This movie theater is a joke. I went to see the new Spiderman movie and the only showing available at 1230 on Friday afternoon was a Screen-X showing. I was told this would only be "a couple dollars more" (as described by the cashier) than the normal matinee prices of about $8.50 a person. My total for 5 tickets (2 of which were small children) was nearly $70. That's almost $70 for a Friday early day movie and almost $5 more a ticket before taxes. What a joke. Not to mention the Screen-X feature makes the movie worst in my opinion. Don't fall for it. Boycott this theater and the Screen-X feature. They are both gimmicks. And they wonder why people pirate movies these days. I'm trying to take my kids to a movie, not treat them to a steak dinner. I'm so over companies over charging for products and experiences that are not at all worth it. I guess this is why I end up at Redbox for most movies.

I have been here a few times, ajd one thing that always stands out to me is the theaters themselves. I'm not sure if it is laziness or lack of staff, but the theaters are not always clean. The staff are friendly and the concessions are good. Sometimes they are out of stock of something though, which can be a disappointment. The area around the theater is going into disarray since Shopko went out of business. Yesterday, we saw more garbage and needles on the outside which made us nervous.

So far I've seen three movies here, no complaints as so far as service. Great movie selection, good sound, quick turn around for each booth. Candies and drink selection is pretty good. The seats don't recline far, so if you have trouble sitting for long periods or are too tall for the seats then sit in the way back out row G for the handlebar on front.

Good movie theater with comfortable seating. IMAX makes it to where I can’t hear for days but In a good way. Still recall watching Hereditary here, sometimes when I sleep I can hear the clicks. It keeps me up at night. But yes, the theatre is usually clean with great aesthetics. Always tickets available with good prices.

This is the theater that I normally go to and it’s usually a good experience. I’m not impressed right now though. According to this page they open at 11. It’s 11:20 right now and the only person those of us waiting in line have seen said that they did not know when they were supposed to open. That seems like important information to have if you work there. The only reason I’m here is because my gift card would not work in the app. This entire experience is becoming very annoying.

It's a great theater. I go there atleast 5 times a month. The seats are comfy, the lines usually go fast. I signed up for their free member card, and I get pts everytime I pay for tickets and food, and the more pts you get, you eventually can get a free movie ticket after like 5 movies or so. Or you can use them towards food and drinks.

This is our favorite theatre. Clean, friendly staff, comfy seating. The reason for 4 stars is, recently you changed to assigned seating. This new system really stinks. We like the old way. You get in and find where you want to sit. It may be helpful for new releases or busy times such as the weekends. We attend early afternoon movies, Tuesday's usually. This was our first experience having pick our seat. The employee basically expected us to know what we were supposed to do. He got annoyed with my questions. To choose a seat for a 12pm movie on a Tuesday is crazy. There ended up only being 8 people watching the movie. I think you should rethink this policy especially for matinee shows. Us older generation do not need things getting more complicated.

This location to always has a full parking lot. although the parking lot is full the lines for the concessions and entry are not that long. I've seen several different movies here and I've been satisfied with the video and audio quality in each theater. My most recent visit was to see Aquaman in the 270 degree ScreenX theater. It is a very interesting implementation of a multi projector theater. This was my first experience with this screen style and it seemed to be rather well done for this movie. I would like to see more movies done like this but without the large gap between the main screen and the screens on the wall, because those two black corners are a little distracting.

My favorite movie theater! When will you get the recliner chairs? The recliner chairs is all I need. I sometimes go to Lakewood AMC because they have the recliner chairs but I don't like their location, parking lot and population. The regal Cinema 16 in Lacey is the best location. I have gone to Century theater in Olympia because they also have the recliner chairs, however Olympia is further away from my location. It doesn't have the same feel as your regal theater.

Their popcorn just isn't the same as it use to be. NO flavor. When you walk into the lobby, there is NO smell of fresh popping popcorn. They are very disorganized when you come into the door. One person is going from side to side trying to check everyone's tickets, and point them in the righr direct. There should be one line formed for the concessions. It should be roped off, and the next person in line, should go to the next available server. It should be roped off the same way outside. It is TERRIBLE when you have been waiting a while, they open a new window, and someone just coming up rushes up to the newly opened window, while the rest of us are still waiting. WHAT has happened to "CUSTOMER SERVICE"???????? VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This theater is huge and has multiple restrooms so you don't have to walk all the way back to the front just to use the restroom. Less time from the movie. Nice lighting. Clean. Has family restrooms. Well maintained. Lots of parking and lots of theater rooms with lots of movies showing.

