My wife and I were in a unique situation when we were introduced to Paul with Alliance Painting. After being stood-up by a local painting contractor that we hired to paint our newly renovated townhome... we contacted a very reliable source for a recommendation of a quality and responsible painting contractor. We were given Paul's name and number with Alliance Painting. We contacted Paul and explained our situation with regards to the previous painting contractor. At this point we were 2 days behind schedule. Paul was at our house within 45 minutes, and once he arrived, he assured us he could meet our needs and was willing to pull one of his crew members off another job to start on ours immediately. In less than 1 hour, Paul had a very professional and meticulous painter in our home helping us complete our task. Alliance Painting went above and beyond the call of duty to fulfill our needs. Thanks again Alliance Painting! Note: My wife and I own 17 rental properties in GA & SC and deal with contractors of all sorts on a regular basis.

Alliance Painting did a wonderful job with my "special" work requests. I asked Paul to have his crew repair and paint several holes in sheet rock which they did extremely well. They were on time each day and were very respectful of our condo. They cleaned up and organized their stuff each evening. Paul was able to fit me in to his busy schedule to take care of my project in a short amount of time. I highly recommend Alliance Painting and will be using them again in the future.

We had a water heater leak in the attic that damaged the ceiling and walls on both the first and second story. This happened shortly after Hurricane Matthew and contractors were very hard to come by. Paul came out the next day to quote the repairs. The men that came to do the repairs were amazing. I work from home and got to observe them throughout the process. They worked tirelessly and meticulously on the drywall repairs and the painting. We had just replaced the flooring on the first floor and the prep work they did to cover every inch was very much appreciated. Everyone that has come into our house since has noted how nice of a job they did. We are totally happy with our decision to go with Alliance Painting and will be recommending them to others.

The owner Paul came to my home and helped me discuss what the best route would be in regards to choosing colors and work flow. The next day I received an email with a schedule attached and estimate. The project took less than a week, as promised and what I loved was that they left the home clean. Work was done with respect to my personal belongings The work they did was flawless!!! When I first contacted Paul Heitmann of Alliance Painting, I had a small window of time in which to get our new home painted prior to the sale of our existing home. Although they were very busy, Paul worked things out to fit our project into their schedule. The crew was wonderful. We dropped by numerous times and they were always hard at work and helpful! (I was having difficulty making a color decision and they gave me great advice!) Throughout the project, Paul was a great communicator---regularly calling to update me on their progress. Paul knew we were a bit squeezed for time, and they actually finished a day early. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the job they did! I highly recommend Alliance Painting!

Had excellent experience with the owner, Paul, in that he was always on time for appts. and was in contact with us whenever he needed to inform us of a weather delay. Very professional, helpful and accomplished all of the work in a very timely manner. Paul also sent us pictures of areas painted so that we could see the progress and ultimate outcome. Alliance Painting, & Paul Heitmann far exceeded my expectations! I am more than satisfied and can highly recommend Paul and his team! I had previously hired a different painting company here locally and was very disappointed with the workmanship, cleanliness of the job, and the overseeing of the job. Therefore, I was concerned and had many apprehensions when considering hiring Alliance Painting. Those concerns were immediately alleviated after my first meeting with Paul Heitmann, at my rental condo. I was looking to have the entire 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo painted. I needed popcorn ceilings scraped & painted, wallpaper stripped, repair and replacement of drywall & then the entire condo needed to be painted, including all the trim & doors. After hiring Alliance Painting I was very impressed. Not only was his quote reasonable, he finished the job on time and it was also on budget. More importantly, he and his workers did outstanding work. He took the time necessary in my condo to oversee his team. The amount of prep work that his team did prior to painting was very thorough. They covered my furniture entirely, if they couldn't move it out of the way, they covered areas of the floor, removed their shoes when needed, wrapped fixtures in plastic, etc. Basically I felt that they went above and beyond. During the process, Paul made a recommendation for further work that he felt should be addressed. I am very pleased to say that I took his advice and now after the fact, I am very happy that I did. I was away at the time, and Paul took the time to email me photos since I wasn't able to meet with him. He even then assisted me with picking out colors, so that we could get the job completed on time. Afterwards, when the painting and ceilings were complete Paul personally came through the condo with a fine tooth comb to have his workers touch up areas.They cleaned up very thoroughly and took care of my condo like it was their own. The condo was entirely transformed from old & outdated, into something beautiful. Paul and his team far exceeded my expectations not only with their professionalism but with their overall politeness and cleanliness that is very hard to find. I was so satisfied with Alliance Painting and Paul Heitmann with my condo, that I then had him come to my 4 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom Home and paint the not only the entire interior, but exterior as well! Thank you Paul, not only for your outstanding work but for your level of professionalism and courtesy that is so hard to find!

We did some renovations to a home we recently purchased in Leamington on Hilton Head Island. Managing renovations and several contractors can be challenging.
