she could say was that she apologized and thats all she said she could do! She completely disregarded that my sons cake and cupcakes were now destroyed which was a good amount of cake and almost all cupcakes,. She didnt refund for ANYTHING that was destroyed or broken! These people charged me roughly $545 for this party that they ruined and was a complete disappointment. I was more annoyed at the fact that i already paid my bill and left the girls a tip before they destroyed my sons cake and broke a gift, which i shouldnt have left at all based on EVERYTHING else they did wrong to ruin the day! I would not recommend ANYONE here ! i am so disappointing. Thanks jumping jungle for completely ripping me off and not taking responsibility for my sons gift and cake and cupcakes and our horrible service and misleading website! I blame the management of this place and they lost out on 2 more parties my family members were going to book before the experience we all had! I had family drive from NEW YORK to come and this was truly disappointing

If I could give a 0 star I would. This place is extremely unorganized. The people do not engage with the party goers. We had to ask multiple times for basics like plates and utensils. Only one pitcher of coke and diet were provided for a group of 40 people! The food is marked up Papa Johns and Subway! With nothing that I asked for. Save your money and stay far far far away. I’m surprised they have as many positive reviews as they have.

My kids ages 4,5, and 8 all love Jumping Jungle. We've been there for birthday parties and open jump sessions. Very clean and a pretty nice staff. Parents are also allowed to jump and slide... although climbing those slippery ladders that were made for little feet can be quite a calorie burning workout. You can also get great deals on groupon and livingsocial.

Had my child's birthday party here recently and I was incredibly disappointed. I can't see how they've even earned the one star but my child did have a bit of fun so ....For starters the staff was aloof and uninterested. Several parents complained about a staff member having inappropriate conversations in front of them and the children, they weren't energetic more like dragging and tired. The gift area isn't monitored or safe. I got into an argument with a parent from a different party whose child took things out of my child's gift cart. The party room was too small and couldn't accommodate my big party without parents having to loiter in the hall. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different inflatable play center.

Kids love it, but it's a little small, there isn't much variety, and there's only a small window of time (90 mins) each day when it's open to the public. They did recently add a section for toddlers, which is nice, but again, it's small and doesn't have much variety. I'm spoiled due to an amazing indoor playground we used to frequent near our former residence.

Attended a party last week at the newly renovated Jumping Jungle and was pleasantly surprised at the facility, the attractions offered (included bounce time and laser tag). My 10 year old had an amazing time at Jumping Jungle I would rate this attraction as compared to Bounce U or Chuck-e-cheese because of the attractions, organization of events and catering (these guys offer a mean Veg Pizza make sure to try that out).

Only spent 20 mins here the first time we went... there was a open laser tag jump going on which means the area is open to everyone but theres going to be a laser tag going on so it's dark. I recommend checking the jump schedule online before going so get enough time there. The bounce balloons were fun and there weren't many kids so our son got the place to himself!

I had my daughter’s 9th Birthday Party here on Saturday and it was a lot of fun! Everyone I spoke with was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated that parents were invited to bounce along with the kids and our party hosts, Alicia and Mariah, were great. It was also very nice that they had a small play area for the littler ones. Overall a great experience!

The day I went to this place, there was 3 parties in a place that fits only 1 party..the food rooms are very small, it can't hold more than 12 people.

We celebrated my son's 8th birthday in Jumping Jungle. Kids had lot of fun. My son said that is best birthday he ever had. Place was clean and staff was friendly. First kids played in inflatables followed by laser tag and then staff played some games with kids making it interactive and safe and then the cake and party. We didn't had to do much work, every thing was taken care and kids enjoyed party. We will be back for open jump sessions.

This place is great for small children. The only downside is it’s size and it gets crowded fast. Otherwise it’s an awesome time for your children. Be prepared for a workout if you’re doing the obstacle course with them, but it’s loads of fun.

I attended a birthday party at this location. It was 2hrs long. One hour of jumping and another hour in the "party" room. My daughter did not want to be in the party room as it was tiny and extremely overcrowded. I thwn tried taking her to go back to jump and they literally kicked us out of the play area and deflated the bouncy houses without at least explaining the process. I then had to go back to the party room that was tiny and not very clean. My daughter and i were not happy campers.

We have attended two birthday parties here and my son had a blast both the times! The place is really clean and neat and the staff is really well organized. The parents can join the jumping fun as well for the party. There are some open days for laser tag event in the facility, They do have 2 massage chairs if parents just want to take turns to sit back and relax instead while they wait for children.

