The plan: See Avengers: Endgame followed by Spiderman: Far From Home. The good: At 3:30 p.m. the box office and concession lines were both short. I had pleasant interactions with both women who assisted me. I entered the theater shortly before the film started at 3:55 p.m. At 7ish, I was at concessions getting my free refills. Once I had the attention of a concessions employee, the refills took almost no time. The bad: When Endgame finished, I came out to find long lines both at the box office and concessions. There was no way I was going to make the showing of Spiderman that I wanted to make. There are no readerboards for film times inside the theater. The security guard that made contact with me was professional and respectful, but there was a hint of condescension as she started her statements. The ugly: I went to my car to look at other films I may be interested in. After browsing the website, I determined that I would see the Spiderman showing at 9:00 p.m., which would give me time to find dinner. As I was looking for local restaurants, security started approaching my car. I was questioned about when my movie let out (I didn't know, because Marvel post-credits), and then was told I had been in the parking lot for 30 minutes, that the managers don't want moviegoers staying after their film ends, and I was asked to leave. Conclusion: I left the lot. It wasn't worth the effort to make a scene with the security guard (she was doing her job), or with the managers inside (I was already in my car). I will not be going back to this theater, and I will tell all my friends and family to avoid this place. Even if I was in the parking lot for 30 minutes, this location serves beer and wine. There are people who may not have been safe to drive when they get out to their cars. Forcing people who have been drinking and may not be safe to drive is asinine.

AMAZING! Great theatre experience with awesome seating options. Larger screens and an extensive snack bar. These theatres have everything. Growing up I loved the buttery popcorn this morning woke up to an email for a free movie. Place was super clean everyone was friendly. Can't wait to go back and watch a free movie what a great way to start my brithday an after the cinematic cinematic event that's what I call going to the movies.so I'm the same parking lot there is a DIY car wash vacuum/carpet cleaner three or four base station so I got to clean out my car also good times.

Fairly quiet and comfortable little theater! It's so close to our house which makes it a fun treat spur of the moment. Clean facility, decent popcorn and so far no technical glitches with the movies. On hot days the A/C could stand to be cooler though!

The ticket checker guy seemed unhappy and bored with his job, leaned on the counter, just looked, scanned my ticket . Only thing missing was a big sigh. Can never afford anything there, wheelchair bathroom but 2 handicap stalls only one fits q wheelchair. One or two more larger bathrooms are needed to sit chairs.

Wow no wonder there was no one here. This place sucks. I got to movies pretty often, 2 to 3 times a month. I've always went to Century 16 and will not stray from them again. Only went here for a more convenient showtime. Decided to get a small popcorn and a medium drink for my kid and I. I asked the cashier if we could get a refill on the drink. I was completely ignored.... Kind of weird but whatever. Popcorn was old..... Didn't know why I would expect fresh when there's no one else in the theater... .. I later asked for a refill and the girl was pretty rude about it and said they didn't do refills in a medium....wish I would have been told that when I asked earlier. On top of that everything was just really underwhelming. Seats were tiny and uncomfortable. Screen was pretty small. Sound quality was TERRIBLE! I honestly don't know why people go see movies here. When I spend this kind of money on a movie.... It needs to be better than renting it on my own TV.. . Which I should have in this case..... Check out Century 16. Staff is always friendly, often they ask me what movie I'm seeing and we talk while they are getting my hot and fresh popcorn. No problem with me getting refills on my drink at their 21st century self serve soda machines. Surround sound is great and they have comfortable reclining seats that aren't packed in like sardines.

Lots of parking 90% of the time, nice people staffing the theater, comfortable seats. Love this theater although I'm taking a star for having assigned seating which is just pointless and the seat map poorly represents the seat you're picking. Be sure to get a Regal Club Card and go on Sunday or Tuesday when tickets for members are much less.

Nice staff. Prices are big box theater, eg $14 for medium popcorn and a medium drink, but what do you expect? It's a first run national chain. The seats don't recline, and they're a little stiff and straight back. You get your pick though, plenty of seating available. Very handicap accessible.

to explain, 3 stars from me isn't a bad thing. They have a clean organized operation with plenty of theaters big screens and good customer service. 3 stars is due to renovations I've seen elsewhere that have not happened to this facility. I'd love to see comfier seats/recliners in a regal theater close to home. Currently I have to drive to Oregon City for this perk. There are other theater chains using the recliners closer, but the poor service and denial of service I've seen there makes it so I don't want to give my patronage to them. So, while loyal to Regal, My old slow self would like to see more comfort. That said, your positive characteristics have caused me to reevaluate the rating so I will bump it to 4.

YESTERDAY I hadn't seen previews for this picture prior to attending this showing. The things I had heard of this movie on talk radio were very mixed reviews, and in my opinion this was a winner. Those who haven't a great knowledge of the Beatles beyond they were huge way back when are given a bit of a spark into a world of music that like myself I have a interest in their music that was non existent prior to attending this show, I hope this is a common concesous.

We told the staff at the ticket booth that we were not watching movie. We just wanted to play the games in the lobby. He went to the back, came back and said we had to buy the tickets just to play the games. We'd gone through other Regal Cinemas in both Vancouver and Portland. Everyone of them let us in to play. We enjoyed the games and left (thank the staff at the door too). But this one...!!! Too bad.

The theater is ok but not up to the standards of the newer ones. Seating is comfortable and the view is good but again the newer theaters with reclining lounge chairs and stadium seating are considerably better.

