Door security won't accept UK driving licence and even when I made a round trip back to my hotel to pick up my British passport they presumed it was fake or someone had lent it to me off the street. I'm nearly 40 and was with a group of 15 work friends. I will not be going back here.

Came here for part of a bachelor party weekend. 20 of us ordered bottle service. Staff took care of us pretty well and served drinks at the booth. Only complaint is the server asking for a tip before we were ready to leave, and then suggesting more. We would have gave her way more if she relaxed and waited until the end.

If you're a girl and care about your safety please do not go here. Go somewhere where they have security that aren't abusive and threatening. Or if you HAVE to come here make sure you have a couple friends with you so when they get within an inch of your face to yell at you because they think you don't belong there then you'll have people to keep you from crying.

The food is excellent. The people are nice. But, the service can be a little slow since it is almost always packed every day of the week. I dropped a star because the music is so loud that it is hard to talk. This is really only slightly annoying when trying to order because it is hard to yell through the music to get your order to the bartenders and servers.

We were in line to enter when the bald bouncer didn’t let my friend in because they don’t allow any foreigners in. We told him we were from Texas and that it didn’t make sense what he was saying, then he said the owner doesn’t want any minorities. This is outrageous, they can’t continue to discriminate like that.

Place has horrible servicem don't waste your money and time. Literally if you're a female they will pick you up and not respect who you are. For other guest/people. Please don't go to the horrible place. They have no respect for anyone.

Friendly staff. The food was good. Drink prices were in line with the rest of the Old Town bar prices. Went the day after NYE and had a DJ. Really good music and a great place to watch Cornhuskers games. A place to recommend in Old Town.

Visited twice on my trip to AZ. Really nice people that work the bar. Bouncers are a little too pushy moving back and forth all night. One bouncer had the worst body odor I ever smelt. He kept on rubbing on every one. I give it 5 stars due to the fact that the bouncer managed to keep his job smelling as bad as he did. He must be so excellent at his job, that his employer overlooks his heinous stench. Fun place.

I usually don’t post reviews on Google unless I like a place, but I just have to for here. THIS IS THE WORST CLUB I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. My brother, some friends, and I went a while back and it was a disaster. First, the music is terrible. Whenever picked it was perhaps new to the job, but he or she did not create a good vibe. Also, the staff’s service is inconsistent. Some people were fine, but most, especially the bartender, were horrible. One of the bartenders spilled my brother’s drink, re-made it, and then tried to double-charge him for it. That was just one of the ridiculous things that happened here. The management needs to step up and do a better job, because this is a less than run-of-the-mill club that nobody should go to. Better options anywhere else in Scottsdale.

This was another one of those bars in the downtown Scottsdale that was banging. It's a fun night out on about any night of the week. Expect to go bar hopping when you go. When you get done there is a little street taco place at the end of the street. Find it to finish your night out.

ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I have been coming to what is called "Sunday Funday" for over a year and NEVER had a bad experience. I had gone out with some friends this past Sunday. We were in the walk way and were told to move, and respectfully we did. A few minutes later one of my friends was in the walk way, we had only been there for about 10 minutes and were told to LEAVE. When walking out, a tall security guard literally PUSHED my friend down to the ground as he was walking. This caused my friends elbow to open up & bleed (the meat of his elbow was showing), of course got upset, my friends brother defended & asked what that was for and that SAME SECURITY GUARD SHOVED MY FRIENDS BROTHER AGAINST THE WALL. The security guard was big so we felt timid to even to anything, so we left, as my friend was assaulted and bleeding. Management needs to change this, correct this and make sure this doesn't happen to ANYONE ELSE in the future. I'm sad, heart broken, hurt and disappointed, but I will NEVER return to Bottled Blonde in Scottsdale AGAIN.

