This place is the best to see movies. I watched several movies here ever since I moved to Belleville, NJ! They have many cold drinks and food, such as POPCORN! All movie theaters MUST have popcorn!! Especially if they have BUTTER POPCORN

I enjoy the shows there but I cannot sit in their seats. They are too low and too small. So I take my rollator and I sit on that in the handicap spot. I love that they offer specialty shows and operas. Most theaters do not offer these and I enjoy them.

The consession system is horrible. The lack of personal touch to customer service is glaring and prices are outrageous...behind the food counters are dirty broken cabinets...just overall not a great experience...the movie was pretty good but that was really a side note.

Theatre #10...seats are so tight, very uncomfortable. Our 2 tubs of popcorn, even after putting butter on them, were disgusting and beyond dry. We didn't even eat more than a quarter of it, huge waste of money!! I won't go back to this movie theater.

Did not want to give the one star, place is dirty, it needs a good scrubbing. Took my grandchildren and asked to please lower the volume, as it was way too loud and it scared my babies. It was even too loud for me. It was the loudest of all the theaters... all had their doors open and #13 drowned out the rest of the theaters. Also, several of the bathroom sinks did not have running water.

My wife qot a gift card from a friend so she can go to the movies. The movies are a rip off. If u want to see the movie in Dolby Sound u have to pay extra. A popcorn n a soda 16.50 thats a rip off.

The seating is very uncomfortable. The bathrooms are usually messy. There is only one dolby theater/room. I usually order pretzel bites or mozzarella sticks and of course popcorn and bagged candy. The food isn't the greatest; but, its theater food. Members get good deals

I watched Emmet Otter Jug Band Christmas here and I loved the movie. Nice big screen too. You can't lay down or turn on the heat on the chair but it's still a great movie theatre. It's always clean under the chairs.You should sit on the second row on top because it is a good view from row 2. Love this place!

This theater is my favorite local theater! Theater has plenty of outdoor free parking! Always clean and kept modernized! Staff is friendly and helpful! Also hires the handicapped, which I support! Always shows first run movies, including Christian theme movies. $5.00 discount Tuesday movies all day in the summer! All shows discounted every day before 12:00 noon @ $6.92 for everyone! Working AC in the summer in all rooms! Kept warm in colder Winter months. I love this theater and am also an AMC Stubs member for even more specials and awards!

This place was filthy. The lobby looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days. There was popcorn all over the floor. There were napkins on the floor. Over by the soda machines which are self serve were filthy the touchscreen was sticky. The floors in front of every machine had footprints from people stepping the spills. There is a customer service area it was filthy. There is a door that leads to back of that area when opend you will see popcorn on the floor in there. The employees are super slow. The bathrooms had toilets that were not flushed there was urine on the seats and on the floor. I didnt see any vermin or rodents during my visit but there sure is a food supply for them to thrive. Hate to think what I didnt see in the dark theater. I wont be going back here. Extremely unsanitary conditions.

Worst AMC I have ever been. The place smells like sweat and the seats are the most uncomfortable ever. They charged me $5 for a bottle of water and I couldn’t believe it. At first I thought “everything is expensive so this place must be really nice”, totally disappointed. The staff is terrible at their job, I couldn’t even get a refil for a large slurpee that I paid for, which has never happened to me before at any other movie theater. I will definitely not be coming back. I wanted to leave since the first second of the movie but unfortunately I paid for it.

Theater is very nice, comfortable seats in the Dolby theater. The Dolby is worth it for a movie with incredible sound, unfortunately the movie I watched was truly terrible so the good sound was just a waste of money. Reserved seating.

Took my kids to see Aladdin on a Sunday morning. The staff have zero customer service skills. The girl who took our tickets looked as if we were interrupting her day. The boy at the concession stand cut me off mid question and seemed bothered to take our order. The floor underneath the drink machines was filthy and sticky. They were out of ALL of the juices that we wanted. The seats were so uncomfortable. I will not be coming back here. Would rather drive farther for better seats, customer service, and cleanliness.

Always our LAST resort. Sunday movie, line had 41 people at one point and 1 cashier, 1 cook. One! Chicken fingers took literally 24 mins and we missed all previews and the first 8-10 mins of the movie. Ridiculous.

An average theater, its local to many towns on rt 3 east but I feel they haven't improve over the years. Saw a movie there today and you can clearly notice lines on the screen under certain light and there is a background noise you can hear when there is a silent spell in the movie.

The theater smelled like vomit, and we waited forever at the concession stand while they serve their "premier" customers first... I totally understand loyalty programs, but it shouldn't be the expense of regular customers. We go to the movies to escape from reality, not to be made to feel like a lower class. When its quiet it can be very pleasant however I have been here on times when a blockbuster movie comes out. That's when you do not want to be here. It is pure NJ ghetto chaos. My friend and I asked management to get our money back to leave the over crowded environment for our safety. We really felt it was dangerous. They need couple of police there during grand opening of new movies. Management understood our position and gave us another tickets good for any day. We gladly left and will come back on quieter times. Thank goodness.

