Would give 0 stars if I could. What a pain in the neck. The patient tech told me photography of my retina would be free, since I was a new patient. The office billed my insurance anyway, and thus, I was charged personally. Tried for two months to get them to forgive the charge, but the doctor decided I needed to pay it, even though the patient tech lied to me. Patient beware.

Was a patient for several years; had liked and respected him. I recently questioned him about a billing practice that I subsequently found out had been going on for years. I questioned him about this questionable and seemingly unorthodox billing methods. He called his insurance company who then, on his behalf, fired me on voice mail. Nice. Fast forward to these past few days. My new provider has left multiple unanswered voice mails. Until his office returns the phone call, I can't help but wonder if my medical records are being withheld. Stay tuned.

I have had the pleasure of working with the Zangari team for the last 3 years. In those three years, Matt and Dr.Zangari have been nothing but wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Everytime i call Its as though im sitting right there in the office. Matt makes the expereince so enjoyable and i only wish i lived closer so i could be a patient of Dr Zangari! I can only imagine what the experience is like face to face with this fantastic team if over the phone is so warming! I highly recommend you go in to see this awesome staff!
