The shop has decent selections. I was pretty surprised when the owner tried to coerce me to buy the lens options I don't need. "I have my cost of running this shop" "the lens option is not just your option you have to buy enough to make sale happen". I have got lens almost every year and it is very first time I ever heard it in a optics shop. No need to say I ditched him

"I love my glasses." For someone who has worn glasses since age seven, I think that is telling. It is so wonderful to have such an experienced and patient expert optician in town. Okay, revealing my age range, I wear progressives. Specifically I now wear Shamir Intelligent progressive lenses in Trivex with the blue blocker additive. These lenses make the Varilux lenses seem like the Model T. Such a huge upgrade. I knew nothing about the many options, prior opticians either didn't know or didn't bother to explain. Thanks Irving!
