Would not recommend. Management is going down hill and the theaters are degrading due to poor maintenance. Half of the time, there will be static noise so you can't hear the movie. No longer the theater I went to as a kid.

Staff are friendly but I always have to remember to use my cinemark app to get points because they don't ask. I'll usually remember at tickets or concession but not both. I would love it if they would ask as a reminder.

If you come there you must get the popcorn. There is nothing like movie theater buttered popcorn along with hours of watching a movie. Very easy to buy snacks and drinks and everyone is super helpful but also it's all super easy to find anything. There are multiple bathrooms all through out the building along with fire exits in each theater. The showings are usually on time and rarely ever late but it has been late before so if it is late my apologies in advance. 5 out of 5 but I kinda wish we could bring in our own food instead of having to pay for it.

Great place to go for super cheap movies! You wont pay much, especially for matinees, but you also won't have stadium seating or reclining chairs. They do have leather seats in some theaters and decent sound. They have a full concession stand but no bar. Great for catching a $5 movie or taking kids!

I've been going here since I was little. I absolutely love it because tickets are so cheap and the theatre is relatively clean, it kind of needs a remodel though especially on the bathrooms. As expected, concessions are a little pricey but the popcorn is worth it. I always love going here. I remember going here to see kung fu panda when it first came out and Cars.

Like the smaller size theaters. This theater is in need of some updating, but is nice and staff is always pleasant. And, we use the wheelchair seating (husband is in an electric wheelchair) like it at the back of the theater. Please DON'T ever move them to the front of the theater... one Cinemark near us has them at the front and we will not go there.

The theater was clean and inviting. I took my grandsons so this was important to me. You can clearly see the theater from the highway, so finding it in an unfamiliar neighborhood was easy. I appreciated the booster seats available so the boys could view the movie without climbing on my lap. The restrooms we're close to the kids movie feature so a quick dash to them didn't make us miss very much if the show. The only drawback is the cost of the popcorn or a drink. The concessions are ridiculous and I couldn't believe they were searching bags. If they were perhaps searching for weapons, doesn't that require a license? Just be aware that the days of mom having fun , or low fat sugar free, food in her bag are gone.

I've been coming to this theater for over 20 years now. I love the location. It's right across from Towne Lake. One of the most beautiful lakes in McKinney. Perfect place to take a stroll before or after a movie.

As usual, this theatre is what you expect for a cheaper alternative while seeing brand new movies. I used my Movie Club to get 2 tickets, a soda, and popcorn for less than 15 bucks (early bird tickets). It would be great if they eventually got reserved seating, but going to the first showing always means good seats.

Ladies and Gents, this is by far my favorite theatre ever. I'm a girl who likes a bargain, and this place is great for that, but that's not why I'm giving it 5 stars. I have never had such a great experience like I have here. This place is so accommodating, and the employees are so nice! The manager, Becca Rudow (I hope I got that one right), was so kind when my Samsung pay wasn't working and I forgot my wallet. This place is where I come to when I'm having a bad day or when I need to see the latest movie. It's very homey as there aren't always many people so someone with social anxiety like me can always find a no stress showing on a weeknight. 500 stars! Would always recommend! Management is awesome!

Was pleasantly surprised by this theater. Clean and well run. Old fashioned when sloped floors instead of the new stadium seating. No recliners, but who really needs that at the movies. With the cheap price I was expecting the worst but it really turned out to be a nice place and good experience.

Always went here while living in mckinney. Had my first real date here too. Its easy to find. Will say the people who eat in the theaters themselves, are disgusting slobs and really should stop eating so fast that their food flies further from their mouth, than need be. Recommended.

Best place to see first run movies and not go broke as a Senior! Yes old folks get treated well! From the price to the people to the seats! Most mannerable group of children/ teenagers you want to be around. Bathrooms are well kept too! Senior price is daily and the same!!

The place is very dirty, throughout the lobby and theater. The seating is absolutely horrible in a Small and Medium room. A movie came out only 2 days ago and it was inside one of those horrible rooms. The sound is really bad as well, it sounds like it's coming from a speaker or two at the very front. Will never come to this Cinemark again, specially since it is the same price as any other Cinemark.

Movies are great for the price nothing fancy and always good food. You can spend money on food because the tickets are around 4$ for a matinee and 6 for evening movies! I don't go to any other theater!

The staff were all very nice and extremely courteous. The manager was very accommodating as well. The theater is a discount theater which means they carry new movies at a discount rate. The seats don't recline which is fine. Overall we had a great experience.

Love this theatre....I go in the morning or day so it's never been overly busy and good prices!!! $4 for the kids and $4.50 for adults on the weekends! Normal price or little low for all the snacks. Give it a try and you'll be back!!!!!!!! Enjoy

This place just opened and already local chain Regal theaters should be afraid. The service is top notch. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The food and drink options are out of this world. The tickets are super reasonable. The only thing they need to work on is the line for tickets. They have 3 kiosks for purchasing tickets without human help by using your credit/debit card. But they are placed in the line in such a way that its sometimes hard to access them if there is a longer line of people paying cash. Please visit these people. Worth the drive and worth the money!

The outside was retro, but the inside was newer and clean. No reclining chairs but the arms go up for a nice snuggle with your date. As always food and drink will cost you.