Poor customer service. Spent hundreds of dollars at this theater over the years and was recently a few minutes late to see a movie. The ticket was purchased from a Fandango birthday gift card and I suggested that issuing a pass for a later viewing would be a simple fix. The theater was mostly empty and this would have involved very little effort from the manager, however they said this was impossible. Regal's Corporate offices then provided the same response "We don't give away tickets, but come back to see us". Typical corporate response drive away customers while looking at the bottom line. So thank you but I will say Goodbye to the relationship. It will be fun to find another theater that is privately owned and can do the right thing. Voting with your wallet is still the best business model against poor customer service

I love going to see a movie here. I know there are much larger cineplex's in the area that I could go to, and I ocasionally do, but I really like the neighborhood feel that this theater has. The Regal is small enough to be comfortable and cozy, but it's also large enough to have a very good selection of films to watch without feeling like the giant cineplexes that seem to swallow my movie experience whole. If you like a friendly neighborhood theater that has everything to offer and none of the drawbacks you find in a larger one of its cousins, then, like it is for me, the Regal is for you!

Seats are very uncomfortable and they don't recline, just bunched together. Movies and food are overpriced. The place was dead when we went on Monday. Movie, "The Meg," was really the only thing I enjoyed here unfortunately. I will continue going to my normal favorite Cinemark theatre. It's cheaper, cleaner, more comfortable, and superb service!

People in my theater needed to stay home. One getting up in the middle of the movie cussing about the people talking behind him. Another chick cussing because someone was sitting in her seat. Another dude talking on his phone all loud. Just ghetto as hell. Will not be going back there.

I used to work here! The management is...eh. Deb will swear and mistreat you if she hasn't had her cigs, and Manuel will intentionally sweep dirt and popcorn all over your feet if he is displeased with you behind concessions. All in all though I love the movies and the option for beer and food is pretty cool. I got incredibly lucky with winning the loto and I don't have to work there nor do I have any student loan debt. Life is pretty funny that way. I wish em' the best

Watched Joker in auditorium 1 and will avoid this theater if at all possible in the future. The screen was this horrible hue of blue/purple possibly due to wrong color calibration ... Ruined this otherwise amazing film for me. My friend noticed this as well. Bright scenes were frustrating on the eyes due to the strange tint. Told the clerk up front afterwards and didn't get much reaction. If you enjoy experiencing cinema in full effect, go somewhere else. I will never be back. UPDATE: Regal reached out to me and told me to contact them online. I did, and received a copy/paste canned response of them trying to do better.. No sympathy for this "support". What was even the point?

It was like 25 or few more people in there. It was so quiet especially because some parts of the movie was silent. You could literally hear a dime drop. Lol great crowd.

I truly enjoyed sitting in a reserved seat next to a person who played on his phone the whole movie. He also left a mess that Waste Management would be proud of. The reserved seating is garbage. Patrons still set where they want. If they are in your reserved seat, they ignore you or cuss you out when asked to move. The troubles I have encountered with reserved seating cost Century my business. Now Regal is not far behind.

The outside of the building presented here was the same as usual. The inside of the place was very well decorated I liked how they designed the concession stands where you would just walk right up to it. The theater I was in was well designed. I liked the seating arrangement, the stairs were not the steaped ones like stadium style. Price of tickets were higher than others during noon.

The line to buy tickets was really long this fathers day so I was happy I bought my tickets online. This theater doesn't have have you pick your seats which I was happy about (I went to a century theater with my neice & there weren't two seats together left so we had to sit apart). This is the closest theater to where I live & I just love it. The employees are always nice and the place is clean. I can't believe how much food they serve at the snack bar. Its expensive like any movie theater but If you need a meal there are way more options than just popcorn and candy now. Some of the sandwiches looked really good.

I went and saw a kids movie round 5 and there were 6 people behind the counter but no one to check tickets because they checker you in at concessions which took 20 mins or longer due to the packs of kids and their parents.

First time visiting this movie theater, and it was a decent experience. The chairs are a little snug and stiff. But the surround sound is probably the best for a cheaper price compared to more expensive theaters. I ordered a large soda and candy and its wasnt too expensive maybe like 8 dollars in total. The atmosphere was very nice and service was great for ordering wine and watching the movie. I'd go back again if I was tight on cash but I'd stick to a more familiar theater and spend a little more.

This is my go to movie theater usually!! It’s not usually super busy which is definitely a plus. The staff is laid back and pretty chill. The people working at the concessions are never stingy when it comes to the butter. I love taking the kiddos here because of how slow it usually is during matinee hours. This theater is more family friendly then some others that are nearby.

The only complaint is that the popcorn that cost $15.00 for the large bucket was almost gone, so I asked if they were planning on making a fresh batch and the young lady as well as her manager said not until the next showing. I thought fine. They said it was still fresh.. Sadly it was not... Bad bad bad.. I should have complained but. You asked.. But the restrooms and the theater were very clean. And I really did enjoy my movie.

Just watched PEPPERMINT with Jennifer Garner. Loves it. Violent but good. She got Revenge on her families murders. It left off for a sequel. Can't wait to see it.

Good movie theater with lots of screens but MY GOD I paid $25 for some water and a popcorn. You're practically asking for people to smuggle in their own snacks. The bathrooms are *relatively clean though, and I guess that's the base of what I can ask for

If i could give this movie theater a zero i would, now i don't want to blame the whole theater but it was one employee to be specific, in the Division street movie theater in Portland Oregon. Sh was calling us names and being very disrespectful. im Upset and sad i didnt get to watch my movie.

They were absolutely wonderful when we had a family emergency. Staff is wonderful. I love the family bathroom. Convenient for wheelchair.

They have always been kind and courteous every time we have gone here. The prices are reasonable. The manager is super sweet and friendly. They have a birthday party packages. They have a few arcade games as well. If you are a care giver for someone with special needs you get into the movies free.