We recently had my daughter's 4th birthday party at The Jumping Jungle. It was so much fun! The place was clean and tidy. The staff was great. They were very attentive and also good with the kids. Daniel was especially sweet and joking around with my daughter. He was helping her climb up one of the blow up obstacles that she couldn't climb herself. I would definitely recommend having an event here. We plan to go back again soon just for fun. Thanks, again JJ!

We went there around 4:15 pm and when we paid for open jump no one told us their time sensitive policies and it was not even written on their receipt. They had one area for slides but then after 10-15 min i took my son to jumping zone and they had told us that all the jumping zones are booked for parties. we ended up leaving without playing in any other bouncies.

Please save your money! I had my daughters first birthday here this past January. The problems started as soon as we arrived. I had the last slot of the night because we paid to rent out the WHOLE place. Upon arrival my guest were told they had to wait because the other party "was not ready to stop jumping". Then once inside the workers tending the bouncers were on their phones, not even paying attention nor engaging. At one point the supervisor on duty(so I assume) called me, mommy, into a back room where she was hosting a staff meeting to inform me that the other party was not done eating so they were unprepaired for the delay and that they would have to move us to another party room. Sure no problem. Once in the room, we were rushed to eat. Keep in mind, it's about 20 1-10yr olds. Once they were done, we had to relocate to the other party room where they had set the cake up. Then once again we were rushed to eat and cut the cake. The girls cut the cake so bad we ended up throwing it away. Looked like my daughter cut it... and she's 1. Then came the fun part. We had expected 32kids but some didn't make it due to the snow. I was informed but the venue owner that if this did occur that we'd only have to pay to the kids that attended. The cashier was not trying to hear that. She was pressed on making me pay over $700 for a party that was no more that $500. After a share of words, we met half way. And after it all she didn't even honor the coupon the manger put on my invoice about 15% off if paid in cash. Overall a very unorganized place. The kids had fun but the adults noticed the unprofession without me opeing my mouth. Terrible service. Would give no stars is possible.

The staff was really helpful and really made my son feel special. We didn’t feel rushed at all. There was one other party right after us. The kids were exhausted by the time we left. The party space was good. We had 20 kids and their parents. We will be back again!

My daughter had her Bday here. Clean, fun, and orderly! We had over 25 people and everyone sang Jumping Jungle's praises! Been to other jumping locations, and this one knocked them all all out the ballpark! People complaining about the prices are straight up cheapo's! Shame on you! You can not even make a party at your house for cheaper without the hassle! The worker's were attentive, place was clean, food was included, everything was great for what you paid for. A value all in all!

This place was clean but on the smallish side. When we got to the open jump, there was a concurrent bday party, which had requested a "glow in the dark" party so the whole place was really dark- my kids were scared of going inside the bouncy castles (they don't scare easy!). they had a "reserved" section (half of the area for the party) and we couldn't access it till the last 15-20 minutes. So when I go again, I will definitely ask them if there is a concurrent bday party because that limited the kids fun. Otherwise it was a good time.

We really like Jumping Jungle, the staff is nice and kind, it is a great place for toddlers, preschoolers and little kids to have fun and to be in a clean environment. This is our 3rd year in a row that we spend some time during spring, fall and winter. The price per visit is right and sometimes we have a coupon for a half price. As parents can ride/jump along with our kid but now my little one is 4 and she doesn't need help so I can seat and relax at the same time she is having fun. Making a reservation in advance is great so you don't have to worry about it because sometimes is full specially when the snow or rain comes.

A good place for kids to jump around and have fun. There is at least six big inflatable playground for kids with different activities: Slides, bouncing, crawling, basketball hoops, etc. I like how plenty of staff members are always around checking on the kids and they are quick to act if they see any kids doing anything unsafe. There is a small section for toddlers (less than 3 years) though I was sure I saw some children a bit older there. There is also very little to do for kids of that age in that section. Since there is not much activities for them. There is a separate party room for parties, plenty of parking outside and while you can just come in at their open hours, you should check the open hours schedule to be aware of the times. I was very pleased with the friendly staff and the safe environment.

I have had 2 birthday parties this year hosted by jumping jungle for my 2 year old son and my 6 year old daughter! Both experiences where good, no issues and my kids as well as my guests had a blast. The parties are organized and you get 2 attendants who assist the kids with your party.

I made my daughters birthday in this place they are not helpful and they took the cake from me because the room was busy and made it melted because they didn’t put the cake in the fridge plus I paid for 5 large pizza they put only 4 plus when we eat they told us you must go out from the room or we will charge you , they used all my stuff they don’t want to bring they cups and plates i have very bad experience with them and i will not go their even for the open jump.

