Dr. Patel was super nice and wonderful. She was thorough and efficient. Her assistant(?) was very nice and helpful as well. I made an appointment and there was no wait. Everything was seamless. The lady in the glasses department (totally forgot her name, but my receipt says "JLE") was amazingly helpful and patient with my indecisiveness and never pressured me at all. Plus, the prices were AMAZING. Thank you!

Selection of frames not good, in styles and sizes (find style, not size or find size, not good style). Asked if we could bring in our own and told yes. Month later after we got frames we come in and was then told of extra $25 charge for each pair, a bit excessive IMO. Had now for over over 4 weeks and progressives not measured well, neither of us can see as well with glasses worn properly on face - and I cannot read thru lower portion unless I look forward and have phone/letter at 90 degree flat (not a normal position). Not sure I'd go back.

Dr. Christiansen is fabulous! I followed him from the north shore, so worth the drive! Costco has the best prices on multi focal contacts and their frames! Amazing!! Prada for half the cost of the average retailer.

My wife and I were in desperate need of new prescription glasses and sunglasses. We decided to go to Costco because we had heard good things. We can't say enough about how happy we are with the entire process. Brian was wonderful to work with! He took the time to speak with us about what we were looking for and the style and was extremely patient and informative. I think my wife tried on 15 pairs before he found a pair not on display that she absolutely loves. I would highly recommend going here for glasses and if you need a new prescription the optometrist is right next door and was also a dream to work with!