Great theater with comfy seats. Don't expect to get in quickly if you haven't pre-paid for your tickets. The line can take awhile to get through even if there's only a couple of people ahead of you. Even on the slower week nights, they have you choose your seats on a screen whether the theater is full or empty and that sort of bogs down the line. If you happen to be running a little late for your show, I don't recommend hitting the concessions-they're quite slow. All in all though, a nice theater to see a movie.

My Friend and I came in to see a movie. We decided to order some food first, HUGE mistake. There were three people ahead of us. There was a bit of confusion in the kitchen and we ended up being twenty minutes late to our movie. The employee came out and addressed the issue with the ladies ahead of us and gave them free movie tickets for the wait and he never even acknowledged my friend and myself. We were SHOCKED! Sucks that I wasted my free movie tickets from my bday on this terrible experience.

I saw "Averages: Endgame" on a weekday, midday just to prove to myself that I am in charge of my life! Do it; you'll be glad you did.

Bought our tickets on Fandango to watch Alita: Battle Angel. We saw the 270 experience and it wasn't bad but I wouldn't go out of my way to try it again. The theater was clean and employees were nice and professional. Will recommend going to this theater again.

I go here regularly, mostly to see the Marvel movies early release with a specific group of friends. One time I went there just for the arcade. They wouldn't let me in so I had to buy a movie ticket but it was still a fun time

Your computer glitch should not be my bad customer experience. If you already have been experiencing computer glitch the whole day, shut the system down. Do not charge your customers the money, and when they arrive to watch the movie, you tell them they have to buy a new set of tickets and hope to get a refund for the original tickets that was paid online. l am told, l now have to pay for another set of tickets and then come back again during the weekdays to make a claim to get a refund (maybe) l am a visitor to Seattle and guess l got robbed by Regal theatres chain and what a way to treat a Veteran on Memorial Day weekend.

I grew up in Lacey and while on a visit in June 2019 realized that I don't really like this particular Regal Cinemas because I've had bad experiences that other most likely share. This Regal Cinemas is very nice-looking, much more aesthetically pleasing than the one in downtown Honolulu. But, the popcorn is the worst. I should've known the popcorn was the worst when the popcorn butter container read "golden flavored."Golden flavored?". How about some butter-flavored butter? Not to mention that much of the popcorn was burnt. Second, the snack bar closes way too early. When I watched MIB international with Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson the snack bar closed by around 10pm (even though some of the last movies of the night started at 9:30. When I watched a 10pm showing of Rocketman and bought some snacks before it started, I was told the snack bar was going to close in a few minutes!!! So disappointing. This means, if you buy the popcorn for the last show, realize how horrible it is, and don't like it you might not be able to get another snack!!! The staff are nice and friendly and were apologetic about the snack bar early closure.

Clean and enjoyable theatres. The food and beverage is a bit overpriced ($4 for a bottle of water). No matter what, if you ask for buttered or non buttered popcorn, they will always butter it. Other than that I've had great times there, the arcade is fun and the movie quality has always been excellent!

I just called customer service regarding the fact that I have NOT been refunded my money that was charged to my account on May 24th for 4 movie tickets that I never received. A total of $53.46. Called your customer service and your representarive hung up on me. This is ridiculous. First, you charge me, refuse to refund me, and now your rep hangs up on me becaise he mysteriously cannot fins the charge? Such a terrible experience with lazy representatives. Just straight up awful. I would never ever go to Regal again and I irge everyone to never go here again, what with their lack of care of people as their customers.

