The staff the other reviewer was discussing no longer works there, so there's a huge improvement in customer service. I agree that there was an issue with customer service previously, but that is no longer an issue. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable. I grew up in a doctor's family so I'm very picky about doctors. He's the only eye doctor I would consider seeing here.
