Here you will see all the information of real people like you who know the products and services of United Club Lounge @ SEATAC Airport (Night Club) in Washington.
As of day the business gets a score of 4.0 out of 5 and the score has been based on 495 reviews.
You may have noticed that it has an average rating is very high, and it is founded on a large number of reviews, so we can conclude that the rating is quite reliable. If many people have bothered to value when they've done well, it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to give evaluations when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Night Club belongs to the category of Lounge.
United should look at their foreign competitor's lounges and get some ideas
Is just ok. The breakfast choices were low.
Front Desk people were nice. Inside workers did not speak or acknowledged me even when I spoke first. Glad I used free pass. Food was sufficient but could of had more variety.
Didn't have spare toothbrushes. These are less than a buck cogs.
This was a basic but very inviting lounge. My greeting was warm and staff member Barb was excellent. The best greeting I’ve received from any Star Alliance lounge. The ambience was great with it being very bright. Seating was ample and felt very cozy and private. F&B options were limited and very basic. Overall, definitely my lounge of choice here at SEA.
Excellent staff. I hate it closed at midnight but I will patronize the Club again
Very nice
Was hardly worth the free pass...I can't imagine paying
Compared to lounges overseas, pretty average with a sparse food and beverage selection.
Makes you feel very elite when you enter the lounge.
Great option vs waiting in the gate area. Good drinks and comfortable seating. Food options lack quality and diversity but if you're only looking for a snack it's a good bet.
Food was ok. More confortable than the gate though.
If you're traveling without an airline club membership, are you really though?
Not a single seat facing a television, they are showing replays of games that have already finished instead of live sports, very poor pasta, but at least the soup is good and the booze is free. 40 people here and dead silence, what a nightmarish bore!
Nice place but still behind other airline lounges in terms of food.
Visit almost every Mon. Good club, great staff.
Quiet. Perfect for relaxing. Great soup!
Relaxing and extremely convenient. Well worth the cost.
Fairly quiet,, food was meh during breakfast hours..
The Seattle Lounge is nice, clean and quiet.
Excellent service. The staff are very attentive and professional
Its okay.. it was over crowded and hardly get any room to sit. Bot worth 50 bucks.. unless you get entry for free..
tasty food offering very clean spotless restrooms friendly staff
Clean, variety of snacks. Good wifi
Delicious soup and small salad bar with a roll made a perfect light lunch. The brownies were especially good. Free soft drinks and coffee and relaxing atmosphere were perfect.
Small with little to offer, but the servers were diligent and kept the place clean
Food options were pretty thin, near closing time so somewhat understandable, but if I were paying full price for access I would have been disappointed.
Great customer service
I have never encountered such helpful or welcoming staff. The food and drinks were lovely. While the club may not have as many windows as one might want, it is comfortable and clean. The ambience was lovely.
Very y nice.
By gate A10, up one flight of stairs. Medium sized lounge with a nice, quiet atmosphere. Wet bar and snacks (nuts, candy, etc). Food selection is bread, pastries, pasta salad, salad, veggies, fruits. WiFi is fast and there are counter level spaces for working on a laptop. Bathrooms are well kept, too.
Nice lounge. Not crowded, maybe because it was located near gate A10. Food was typical United lounge.
Rated 3 stars versus higher as food offerings compared to other United lounges was sub par. We were there in the morning and basically offered was cold cereal, danish, bread for toast, bagels, yogurt, and some fruit plus juice and coffee. There was comfortable seating, ample space to relax, free WiFi, and charging outlets throughout to charge your phone and online devices.
Very nice, clean and friendly. Food selection was basic but a bit better than I expected. I haven't been to many United Clubs this year so maybe they have improved across the board but this one is a bit nicer than most I remember even though it isn't super big.
Experience was good. I found the food stuffs to mostly salad fixings and a soup. I believe things were better couple years ago. Service personnel were excellent.
Good service.
Good people but so limited food choices.
lots of seats, food pretty weak, but similar to other domestic United clubs. Extra star for v helpful staff.
It's a small lounge, compared to Delta's one, but clean, modern and quiet. A good place to get some work done while you wait.
A great place to relax, have a snack and charge electronics while waiting.
$59 as a non club member and then $5 for an Elysian beer? Blasphemy... Weak breakfast menu options when compared with the cover. Service here makes me dubious of becoming a United club member.
