My daughter, four, was referred to Dr. Chan after failing a vision screening at her pediatrician. My daughter's demeanor is such that it takes her while to feel comfortable, and she's quite squeamish of typical doctors' visits. Dr. Chan helped my daughter cooperate with her quiet and sensitive way. She made sure I understood everything, and the visit was an over-all positive experiences for both me and my daughter.
