I wouldn't go anywhere else. I had to take my 3 year old nephew with me to my appointment and they were all so nice about it, they even played with him in the exam room asking him questions.

I've been to Dr. Coleman's office a couple of times now and have found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Coleman himself is thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I would easily recommend him to others, especially after how great he was with my young daughters eye exam. The opticians found some great frames for us at reasonable prices too, its nice to have family owned businesses in town who care about your eyes and the community.

I am just very frustrated with my visit here. I’ve been there 4 times now and still haven’t been able to get things sorted. They sent me off for a bunch of tests that turned out to be unnecessary and cost me a lot of money. Better safe than sorry so I went with it. Went back to get my glasses. Paid a lot of money for them. They were incorrect and they forgot to add the eye zen lens even after they said they were going to do it so I had to pay extra for it bc they didn’t do it the first time. People make mistakes so I let it go. Second time the glasses came back they were still incorrect. I am unable to read with them and focus on words. Pretty big issue bc I need to be able to see so I went back again. They were very snippy with me and talked down to me like it was my fault and I was inconveniencing them. These people are supposed to be helping me and I feel like they don’t care at all. I am waiting on the glasses to come back for the third time. I really hope they are correct bc if not I’m stuck with them and it was a complete waste of time and money.

Ryan Crockett is My Absolute Favorite Eye Doctor Since Coming to Mt Sterling, KY. He is through and very interested in your total health, not just your eyes. Because he knows that you are are more than just an Eye Exam. He's not about the Quick Buck. He's All about helping his patients.

I recently took my 5 year old niece to an optometrist who was very unprofessional, they never dilated her eyes or turned the lights off during her exam. I was so unsatisfied with their results that I decided to search around and give this optometrist a try. I can honestly say he was the most patient and kind optometrist, even after she started crying over having to get the eye drops he was very calm and made sure to explain not just to me but to her what he was going to do! I will never take her any where else!