Not a flagship United Club, lacking a Coke Freestyle machine but basic food and snack items. Plenty of seats.
Crowded! Minimal selection.
The selection of food and drinks are limited and never change. The membership prices are high and the expected service of the club does not meet expectations.
Very nice
Average, but not impressive. Croissants are chewy and not good. Lack of variety. Space is decent, seats are comfortable.
Pleasant staff, but food selection was awful. There were only a handful of items to choose from, so it there are a few items you don't like, you are not left with much. For me, I don't care for tomatoes. The day I went, they were serving tomato soup with a salad with the only topping of cucumbers and tomatoes. So I had a lettuce/cucumber salad with a handful of snack nuts that ended up being raw with no salt.
Ample seating, a variety of snacks and beverages. My only complaint is there are limited restrooms.
Clean, well maintained, espresso, munchies... All good!
It's an airline lounge, what do you expect
its has lots of room but if someone uses the bathroom , the sound echoes thru the walls, coffee was cold in thermos , better stick to espresso
Excellent repeat excellent
Nice place, relaxing and beats the hell out of waiting in the airport proper.
I wouldn't purchase the club lounge fee unless you get some mileage or complimentary tickets. To buy the ticket $59 and very few selections of snacks and all the spirits additional pay...
Staff is great and keeps the place clean. Loved the complimentary tomato soup with fresh green onions!!
Nice, comfortable, usb & electrical outlets at every seat. Nice contential breakfast.
Nice clean lounge. You can make your airport start more productive.
Large enough with plenty of room to sit and clean restrooms inside of area. You can also get a cocktail if you wish. My only downside is the food. Very boring and tasteless, not much variety.
Nice modern lounge that's usually not too crowded. The food selection is basic but good.
Was in C Concourse UA CLUB O'Hare Clean but theres No Hot Food. Waited almost 2 years for it to reopen much Smaller and No Hot Food a Disappointment
Clean, friendly, great service and a wide variety of food and drinks. Nice oasis at SeaTac airport.
Great staff and location.
Cool but no showers daily pass $59 available if don't flight with United Airlines
Very small, no windows out, difficult to find seating. Food and drink ok.
Always good to have access to the united club. This club is smaller, and often seating is a challenge. If you have the time head to the club at B6.
Always feels like entry staff are doing me a favor when I need help or ask for assistance. Believe that for the price of a business class ticket more pleasant service would be forthcoming.
I've been through this lounge multiple times in my travels. Very calm and relaxing. Not huge but I've always been able to find a place to sit and recharge myself and my devices. Bartenders are always nice but are sometimes a bit clueless. Good example of what an airport lounge should be: conveniently located and quiet. Recommended for a chance to take a break in an airport.
I like this United Club even though it's kind of small. It is right across from gate A9 and since most United flights go out of gates A5-A12 it's right in the middle. And lately most of my flights have been out of gates A8 and A9 so I can see the gate from the club. They also have 2 small and one larger private telephone / conference rooms. Free soup, salad, beer and vodka help pass the time
Very exhausting experience. Flight was canceled. Waited 6 hours for another one. Enjoyed my time in there.
Good food till 2am
Love the United Lounges for there relaxation and great drinks. Food simplistic, but gets the job done.
Truly unbelievable. Nothing organic to eat so I could not eat. Only one toilet in the men's room I waited for 10 minutes then had to leave. Somebody was not thinking this Lounge was designed. The former lounge had 3 toilets. Also, serving organic food filled with chemicals is like vaccinating people. Toxic cancer causing chemicals.
Horrible- food choices are just trash// drinks are measured to an ounce
Food is limited to sandwiches, cookies, soup and salad. Only allowed for Star Alliance Gold Members and Premier tier United Airlines members.
Regular airport lounge. Not quite as good as AC and far from Lufthansa quality. No coffee machine when I was there. Still quiet and clean.
I wouldn't suggest this unless if it was an emergency. Rooms are smelly, missing bulbs, kitchen is not open. Not really certain how clean the beds really are... do t so it.
Very nice. Great service and great people. Wish they would upgrade the food.
Great lounge. Quiet, salad bar, free drinks, WiFi and view. This was a great place to stay while waiting on a flight.
