We contracted Mckown to pressure wash our home. Mckown uses a chlorine based cleaner that has left a residue and film on our windows, soffits, and fascia. We have provided pictures to document and they were responsive sending a disgruntled technician back to spray with no improvement. We are now forced to hire a window cleaner and house washer to clean the mess Mckown left. The owner Bob was kind enough to refund our money very quickly and suggest we just use a hose and rinse off our home. We paid to prep our home before sale and we are now forced to incur double the expense our risk permanently staining our freshly wrapped home. If a company thinks they can wash their liability by refunding their charge without correcting the damage; you need to take your business elsewhere.

I've referred several folks, and everyone echoes my sentiments. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.. heed my warning. the truck that was sent out didnt even have their name on it. He missed stuff on the back side of my house, cobwebs , dirt, and algae are still on it. If you zoom in on the upper angle pic of the one pic you can see where he missed it, kinda hard to see in the pics there. The house looked better than it did, but still i paid to have my house cleaned, this stuff shouldnt still be on the house. Don't think i'll be recommending them to anyone or using them again. DO NOT use them if you care about your plants. ( or the whole house getting washed) I was told they only use plant and pet safe chemicals for the house. My flowers are dieng. My house over 24 hours reeks of chemicals it isnt even funny. I am so upset after they told me in a message, and over the phone that they were safe. I even watered them down AFTER the guy left to be extra safe. I am so upset. I have called multiple times and no one picked up the phone. I could have paid for half of a decent power washer and saved my plants . So i had 2 extension cords plugged into the outlet outside. I realized that evening the fans were no longer running, i tried to reset the outlet but it didnt work. So i waited till the next day, and the outlet is still not working, so he sprayed water in the outlet somehow. to cause it not to work, instead of telling me to unplug the fans ( he walked back there with me , i wish he would have said something as i had all the furniture moved away from the house ) smh. I hope someone makes this right... i shoudlnt have to call an electrician too on top of someone else to finish cleaning the house, and dead plants!!

WE WERE TOLD WHEN TRYING TO SET UP AN APPT THAT SOMEONE WILL GET BACK WITH US WITHIN 24 TO 48 HRS. THAT WAS ON A MONDAY..4 DAYS. NO CALL. CALLED THEM AGAIN ON THURSDAY AND NO APOLOGY. WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK IF WE DONT HEAR FROM THEM BY END OF THE DAY. AS OF TODAY WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING! GUESS WE WILL HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE THAT WANTS THE WORK. BAD BUSINESS!

Fantastic company. My wife and I were two days away from having our second child, and the last thing on the list was to have our house pressure washed. I use McKown for all of my business needs, so it was a no-brainer to call them to clean my house. I called them last minute on Monday, and they were at my house first thing ready to work on Tuesday. They have very reasonable prices, and do very quick and professional and thorough work. I will exclusively use McKown for all of my future business and personal needs. I've been doing business with this company for over 4 years and have always been satisfied until now. I phoned them to get an estimate on some painting services that they offer and to schedule a pressure wash of my house. I was told I would get a call back, never did. I called again 2 weeks later and was told the same. I got a call back that day with a verbal estimate and was told I would get a written estimate via email, that was over 2 weeks ago and still no email. I will not be ignored and will never do business with this company again.

I highly recommend McKown Pressure Washing for all your pressure washing needs. They are great people to work with and they do fantastic work at a reasonable price, far exceeding my high expectations. Kevin came over on the day I requested and did my estimate, and Mike came over on the day I requested and did the pressure washing. Mike pressure washed my 2 story home, my concrete driveway and sidewalk, and my wood deck, and cleaned out my gutters, all within 2 hours. The equipment they use is very impressive, and I was amazed that Mike was able to remove all the mold and algae from my siding and under my eaves. My 19 year old home and driveway look brand new and I am very happy.

Service is great all around! Customer service and job rivaled each other. I researched online called schedule an appointment with ease two day turn around. The job was performed while I was at work, came home to excellent results. I was very impresssed to say the least. I have white EFIS siding that looked brand new once complete. I hired them to pressure wash our deck and they had to come out 3 times, and after the 3rd time the employee texted me, said it was fine to stain our deck, and then when we did there was a HUGE line right down the middle of our deck that was missed while washing. We have before pictures showing the SAME area that had lines, but the owner wouldn't even hear us. SO now we are left to pay over $1,800 to fix THEIR mistake. So disappointing.