Great theater. Always tidy with excellent customer service!! I wanted to specially shoutout one of the managers, I believe for customer service specifically. My boyfriend and I reserved seats to see Avengers: Endgame so we’d get decent seats. Something came up so we had to go at a later time. The customer service manager, Tatum, helped us swap our tickets for a different time and even gave us a discount even though it wasn’t any fault of the theater’s. Even the lady we first went to to buy the tickets wanted us to save as much money as we could and then directed us to Tatum. Very impressed. I also must say the food at Regal has improved drastically!!! Now I just wish they had recliner seats

We enjoyed our movie viewing experience here. The attendants were helpful. The theater was pretty clean and seats were comfy. The screen and sound were very accommodating. We were able to select our seats upon purchase at the window so we didn’t have to rush inside...we were able to grab some snacks together. Our food and drinks were good. It was a pricey event but they did have a military discount and a rewards club.

Clean, clean, clean w/ lots of friendly and helpful staff. Sound quality and screen size were suitable to engaging with and enjoying the film. Reason for 4 vs 5 star is only because other local theaters have switched to reclining seats yet this location has yet to do so. Like the new monthly rates although may not be cost effective for a budget conscious family. Good idea worth considering for singles or couples who frequently attend movies as it is cost effective in the long run. Like all the classic use of upcoming movie posters along the corridors as these are decorative as well as informative.

Love that you can choose your seat. You don't have to rush to get into the theater. Plus if you get up, they are still yours. A bit spendy for a family of four. Probably with tickets and snacks, it is close to $90. Recommend using your Regal card to help offset the cost of future movie trips.

It's never really busy and I enjoy my movie experience here. I have the regal card and love to use my points to get a free movie ticket. I see a movie here at least once to twice a month. They might not have the recliner chairs but their seats are comfy and I like the choosing seats option they started doing. Sometimes the concessions employees seem miserable but it's not enough to bother me.

This is a great theater located right off of the highway. There is a ton of parking and some great places to eat near by. It is always really clean and the service is excellent. I can't say enough good things about it. Definitely stop by if you are looking for a great theater.

This theater was AMAZING, they may not have recliner seats but they do rock, and the side walls of the theater PLAY THE MOVIE. Like some scenes you can see more than what's on the screen, as if you were turning your head. It's amazing, I've never seen anything like it, I wish we'd scene it in 3D, that would have been fantastic, we saw in regular and it was awesome.

It's what you would expect from a movie theater. Seats are comfortable and staff is friendly. Only complaint is how SLOW they are when getting food. We ordered a decent amount for our kids and ourselves but it still took a good 10 minutes for basic popcorn and slushy drinks. And of course its overpriced like crazy but heck they are all like that.

We saw "pokemon detective pikachu" in their new cinema XD theatre. It was by far the worst way to watch a feature film. They brag that it's incredibly immersive, with the walls projecting images all around the audience. It's supposed to create a 180°view experience but at regal all it does is ruin the frame. The walls to the left and right of the screen have no screen texture on them, so the effect is that of taking your home projector and shining it on a flat white wall, you lose all detail in the image and color pallet. The 3 projectors are also not synced properly. When the mainshot cuts, it can take the side images up to 1.5 seconds to cut with it, creating a distracting set of images that sometimes line up but more than not dont. It seemed that the images moved at different frame rates entirely at moments. Instead of a standard 24pFPS or a 30fps rate (the standard for cinematography) the walls would drop to below 20 while the main screen stayed at 30 which, again, is very distracting. While in not saying that things like 3d are for everyone, having watched a movie like this, I can say that cinemaX is the real gimmick here. Not worth the 14$ ticket. Movie was awesome 9/10 fun kids film Theatre 2/10 this tech is not ready

The seats are not that comfortable or reclining & are close together, screen isn't as big as the one I've been to previously in Texas but overall a great experience.

Wow, what a wonderful theater!! First, I LOVE how you can reserve tickets beforehand! Reserved seating should just be a default in all theaters at this point. Secondly, WOW!! That immersive screen?? Holy shizz!!! Worth every penny for that extra immersion. Maybe it's just me, or maybe others share the same curiosity; I LOVE seeing extra "scenes", a more INCLUSIVE view of the entire picture. So I loved the immersion screen. Now finally, wow! This place has such cool machines, along with the most incredibly clean bathroom! Love it!

Its a cool theater with lots of food options. On a busy night it's hard to find parking and the food options are a bit expensive but its nice to have a lot of variety.
