I can't recommend this place. This office seemed very busy. The optometrist I saw wasn't personable at all. The prescription he gave was significantly different than I had been given elsewhere, with no explanation. The staff in the eyewear department didn't make an effort to establish any service queue. There were half a dozen others waiting for help along with me, and people continuously walked in for help. It took quite a while for them to start working with me.

Seriously.... were on our fourth trip to have a simple lense update and they cant get it right. The level of incompetence is completely unacceptable. The excuses are worse then what an adolescent would tell. The professional Ophthalmologists and staff at Eye Consultants really need to take a hard look at continuing to align themselves with the Eye Optics group and their pathetic service

I've been going to this place for decades. Seven years ago I bought a frame made of titanium coated in red from Eyeoptics. I've been wearing glasses for over 60 years and this is the first pair where strangers have volunteered that they really like my glasses. As far as the staff goes, I always try and get Charice to help me. She rocks. But when I can't get her help the rest of the staff has been fine. Naturally when you've been going somewhere that long problems arise, but they have always taken good care of me and I have no plans to leave them unless my eye care insurance is no longer taken there. I really hope that doesn't happen because shopping for any new vendor isn't fun and gets mixed results.

I have been with Eyeoptics for several years. Along time ago, I had RK surgery elsewhere and it is very difficult to get my vision correct since it changes throughout the day. Each time I get new glasses, the doctors at Eyeoptics try to get the vision as close as possible and continue to work with me until it is correct. That's why I keep going back.

I called for yearly eye appointment and told the girl I needed a appointment around 4 PM coz of my work schedule and she make my appointment at 3 PM, so had to called and reschedule my appointment at a later time. I get to my appointment early and I was called right away into the office without having to wait long and it ended up taking two and half hours to finally getting to see the Doctor

The opticians must work on commission because there is a female optician who tried to bully my husband and myself into purchasing something we didn’t want. After telling her numerous times I wasn’t interested in what she was trying to sell me, she told me to wait on the frames I had selected and to go home and “sleep on it”! For the lengthy wait and the pushiness of the optician, we will NOT be back!

This place is horrible. They are quick to get your exam done for contact lenses but won't even check if i got the correct prescription. I stopped by the next day to make sure my contact prescription were correct because i had blurry vision. I had to schedule an appointment for next week. I just wanted to make sure i had the correct prescription contacts.