(0 stars) I was a victim of having my credit card stolen by two of the security guards there. While I was with my friends, trying to have a good time (I'm never loud and I was keeping to myself), they put me aside and tried to make it seem like I was too intoxicated to stay (I was buzzed, but not inebriated at all). Somehow, they forced me to take my credit card out of my wallet, me thinking they were going to help close out my tab but they immediately kicked me out afterward. I tried to come back inside to receive my credit card, but they did not allow me inside. Please beware of the security guards, they will make up a reason to kick you out if you seem like the perfect victim. I also received an email from my bank letting me know they tried to look up my ID based off of my credit card. It's not a safe place at night, please be alert and never let them touch your belongings!

Went here for my cousins bachelor party and it was a blast. We got bottle service and our waitress Marisa was great. Our section got messy but she kept it clean and the security kept people away. The bar was packed after ten and the line was out the door. The other bars in the area were dead compared to BB. Some of the complaints of the bar on here are comical. You can tell by the crowds this place is the real deal.

This place gets one star for the amount of TV screens. Forget the rest! The size of the servings is smaller than appetizers in other restaurants. The waitresses may be cute, but have no clue what they are doing. We have been there today for lunch. The place wasn't busy and it took the waitress about half an hour to get us the drinks and take our order. We have been there for one and a half hour for lunch. They also take your credit card hostage. Which means they collect your credit card when you order your food. You never know what they are doing with them while you wait for your food and eat.

Its ok.. busy and a bunch of young kids. Honestly you can walk into anyone of the bars down there and be just as happy they are all cookie cutter. Bartenders are 3 out of 5 some of those other bars will be 1 or 2 out of 5 for bartenders. Mostly because bartenders here communicate well, most other bars in area have trouble counting change.

Rude, unprofessional, and unconcerned staff. These people literally were taking money off of people’s hands- a table was making it rain and security people walked around snatching the money from everyone who had collected the dollar bills. Secondly, security people ignored that a girl was being screamed at and pushed around by a guy. She fell on her back and possibly injured her head badly. Security people just turned around and pretended nothing happened. Really?! Is this how one could expect to be treated if, unfortunately, something like that happened. Shame on you Bottle Blonde!

Horrible, I literally got discriminated against at the bar. I was surprising, I had no Idea why the bartender looked me off for 30 mins I just stood patiently waiting for service. I didnt expect this from an establishment that caters to such a diverse clientele. The bartender name was Jewels. She even smiled and enjoyed the fact after I got frustrated and confronted her about the situation. I dont believe I'll be coming back to this location after this.

The only thing this place has going for it are the pretty girls that work there, and ALL of the places in old town have that covered so there is little reason to settle for a place this overcrowded, loud, and poorly laid out. Not nearly as entertaining as any of the places near it, which have games, dancing staff, poles and platforms, etc...

After a week of expensive fun, we found out that they overcharged us every time. We paid almost 30 dollars for three beers. We asked a local who paid half the price. As soon as they hear a foreign accent, they almost double it. Pretty sad because the atmosphere is good! DON'T GO HERE IF YOU'RE NOT AMERICAN!!!

Only way to write this review is to give a one star rating.. if up to me I wouldn't give bottled blond even that one star.. All I can say is the manager's a coward.. To send his bouncer over to tell us we had to leave..there was some kind of mix-up on our reservation and they said they would make it good and move us to another table .. We were watching the Ohio State ,Washington game almost half time and they tell us to leave because the people are there for the table... Excuse me we spent almost $200.. If you read this review you coward.. you need to have a time limit on how long you can reserve a table.. you'll never get a penny from me again.. and I hope this review cost you some business..

One of my favorite Scottsdale places. Always have amazing drinks. The dance floor is usually packed. Fun place to watch sporting events. The bartenders are extremely nice. Definitely a place that has to be visited.

Despite warnings, we went to this establishment. After telling three different ladies who aggressively pursued our group to buy a $2000 table that we will take our chances in the regular Joe line (best choice), we watched bouncer after bouncer exercise their roided out options for two hours before our own friend became a target of their aggression for no reason. I will never go back to this bar.

