My family and I visited this location on several different occasions. My youngest being 4 at the time was terrified after a rather bad experience at a dentist office. The office staff and optometrist went above and beyond to make him comfortable. My child went from not wanting to go into the office to asking if we can visit anytime we are at the mall. As far as my husband and myself, we love the care provided here. It feels like you're visiting friends. And as for the care- they are patient, kind and gentle. They assisted me many times with practicing contacts I had never used before and were very patient and friendly during each visit. We won't visit another optometrist.

I have been coming to MMEC since 2001, and have always been happy with the service, from the front desk receptionists, to the technicians and doctors. Doctors Abbott and Gagnon have always been professional, courteous, and have always taken the time to fully answer any questions I have had. The office goes out of their way to ensure that you get the best lenses to work for you - I have had many instances where I've trialed several different pairs for weeks before settling on a pair, and ordering the ones that work for me. Also, on an occasion where I forgot lenses when on a trip out-of-state, they were kind enough to work with a local optometrist in the state I was in to provide free samples to get me through my week away. Great service, and why I keep coming back here.

Train wreck from beginning to end starting with condescending receptionist. I went in for a simple vision test to verify another currently valid prescription. Doctor fumbled with my far sight test - couldn't get any setting to come into focus, even though my goal was to verify my near sight. Severe disconnect between prescription I previously had and one the Doctor came up with. No confidence at all with exam. A complete waste of time and money RESPONSE 4/6/2018: Thank you for the apology. Proper procedure was not followed during evaluation. Sorry.

Word to the wise: DO NOT let optometrists perform anything other than an eye exam even if they sound like they know what they are doing! Find yourself a specialist for all else. Routine eye exam here was fine.
