I've waited in bank lines before but this was ridiculous!!!!! Line of 15 people 1 cashier and managers standing around with pads servicing no one ? Over a hour wait to cash a Check? Absurdly slow service. And not the cashier fault at all!! You would think management would have at least one more cashier on a Monday the start of a business week? Wouldn't recommend going if in a time crunch are at all.
Went there today to deposit a check line was long and the lady that was helping me was name Ruth Spanish older lady she did a great job really nice and friendly. That's the only reason why this location got a 5star. But lines to long and not enough windows open.

Absolutely THE WORST BANK EVER!! If I could give it no stars I would. They have no tellers and when they do, only one of them is attending customers. The others are too busy either counting money or doing some other stuff on the computer. Being such a busy branch you’d think they have more tellers and put customers first instead of doing other things.. now the wait time just to speak to a teller is literally over 30min. RIDICULOUS!! The only reason I go to this branch is because I have to and it’s the nearest to me. Otherwise I wouldn’t even step foot in it..

What bank doesn’t take cash for deposits but this stupid chain? I have to have a check or money order. I’ve never heard of such foolishness. It’s a darn bank!!!! The wait at this location is astronomical with one lady working a window. BoA needs to go ahead and close all of their doors with such poor customer service.

Lazy tellers, that would not call the account owner to verify a check signature. O fcourse I want my bank account to be protected, but what my vendor's inconvenience and waste of time, to get a replacement check from mee because the one issued is not a clean and crispy one.

My job is located right down the street from this BOA branch, so unfortunately, it is the most convenient one for me to go to on my lunch break. However, EVERY TIME I come to this bank, there are at least 15-20 people in line, yet, there are only two very slow moving tellers. This time, the line is literally back to the door. The next customer will have to wait outside. Nearly everyone in line has complained to the manager, making note of the several additional tellers in the back and the other lady walking around talking to everyone. The manager’s only reply to the crowd was, “we only have 2 tellers.” Which is obviously not true. We can SEE other tellers that have helped us in the past, and the manager is sitting in an office doing nothing. This bank is absolute trash because of absolutely awful personnel management.
This is a fake bank. I stood first in line for 10+ minutes at the vacant teller counter before loudly asking the one employee in the building (who was helping a customer open a checking acct) if this bank had tellers? She said no, but that she would come over to see what I needed (and the other six people in line behind me) after she finished helping with her customer. When she finally came over, I told her I needed a check drafted in the amount of $23 to mail to the Feds for taxes. She told me it would be a $15 fee, and she basically told me to go to Publix and have a money order made out instead. I am not exactly sure what the purpose of this bank is, then, but I think I will probably be terminating my relationship with BOA very soon.
Worst customer service ever i had in bank of America. They were mostly spanish people at staff and they were preferably helping other spanish people. Bank of America should take a stand against them. Bank of America on Jimmy Carter is pretty good, compared to another one I have been to. Everyone is courteous and pretty fast at taking care of the customers. I have been there to open an account, get documents notarized and do other banking things, and have always been satisfied. It is busy all the time yet you are done in not too long

I came here to get something notarized, which honestly should take no more than 5 minutes in an empty bank. I waited 20 minutes just to be told that they can’t notarize it (no idea why), and then they started pitching an advertisement to me about my savings account. This is the first time that I’ve had a notary request rejected at a Bank of America. Beyond ridiculous.

Hey: It is such a shame I can't get great customer service from a company that is holding my hard earn money. The Indian lady is terrible with customer service and she does not listen . I felt I could not trust her. That is not good when it comes to dealing with someone else's money . Be more caring and compassionate.

I was very surprised to see the other negative reviews. I have no problems with this bank. They have been very helpful, patient, and polite with me. I give it 4 stars because turning into the parking lot is fairly confusing and hard to do. Also, the building is a bit old. Other than that, it's great!

There’s not a rating low enough for how poorly this branch is run. Plan to spend an hour and twenty minutes in line with 15 people. There’s one teller and six empty stations with 2 mgrs that hide in the office and do nothing. I’ve been with B of A for 15 years and they have really dropped the ball here!

Only 1 teller on a Friday at noon, no drive thru service yet there are about 4 or 5 other employees here who sit around and tell you sorry, train them to take customers so we don't have to wait an hour for a straight deposit for a business. It's ridiculous

Worst Bank of America branch in Atlanta. I went there today and there were no drive-up tellers at all and only one teller open inside the bank. People were lined up. I complained to the floor manager and she just grunted. Took me a half-hour just to cash a Bank of America check that was made out to me. And then the teller wanted to charge me an $8 fee to cash it! I had to swipe my own Bank of America ATM card to get the fee waived. Somebody came in from outside to complain that the ATM's weren't giving receipts! What is their problem? Other BoA branches are far superior!

The worst bank....its a complete joke...I just waited 45 minutes to make a company deposit because they came up with a regulation that if I don't have a personal account I can't use the drive thru???? Does not know how to speak to customers and interrupts them and walks off. I dont if it because of monday or her personal problems regardless she needs to leave outside when she walks through that door. Plus you have ppl walking around that could have been assisting me while in the middle of this review. Thats right im still waiting 30min plus amd np still has helped with the simple task of a temporary card. You either need to retrain or get a new staff. Fire Fire Fire the Santa Maria woman...she has to be the slowest person on Earth at BOA. I go in to get a cashiers check...I even pay with cash to make it faster than pulling from the account. Wrong! What normally takes 5 minutes at any other branch, took 20 minutes today. She had the check printed, but kept playing on the computer. Then asks for my social, then takes my ID to the back, then comes back to talk to some guy for 3-5 minutes. She comes back to the computer and I ask how much longer. She says she is almost done...then tells me because I do not have a signature card on file. So explain it was opened online the same way I do to other branches which takes 30 seconds. Not this woman, she starts playing with the computer again. I am like I got to go...it has been 20 minutes. So she hands my check/ID without saying anything. FIRE HER!

This has by far have to be the worst bank in ga. They meet have enough tellers. They are slow EVERYDAY. And one thing I don't understand they always have four or five bank officals but no tellers and on average they only have at the most two tellers and you would think the bank officals would help but they don't .And I also blame bank of America corporate office .with all the bad reviews you think they would do something about it but they seem to not care