It's total fun..my son love to go there.Kids can climb, slide, bounce, play laser tag and have fun.Its mainly divided into two parts so they open first for half time and then another one for other half time .whenever we went there always some birthday party celebration was going on.I like this place as it's clean and well managed but some staff member I have observed doesn't care much and some are very attentive. And yes it's not walk-in you have to mail them first for reservation.

Tickets should be $15 this place is not a jumping facility all the staff do is run around and tell the kids no jumping. It’s bouncy houses with little run and climb obstacles. They should change their name to The Jungle and drop the JUMP. If your looking for a jump go to SKY zone for $19.99 not $35.00 and you’ll have a better experience. I’m giving 3 stars because they don’t have working cameras in the facility and the place needs remodeling the building looks like it was built in the 1940s . I went But never would i waste my time again SKY ZONE it is for me. Guess I set my self a terrible level of expectation.

My 2.5 year old had fun the second and third times she's been there this year. It has about 5 jumping/slide down stations and about four kick/throw ball stations. The staff are nice and allowed me to escort my kid on the stations. It can be a little chaotic during peak times, but you and your kid can manage to have fun and be safe. I think older kids 3-8 yrs old will have fun, and it's affordable for about an hour of entertainment; about $8 for visit. It could improve with a few more attractions. We'd go there again.

We had an awesome birthday party for my daughter there. We had bounce and bubbles party theme. Bubbles were very popular with all ages(toddlers to adults) and were worth adding to the package. The party hosts were also very supportive and pleasant to everyone. The place has proper lights and a toddler play area which for us was the advantage they have over many other party venues.

Not a lot of apparatus to play on, only 3 pieces and then the laser tag area and an area for younger children. Again, the area for young children really only had 1 slide, and 1 tunnel (worm) to play on. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Please don't host your kids birthday party here. Very rundown place with miser owners. No decorations and assistants removed the air from the inflatable even before the time slot was over. The guns for laser tag were so heavy for kids. There is no dedicated place to distinguish Birthday star with rest of kids. Spoons, forks were not provided and napkins seemed luxury item! To complete the most boring experience was the bill with asking for TIPS in BOLD. I don't think it should be added when packages have been selected. TIP for what? I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. There are so many other options..Jersey Jump, BSC or even Chuck-e-cheeses.

We had an amazing experience here for our daughter’s 4th birthday. The staff Ally and Justin were super helpful and even went the extra mile to try and comfort a child who was upset during the food portion. They are very professional and clean. I definitely will be back.

Attended a kids birthday party. It was nice. The staff and the facility were very organized. The areas were sectioned off, which was nice because it made it easier to keep track of your kids. The rooms and area were nice and clean.

It was ok... a breath of fresh air from all of the Staten Island locations we've been to... Everything felt rushed because they book parties that overlap each other by a half hour.... I understand its a business at the end of the day, but at what expense? I think they should consider restructering the time slots to better acommodate the customer... Pizza is from Papa Johns, so don't expect anything spectacular... But otherwise, you get what you pay for. Price is reasonable, people are helpful, eating area is a bit cramped.... Overall we were happy we did it.

As a mom even though you think you are prepare the day before the party your a nervous wreck from there on. We had such an amazing time from waiting in the waiting room to literally leaving out the jumping jungle door. Kids were impatiently waiting super excited and especially the birthday girl. The staff was so amazing and understanding you did such a great job hiring the perfect staff. They did everything to the T! From decorating to serving the food, drinks, and the cake. The only thing I didn't like that the bouncer after everything was nicely decorated by his staff he comes in the room and tells me I wasn't allowed to use tape when the entire room is filled with it. I asked before I made the deposite if I was allowed to hang a few things when the lady was showing me around and I'm sure she was one of the owners and she told me yes. I find it very disrespectful that he made it seem like I filled the entire wall of tape just because I had a few flowers and a happy birthday sign. I actually bought double sided tape and when the staff removed the flowers it was actually stuck on the flowers not on the wall. You should provide the same and tell your staff not to use scotch tape in that case. Another thing was I was told by the same lady I can change the package and the register staff told me I wasn't allowed to the day of the party when I wasn't aware of that. I had a package of 18 kids and only 11 came after I confirmed with the families and friends and that was very upsetting to pay extra money.

We celebrated our son, Adyant’s 5th birthday at Jumping Jungle and it was a blast of happiness. The place was very clean n neat. The staff members were very cooperative and organized. Jumping Jungle has a variety of kids entertainment and more importantly inflatables were in very clean condition. The staff members were very nice and kind. The party hostesses helped and co-operated for every little thing in making the birthday celebration awesome. Their expression and gestures were truly reflecting enthusiasm. There was another birthday event just 1 hour after ours scheduled. The party hostesses brilliantly moved guests from Bounce Room A to Bounce Room B. The shift was gradual and unnoticeable.
