Food was good, and service was too, but food took too long to get to table. We kept getting and hearing excuses that it was "all u can eat night" but the resturant had many open table and no wait to be seated. I feel that they suffer from under staffing and poor management.

A madhouse at prime time. Waited 30 minutes to be seated (nobody in front of me when i got here). Turns out I was skipped 4 times. Then waited another 45 minutes for food. Less than half a house (52 people and yes i counted)but still crazy in here. Watched 14 or more people walk out and multiple people leave little or no tips. Soda was nearly all water by the time my food got here. Still tipped my waitress decent (38%) as its not at all her fault that this place is a disaster. I'm sure that she didnt think about a soda that sat for 45 minutes to be all water as most people drink theirs right away. I rarely ever think a place is disasterous enough to even think of leaving a bad review but I had plenty of time to think on it.

I've had great service and bad service here, same applies to the food. The great times make up for those not so great times. It really is one of the best places to eat in town. The prices are good especially compared to other places in town. This place is great on a date or just with friends and family. Come here if you live in town, it's worth your time.

We love Applebee's, but this is our first visit in Gillette Wyoming. We ordered an appetizer of mozzarella sticks. 2 of us found a hair on two different sticks. We asked they be taken away. They said a manager would come over, but never appeared. Sad experience.

Ordered to go..shrimp baked potatoe.. Salad.. hubby got riblets. and fries..terrible.. shrimp not done.. potatoe hard as a rock.. Salad was nt fresh.. worst meal ever..just trashed it.. very dissapointed it was my mother's day dinner because I couldn't get out...35.00 wasted.. never again

Food was good and staff was nice. Outside of that, the place is run down and dirty. Don’t look at the ceiling or you may lose your appetite. I don't believe it has every been cleaned.

Ordered the American Standard Burger from Car Side to go. There was NO toppings included. I looked the burger up online and it says that there is supposed to be bacon, pickles and onions on it. Called the store to complain about my $8 rip off. The manager (after hanging up on me) said that they were mashed into the burger. I proceeded to tell her that no, this has nothing besides burger in the patty, all she said was, no it's in there. My opinion? Get a burger from McDonalds. Half the price, and the product will be as advertised! UPDATE: I have since spoken with the GM. He apologized and will be working on training for this manager. We gave it another try and went in today. The food was accurate and the service was okay. Keeping my fingers crossed hoping for consistency now!

Got a to-go order, online ordering wouldn't work. Ordered in person. Order taker forgot a side to a kid's meal. The food was only that in the sense that it was cooked on a grill or in a fryer. Was traveling when here. Makes it hard to want to go a a local one when we get home.

The service wasn't good at all we got our food before my wife got her drink. No body checked on us couldn't even get a drink refill. No body was around our waitress or any other. This place has really gone down. Wouldn't recommend coming here and they definitely lost my business.

Beware this Applebee’s! We ordered our food and waited over an hour for a few steaks. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. The excuse we heard was that the kid’s mac and cheese was taking too long. After food finally arrived, EVERYTHING was cold. Steaks, potatoes, all of it. The clincher was when the mac and cheese we were “waiting for” was delivered. Stone cold. The cooks did good work, everything tasted great like normal, just cold. I’m blaming this poor review on the waitress. Check your staff Applebee’s!

Second bad experience in a row at this Applebee's - understaffed with managerial problems. After not receiving ordered items on th most recent trip, watched three families walk in to the hostess station, not get waited on and leave. They were not attended to after waiting five plus minutes while managers, waiters, and hostess sat together at a bar table. From my experience it is not possible for the wait staff to service customers and manage the restaurant. But the spinach artichoke dip is still good so I'll probably return sooner or later.

We were seated promptly. Drinks taken. Food order taken. Then didn't receive our food for an hour and a half. We watched others come after us and they got their food. You would have thought they would have given some sort of discount for being so tardy with our meal. It was all on the cook too, the wait staff were fine.

It almost seemed like everyone was high! There was no comunication, we asked for plates with our appetizers the lady acknowledged us but didn't bring then out. When we finally got our food, the rice in the fajitas was crunchy very undercooked. Our server barely said Tw.o words to us the whole time. The best part of the meal was the mountain dew. Sorry not sorry.

From Penna. stoped at Applebee’s in Gillette , Wyoming and in 25 minutes all we received was a booth . Kept telling us our server was Eric but he was having issues and would be with us shortly. Why in heavens name IF Eric was having issues didn’t another waitress/waiter cover for Eric and Serve the Customer ?????? Very very rude business in Gillette , Wyoming !!! Disappointed traveler.....

The food was awesome! I got the Four Cheese Mac n Cheese and it was delicious. The waiter was very kind and helpful. The food came to our table quickly and it tasted amazing. Reasonably priced and a good atmosphere.

Just can't seem to get their act together. Orders prepared incorrectly, resulting in party of 4, getting food at three different times. Food is generally okay, just poor service. We try again every six months or so, but this location just can't seem to get it together. We love Applebees's on other places though. Just not here.

We were happy with our meals tonight. But we were disappointed that they told us there were no baked potatoes available. It was hardly 5:30 PM. How do you people take care of the dinner crowd?? SHAME . Maybe we will phone ahead next time next year if you are able to serve supper or go down the street. Perhaps go over your menu and see what needs to be changed.

Have been to Applebees in several states. This one is the worse. Slow service, bad servers. Last time I had to talk to the manager. The server was not trained properly. I am there now ordered an appetizer, had to eat mine over a napkin. Manager walked by and address us I commented on only having one plate for appetizer. His reply that's how they are set up in the back and offered to get me a plate. I refused as I was almost done. The servers seem not to be trained to notice things like you don't have napkins. But they notice you need more to drink. This server over all was much better then the last one but still has a ways to go. We will not be back. That is a shame I enjoy the food.

Last night I went for a burger with my daughter. Waited 20 minutes and got the wrong order; my burger was burned black. I said it wasn't right and the waitress got huffy and called the manager. He looked and agreed it wasn't right. My daughter just ate hers, saying she was hungry. So I waited another 15 minutes and my burger came out. It was okay, but the manager said he' would adjust the bill. The bill came and I was charged full price. Plus the waitress had a big grease spot on her boob. UGH! To make this worse she had a snotty attitude and the manager was a jerk. AVOID!!! There was a time when this place was pretty good, but with the change in management, the food and the staff have gone downhill. NOT GOING BACK.

My grandmother and I enjoyed our meal and service. The only reason I didn't give more stars was because our server was only on her second day, she did great considering, but her support from the staff was negative and condosining. She was by her self and seemed rightfully lost! As a person with experience in the business, she should have it least had someone by her side.

After waiting an hour and a half we got an update on our food that it was waiting to be plated. We finally just left after being there for over an hour and forty minutes. I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened, but no the last time a year ago we tried them, we waited almost 2 hours only to find out our order had been lost.

They weren't busy. We waited over 35 minutes after ordering for our food, which came out lukewarm and half of the table had to wait an extra 10 minutes for their food. Our waitress was no where to be found most of the the time we were there and had a hard time remembering to get the water we asked for.