Glad to be here. I got left behind from my group flight due to shuttle delay and someone has to stay behind to check in the luggage on next flight which was about 9hrs away. I wasnt allowed to check in luggage until a certain time and it was freezing and miserable at the front. Until I came to United lounge which I got a couple passes for the trip and I handed the other pass to my hubby who has a long lay over before our destination trip. He also enjoyed the relaxing environment and complimentary drinks and food.
Quiet respite from the airport hubbub. Nice light snacks. Vegetarian friendly foods
Not a bad lounge, seating was good with outlets and it was quiet, but I would rather go to the centurion or delta lounge if I could. Delta is superior to both, have not been to others at seatac. Service was a bit slow but employees were kind, snacks were mediocre and not sure how long they had sat out. Had soup and salad, soup was okay and salad too, cheese had been out for a bit. Would return if free, and only option... but would go elsewhere if able.
Convenient location, good drink selection, food selection can be improved.
A nice perk
The lounge is newer, clean, and well staffed. The soup is amazing.
I've visited a few airport lounges before and I think the United Lounge in SeaTac had been my least favorite. The lady at the check in counter was nice, the lounge was clean but the food and beverage service could really use some improvement. I waited for quite some time to get a drink, I had to track down the bartender who was off in another area eating. The food that was out was picked over and had been sitting out for quite a while. The soup was cold and the rolls were so hard I couldn't eat them.
Just ok...nothing special
Good place to rest before or after a long flight
SEA United Club is consistently good for a small non-hub airport. Staff are always friendly. Food and beverages are up to United Club specs, which varies depending on their whims. The environment and location of the club are excellent.
Newly renovated, compact but functional.
The lounge is very clean. The food and drinks are satisfying and the staff were very hospitable. Thank you.
Nice lounge.. Tons of charging points snacks 24/7 drinks included.. It could use some reclinable chairs to take naps for long layovers.. Super fast Wifi
Very nice quiet and a great service
Very nice, clean and great food.
The bar service was awkward but the entry and the amenities are excellent
Being air Canada 50k gets me access to this lounge. It's very nice and clean and has an okay food selection. Hard boiled eggs only. Some hot breakfast would be nice, but I'm not complaining. Good coffee.
Very nice. We appreciate the hospitality.
they've discontinued newspapers, sigj.
Average lounge, nice to escape the busy terminal. A couple of small conference rooms up front to make private calls or work.
Nice mini buffet.
Very quiet. Soup, salad and some desserts provided.
State of the art facility . Modern motif . And the service makes you feel like your high Rollin' . A 5 star club
It was welcoming and a good relaxation point to start off a 14 trip to Hong Kong
There was no food, the carrots were bad and the only a couple of pieces of pita with a little bit of hummus
In describing the various ratable features, I found myself using the word 'fine' frequently. Very little was wrong but nothing was worthy of praise - except for Reception. We were there during the transition from breakfast to lunch. (In all fairness, any hot choices, other than oatmeal, may have been removed.) One interesting feature was a toaster with no bread in sight. When I asked for bread, I was shown a glass cabinet at the other end of the bar, literally as far away as it could be but still be in the same room. It seems this airline content with its 3-star ratings.
I have a United credit card and so every year I get two passes for United Club. Although I prefer the Centurion Lounge, the United Club is open later than the CL. So after I spent some time at the CL until closing time, i made my way here to the United Club. Getting in is easy: scan the pass, scan the boarding pass and entry is granted. Unlike the Centurion Lounge, the club was empty at about 10:00 pm. By the bar, there was some cookies and brownies, along with salad and soup but I didn't see any real food except for some sandwiches in a covered tray. I thought the sandwiches looked very unappetizing and I didn't even touch it. Throughout the club, you'll see signs with the WiFi password that I assume changes daily. There was a bar and I assumed the drinks are complimentary but I didn't get anything for myself. Personally, I feel like the Centurion Lounge is better when it comes to food and drinks. However, since the United Club doesn't give you a time limit of when you can show up, closes later, and has larger restrooms, I can see myself hanging out here. Definitely not for the food though.
$50 for non-members with a united ticket.
Food selection has improved greatly. It's always clean. Bathrooms are nice.
Good place. Better than sitting at a gate.
Great location but food choices remain the same every time I've been there
Busy limited choice of food and drinks
Great place to relax and meet people on the go!!
