We had a great experience with CertaPro of Lubbock. They were able to quickly respond with a quote, schedule us into their schedule within a week's time and complete the job in a timely manner. Rene, our painter was very communicative from start to finish by texting me each day. He worked hard each day. He was eager for feedback and very willing to accommodate the punch list at the end to improve minor painting details. Overall, the house looks wonderful and we are extremely satisfied.

Jim and CertaPro did a great job. It was not a big job and we were under a time constraint but CertaPro answered our needs, They were at our home the same day we called to identify all our needs and provided us with a bid and schedule that was perfect. Jim, the painter, came by the day before to look over the job and make sure everything was ready to go. He then provided us with a very professional level of work leaving us with a job we could be proud of. We will continue to use CertaPro for all out Professional Painting Needs.

We hired CertaPro to remove our wallpaper in our kitchen and dining room, retexture the walls, and then paint them a lighter color to modernize the look and feel of the kitchen. Rudy and his crew did a great job and the work looks so much better than it did. We were so satisfied by the results that we had them paint our kitchen cabinets, which were a dreadful color and didn't match the look we were going for. Jacob was sent out to do the cabinet work and did a phenomenal job! The cabinets are just what we were expecting and were done in a timely manner. Based upon this experience, we would definitely recommend these folks to anyone looking for a company who will take your interests to heart!

Where do I start?! Xavier Martinez of CertaPro, Lubbock TX, did an excellent job painting our wood siding, rusted metal carport and wood trim! He prepped everything beforehand and was so meticulous in his work. I have no idea how you paint a line that straight. He was extremely polite and professional. Tracy Moore runs a tight shop and is a great communicator! We are so happy with their work and would definitely recommend CertaPro to our friends! P.S. The paint on the brick--that was left from the previous painters--NOT CertaPro!:)

We have worked with Certa Pro Painters on some recent projects. They are really great to work with. Tracy and her staff are the best in the business! They are quick to come out and prepare the estimate. After the job begins they are on time, very professional and clean up every day at the end of the day...even when the job is taking several days! What? Yes! they covered up and cleaned up their project to make it easy for us to come home during a very stressful remodel. We recommend them for any painting project. I was very familiar with the CertaPro name and reputation in Colorado so when we needed to hire a Lubbock painter they were our first call. Ms. Moore was extremely helpful, providing mono chromatic paint swatches in addition to explaining and demonstrating the different colors that would be brought out of the wall by sunlight, shadows and different carpet and trim colors. She helped us stay within our budget providing information on a verity of paint types from Sherwin-Williams. The final product is very impressive and easy to see it was done by a professional.

CertaPro Painters did an outstanding job texturing and painting a small area of our ceiling damaged from a water leak. Matching the texture to the surrounding area was a really tough job but Jim persisted, coming back several times until he was able to get the texture to match correctly and to our satisfaction. The only reason several trips were required was because it was necessary for the texture to dry completely to see if it blended in well. Jim was such a gentleman and a true professional. When I need more painting done I’ll be calling CertaPro.

I had Certapro come out and paint our ceiling in our kitchen, living room and entry way (open concept area). The painter they sent over was what appeared to be a mother and son team. They showed up without the paint so they had to go and purchase the paint, only had one plastic drop cloth that they moved around. They did not cover any furniture, TV or cabinets. The ceiling was rolled and you could see splotches in many areas where they tried to do one heavy coat. It was a rushed job, we had to clean off areas where paint splattered from areas not being covered. Still waiting to get our ceiling painted with a second coat as what was specified on the contract. Not happy with results from this company. I could have done a better job. This is a revised review. Tracy Moore sent out Jim to paint the ceiling with a second coat and he did a super job. He had drop cloth covers and made sure everything was protected. The paint job he did was great. I told Tracy I would revise the review once the job was done so here it is. I am very happy CertaPro is a legit company and I will use them again in the future. If I could I would give them extra stars I would. Thanks Tracy, Jim and CertaPro.
