There's much to be desire with Dr. Wagdi's Staff (secretaries). It's a little known fact that Denise has been with him for a fair amount of time and she’s known for having a careless attitude. Why does this matter you ask? It in fact does matter, they represent the practice/Dr. Wagdi. They are your first encounter. Needless to say that I will be seen by a different doctor and purchasing my glasses else ware. I will no longer allow my family to be seen by them either. This is a true shame since Dr. Wagdi is an excellent doctor. I’m not sure if he’s aware of their behavior or simply wishes to turn a blind eye.