Nice place, relaxed atmosphere
Small, but okay. Except that the restroom door is a Norman door.
Nice club, great place to wait for a flight.
Decent lounge. Food is standard United lounge fare.
Small club with basic amenities. No showers. Smallish restrooms. Limited food options. Lots of power and good wifi. Friendly staff. Across from gate A10.
Nice and comfortable
Very friendly greeting at front desk by knowledgeable staff who know their stuff. Spacious and uncrowded this morning. Enjoyed a couple of pints of iced tea and charged my devices
Very clean & spacious with lots of places to lounge or work. There was always a space to move to for private/quiet calls & comfortable seating. Much nicer than Alaska boardroom except Alaska has more complimentary alcoholic beverages. Bathrooms were very clean. Very minimal food though it was nice to have healthy snack options with a salad bar, veggies, soup & cheese.
Had a great time waiting for our flight. Great food, great customer service and great drinks.
This United Club lounge is well maintained. Clean. Organized. The food offered is well stocked and constantly replenished. Comfortable seating. Several magazines offered along with the WSJ. Good experience and atmosphere.
Small but clean and functional. Lots of power outlets.
3.5 Star. Friendly and helpful staff. Limited food choices, however a few healthy choices. Good selection of power plugs. WiFi a bit wonky with Android phone sometimes.
Nice but small. Would be nice to have more comfortable seating for working on the laptop.
Clean quiet place. Comfortable seating arrangements. Be prepared to pay for your drinks unless it's Coors Light..
Very quiet. Food is very limited. Good place to relax with very few amenities. Not a good value if you have to pay $59 for access.
A minimal lounge with basic features. Not very crowded though and open to SA Gold status members as well.
Good United Lounge. Bathroom kind of small considering the size of the lounge.
Was quiet, clean, had snacks and drinks...What else could you ask for?
I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this lounge was and the good selection of food they offered at lunchtime.
Quite, restful, compared to the racket of waiting at a gate stay as long as they're open. Enjoy snacks, alcohol, and caffeine and generally nice atmosphere. Only 2 things they could do to improve, add showers and change to 24 hour operation. (The gate our United flight left from was noisy, crowded, and unpleasant so enjoy the Lounge as long as you can.
A cute, little United Club Lounge. Came on a Sunday at around 11am and had to wait for half an hour for a table for two. Got the Egg BEC and the sausage & egg biscuit. The sandwiches are very filling even though they do not come with any sides/extra food items. The water is served in a pitcher with mint leaves and lemon.
Compared to an airline lounge in Asia or Europe, it‘s a poor lounge. But compared to other lounges in the US it‘s above average. Apparently newly renovated, the lounge was not busy during my visit on a Saturday noon and was quite spacious. The food selection could be worse to be honest. They offered some salads, spreads and a soup at the little buffet.
Unless your gate is next to the United Club, it’s not worth the walk through the terminal to pay for drinks - feels small, but it’s at least quiet and clean.
I was disappointed that not all beverages are free. In my opinion an airline lounge should not charge $12 for a top shelve Gin. Food choices had been poor. The Illy coffee and prosecco were excellent.
Not much selections for snacks food. Same thing 2-9pm. However, the tomato soup was good. Menu didnot show soda, need to update menu
Nice space, smaller than the typical lounge, but less busy, so that's a perk.
Good place to kill a few hours. Bar has lots of choices. Food is as good as airport restaurants.
They charge for all but the most basic drinks. Food is stale. Seems like a$10,000 business class ticket can't pay for$8 off drinks in the lounge.
€30 euros way better chairs, bathroom and the food and all beverages are included.
recently fly rejoined after they finished their upgrades of their clubs. Very happy with what UA accomplished. food and drinks good lots of plugs for all your devices. good experience
Not much food variety
I was stuck in Seaztac for a 9 hour delay. I would've gone nuts if I couldn't have hung out in the lounge. The food was great, and the service was wonderful. Plus it was so confortable.
Not much variety for snacks, and the bread had run out. For $65 per person, is expect more than brownies, chocolate chip cookies, and chicken noodle soup
Quiet place for work (some sporadic phone calls). Food could be better. Probably not worth $59 if you are buying a single pass.
O so much better being in the terminal. The best way to transfer
Clean, well stocked, very friendly
Good selection of food and beverages in Seattle and staff was friendly Lounge could be a bit larger