This theater would be a 10 by the standards of 10 years ago, but not now. There's nothing essentially wrong with the facility, it's clean, the staff is good, good audio and video. It's just that the other Cinemark's in the area have been refurbished and now have better seating than this one has.

I've been going to watch movies at Cinemark Movies 14 for over 10 years now. It has a homey feel to it. Looks old-school. The employees have always been nice, the popcorn delicious, and the seats have leg room and nice cushion. The ticket prices are very reasonable as well!

Great time at the movies. Cinemark Movies 14 is a great option for parents on a budget. Just took my little one for a fun movie experience. For less than $30 on a Sunday morning matinee, you can get your tickets (1 adult, 1 child), candy, popcorn and a drink.

1st time in 8 years of being a father of 3 kids I was told that when the baby is an infant that I was not aloud into the building because of the time and wanting to watch a movie. Everything at hand to have a dinner and movie date but yet because you are with an infant and work normal hours mon-fri you cant have a movie date at 645pm. I get it when the kids are old enough to know what's happening and what not but you got to be kidding me at 645pm on a Thursday I'm not aloud to buy a ticket because me and my girl have a infant. Todays liberals have completely ruined this country if it has gotten to this point. I will not return to watching movies at theaters especially this one.

Pretty much like every other movie theater in the area. A bit smaller than some, but with a nice big parking lot and easy access to Central Expressway. Pretty clean. Concession and ticket prices are ridiculous, but they are at every other theater as well. Their concession staff can bee incredibly slow at times, again like most other theaters.

Enjoyed the movie Abominable with my child. Started a bit slow but had a good story and ending. Easy sitting..reclining chairs...good surround sound..warm popcorn with a Sprite! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Clean restrooms. Plenty of open parking with an easy walk to purchase tickets outside at the window or inside at the Kiosk with credit. Easy to get to and near by.

This place was pretty nice considering it's been over a year and a half since we have been back to Texas. The theater was very clean, and employees very friendly. My friend and I went to see The Addam's Family since growing up watching that. The movie was amazing, but the only complaint we all had was the crying baby to our right. The mother did walk out a few times, but came back in only for the baby to cry. I'm sorry I'm giving a 4 star because I feel the theater Managers and or staff should 1. Charge them a ticket or 2. Ask them to leave & return their money. When you pay good money to see a movie and then you add the popcorn/Soda that can be a bit pricey for an evening, but worth it if you could have heard the movie!

This place does not have the fancy seating. But my family loves it. We can go see first run movies with out breaking the bank. The bathrooms need some updating but are clean. Also the one time I had an issue there an employee said they would get the manager before I had to ask. (The issue was with a giftcard) The manager was quick to resolve the problem.

Always a good go to theater for any movie. I like that I can sit in a regular movie theater seat and not be distracted by all the lounging people . Prices are good. Around $4-7 per person which is good on the pocket.

EXTREMELY disappointed in your customer service. Bought tickets for toy story and asked specifically for the early bird and the price was $26. I even asked why the price was so high if we were buying the early bird which is normally only $4.25 and they told me it was a weekend fee. When I got to the theater(next day) they had given me tickets for the 2:25 showing for the day before! The tickets were in fact only $4.25 and they refused to give us the price difference. So I’m having to pay for YOUR mistake.

Great service, fun experience. If you want the ultimate Cinemark experience, go to the Cinemark XD in Allen. But if you're interested in the lower prices here, you won't be unsatisfied. The seats are comfy, the audio quality was pretty good, and I had no issues with it!

The theater itself is obviously aging and could use some renovations, especially in the bathrooms, but everything was clean and everyone was extremely friendly. They easily have the most courteous staff I have ever encountered at a movie theater. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area to catch a movie.

It's a decent enough theater considering how affordable it is to watch all the latest movies there. Their matinee showtimes are a money saver, and their evening showings are competitively priced. Popcorn is about $5 for a regular, very salty and buttery.... duh. Nachos are decent too. Be prepared for staring up at the screen though. This is not stadium style seating. So sit towards the back. Bathrooms are fine, but could use a little more regular TLC. I visit once every couple of months so if you want to enjoy a movie without spending big bucks and are willing to compromise on some creature comforts, then definitely check it out.

Cheap movies with so so seating. They've redone it somewhat recently, but its the old school set up with a sloped floor and not the high rise seats. Overall it's good though and can't be beat as a place to kill time/heatvduring thevsummer for cheap.

I've been going to this theater since I moved back to Texas in 2002. It's my preferred theater to go to because they show the new releases but you're not paying $10 or more per person. Concessions are still full price, but that's not as big of a deal to me. Typically pretty clean. And they have redone the seats with leather so they're pretty nice too.

The customer service here is outstanding! I left my daughter's coat in the theater and didn't realize it for a few days. Of course we noticed when the first freeze happened. The staff was amazing and checked their lost and found for me as I waited on the phone. I was so glad that they had found it and had it waiting for us at the concession stand. Thank you so much for going above and beyond! This is also one of the best deals in town with an affordable matinee. Buying the reusable popcorn bucket and drink cup makes for a cheap outing for my family.

This Cinemark has reasonable prices like $4.25 for most movies. Accommodations are clean but not fancy. High priced cinemas should relax their pricing and be more like this theatre. If you want a good experience at a reasonable price for 1sr run movies, and you don't need fancy, go here. PS the popcorn is fresh made and wonderful.