"You can't wear your jersey in here" (baseball jersey) "because the game isn't on"... as football is on, and multiple people wear other sports jerseys inside. Yeah baseball is actually on, just not your TVs. By the way, basketball isn't on your TVs because it's out of season, but basketball jerseys are allowed in.

This place is a rip off. Called to get a quote on bottle service two different times and got two different prices. Went to the place and talked to the girl outside and got another price. One guy told me it was a 6 bottle minimum! 6 bottles for 6 guys!? If I had that much hard alcohol i would die! This place should be shut down for attempted murder! Sounds like everyone is trying to hustle you. Felt like I was in Mexico. After turning down bottle service we decided to just wait in line and go in. We all got in except the last guy who was told he can't enter because he was wearing Timberland "work boots". I wouldn't call $300 black suede shoes work boots but ok. The clown at the door, wearing yoga pants, was letting dudes in with vans and sandals but he won't let a guy in with shoes worth more than his whole outfit? Hate to call it a racist move but he did single out the Lebanese guy. After we questioned him, he told he would let us in if we bought bottle service. Scam! Read through the reviews on here. Not hard to see the pattern here.

AS A SCOTTSDALE RESIDENT, I will never go here again. This is coming from someone who has been a regular and bought tables in the past. After not letting me in with Jordan’s on, the NEXT guy in line daps security and walks right through. After asking why he was let in and not I, he responds “we like him.” The bouncers then have the audacity to ask “if you’re such a regular, why don’t you know our names?” Ummm guys, it’s because you’re 33 year old securities guards with doughy faces and tattoos, what reason would I have ever had to want to know your names (I also forgot in customer service you are supposed to remember the employees and not the other way around!). This incident is probably a blessing in disguise considering it is all dude tourists from the Midwest and no chicks anymore.

Absolutely worse experience ever. I would give this rating no stars if I could. One of the bouncers decided to have me escorted out because my shirt was allegedly too unbuttoned. He claimed he told me 3 times to button it up which is a complete lie because guess what I would’ve listened the 1st time. I’m sure my race had something to do with it as proven in all other reviews. So sad that the owners let these entitled bouncers shape the image of their business. Bottled blonde please revisit customer service with all your employees.

This is a good place to go if you're looking to heavily drink. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend. It is always very crowded and the drinks are pricey. Loud music is playing at all times, to the point that you have to yell to engage in conversation. They even have music playing when big football games are on, etc. It is fun every once in awhile, but like I said this is not the place to go if you want to sit down and have a chill time.

Security gets super personal about things. Friend tried to make small talk with one and ended up getting escorted out. Management was understanding of the situation but did nothing about it because "he had been drinking". I would not recommend going here if you do not have the large sum of money to spend on their drinks or have any type of personality when drinking.

Menu selection is a little bit "average", staff seemed slightly disorganized. An employee refilled our drinks and didn't notify our server. I also find it odd that they started heavily carding people at 6pm on a Tuesday and do you really need 4 employees posted outside to check IDs when the place is empty?

This was my first night out in Arizona and it was my worst experience ever. The two security guards literally grabbed me by my arm and kicked my friend and I out for me reason. This place literally abused us and disrespected us. I hate it so much and would not recommend anyone to go here

I was just here, using the womans restroom doing nothing wrong and a security guard MAN (dark curly hair) walked in the stall, ripped me out pulling my arms behind my back and dragged me out of the establishment. I immediately ran up to the police standing outside and they said "cant you see we are busy?!" At this point I was bawling my eyes out and extremely scared so I headed home. I 100% will be filling a complaint and hope to God something will be done about this. I am a 110 lb girls who causes no harm ever. I just moved here from Wisconsin and have never experienced such harrassment In my life.

After one week of having fun in the States we noticed that we were overcharged by 100% because we are foreigners!!! Paying 30 dollars for 3 beers is way too much! If you don't have that American accent don't go there because you will be bottle necked!!!
