Certain staff are rude as can be. They pick and choose who they go the extra mile with. Its okay though I'm not taking my children there anymore. It was great a year ago but I dont see all the same staff there but certainly wasn't this group. One in particular is awesome but that doesn't cancel out the rude ones. Its wrong and won't be giving them anymore business. Kudos to the ones who go there still.

I love this optical the prices are great. The Doctors and staff are so nice always willing to go that extra step for the patients. I’ve been coming here many years. I highly recommend.

Staff is HORRIBLE the ladies working in front act like their paying for your eye necessities Doctors are great, but staff Sucks old balls!!!!!!!!! Sorry just being honest.. I guess because of the area.. And the glasses are CHEAP

If I could give them zero ☆ I would. I was told in the rudest possible way by the office mgr. that my daughters frames wouldn't be replaced unless we brought her ins card. After being patients for over 2 yrs and providing our ins card every visit, I simply asked if this was policy everywhere? I asked her if my daughter could just pick out her frames ..after work I would provide her insurance when we pick them up. She said they got caught scamming medicaid and that's why they need proof every time, she's not losing that contract for me and asked and what dont i understand about this.....then said I am free to take that up with whom ever I choose. I said wow...she continued by telling me I can pick up my kids Rx and take them to whatever provider I choose, have a nice day..and HUNG UP on me! I was shocked. Not only are they scandelous but rude and very unprofessional

Been taken kids here for yrs and I go my self great staff. Friendly staff and drs help u pick out glasses after exam and answer all questions u have.

Very poor and rude customer service. I just got off the phone with these people who failed to schedule me an appointment they started being rude first then i started being rude back and all i said was this is stupid and she got mad the supervisor and said she wasnt gonna take me language. since when was stupid bad language?? then said i was rude she was gonna report me to medicaid for that like ok lmfao. so now im reporting them not only to this review but ill be down there to talk with the doctor about this staff of his and ill be sending the defender news info as well....thank u have a blessed day.. Now to look for a way better location to take my 9yr old daughter..rude ladies very unprofessional

Appointment scheduled at 11:15. At 11:30 I asked if the doctor was running behind, told yes but couldn't say how long before my child would be called back for her appt. The staff made no attempt to inform any of the patients they were running behind. Finally at 12:15 my child was called back. I had to get up several times during the hour wait because their chairs are so uncomfortable. The only reason I waited is because I took my child out of school for this appointment and took a day off of work.

I will never go there again! Mr. Eugene Alvarado was very argumentatively with me and in front of my young daughter during the eye exam visit. He was rude and didn't care to hear what I had to say. When the exam was over I asked to speak with someone who I can bring this to their attention to, I was told by front desk staff that his father the owner was there that I can speak to him. The father said, " why? I have nothing to do with it, he ( my son) is the owner. She needs to speak to him. I will NEVER return there. I do hope more people who have had a bad experience there rate his business. Very unprofessional and very sad to say that this happened to me.

I have been taking my kids for years, so far I have been treated fairly..I do miss the old staff,they were much more attentive.