This theater used to be my favorite. But now this place stinks. Men's bathrooms are filthy. I went to see JW3 and the auditorium was not even cleaned from the last movie. I found used napkins left on drink holders, sticky floors and melted cheese on my seat. This place is nasty.

The place was super dirty inside ! The butter machine for popcorn was spilled all over the counter and it was really nasty, there were only napkins covered over. As you walk over to the drink machines clearly there was a spill that had been left to dry on itself because the flooring was sticky. I went to see Avengers End Game and they didn't even turn off the lights, A customer had to get up and ask them. Overall not my favorite place cleanliness is important !!!!

IT'S always overcrowded and never clean. The concession area is always wet and sticky. Most of the staff are young teenagers with no sense of customer service. The theater is pretty cold as well. I only go here as a last resort when all surrounding theaters are booked up. Just my experience from the 2 or 3 times I've been.

Seriously lacking customer service! First time going to see a movie there in almost 10 years, wont be going back anytime soon. The movie wasn't running right, the audio was so loud you needed earplugs and there were red lines throughout the screen when the movie was actually playing. I told the customer service person that it was ridiculous and he told me I needed to calm down. That's totally unacceptable on every level. I wasn't out of line, simply stating a fact. Needless to say I got a refund, and they gave me 2 free passes - I won't be going back to that movie theater anytime soon so I doubt I will be using those. There were issues in other theaters at AMC as well, they weren't too friendly to the customers who complained about those either. The only reason I gave them one star is because they refunded my money. Disappointed, I used to go see movies there almost every weekend. Just be aware, if there are issues when you go, their customer service is seriously lacking!

This movie theaters was pretty huge, and lots of people where there. The service at the entry were pretty slow, but if you buy online tickets saves you a bunch of time. The theaters are bit bunched up more than I would prefer from other AMC's with recliners!! Like in Ridgefield Park. The bathrooms were pretty clean and staff was kind to show us where the theater was where we were going.

Went to see Avengers Endgame. Theatre and seats were filthy. Patrons constantly using their cellphones to check emails and take photos during the movie with the flash. The staff could care less. Concession area is poorly stocked. Popcorn was stale.

I went to see Joker at this theatre. It was the only theatre that had available seats at that time. Stay away from IMAX 2D theatre the seats are not stadium and for a long movie, it can be cramped and tight. The concession stand lines are extremely long and slow-moving. I was online for 25 minutes for popcorn and water. Stay away.

The worst AMC movie experience in all of my life. The picture quality was terrible, not a single ticket kiosk worked and it took 20 minutes to receive a simple order of curly fries. While watching the movie you can here idiots running and shouting while my movie was showing and people who come here are rude loud and obnoxious. Never ever again!

I haven't sat in a Dolby Atmos or IMAX theater here but the normal theatres are horrible. screens are as small as a privately-owned theater normally is. Every seat bottoms out so anything more than an hour hurts your butt(stupid me did a double showing). Staff is rude, esp at food counter which is always understaffed. It's just an older place that needs to be upgraded. This is not my normal place but I came to see movies that weren't in other places, next time I'll wait till it is digital or goes somewhere else. Didn't rate it 1 star because I didn't try the 2 or 3 newer auditoriums

Theater and bathrooms were clean. Signage to correct theater was pitted incorrectly and no one guiding the crowds to cireect theaters. I don't like that you have to make a reservation for a specific seat in all the theaters. It makes it very difficult when go with a group. Both one can go in until everyone is there. Once they swipe the groups tickets bar code it becomes inactive for someone coming late.

Always a pleasant place to go see a movie. I love their monthly membership... fantastic value and great benefits. I love the IMAX screens and the 3D movies I have seen. The concessions are ridiculously overpriced, but that goes with any movie theater. At least with being a Stubs member you get 10% back in rewards so it offsets the cost. Definitely recommend going here. Free refills on any beverage too!

Went early in the day so pricing on tickets was fair. The theater has some video games which is a plus. What I dont like is how amc now has an a list membership, which puts them as a priority when it comes to ticket sales and food purchase. I mean I'm standing on line for a decent amount of time and someone who pays for the a list membership walks in to the theater and gets to cut all the line. Also the seating at this theater is tighter than amc at garden state.

Staff is always friendly, venue is always clean, people do their jobs above average here. The place needs some repairs though, and some upgrades. Every time I’m there at least 2 sinks don’t work in the men’s room, 1 paper towel dispenser doesn’t work, and some seats are broken and or have missing cup holders. Months later still nothing fixed, seems that they only care about their Dolby Digital room.

Overall an ok experience... Except when they have that one old white racist guy checking tickets and practically yelling at people of color that the theater was still being cleaned. As they are clearly walking to the concession stand. God forbid someone wants to buy a popcorn and a drink before the movie starts. Relatively clean. The internet around here sucks so you might have to get a screenshot of your ticket if you bought it electronically. Popcorn has not been stale. They kind of ignore the A list line.

Best movie theater in the area! They have a lot of theaters and the staff is top notch! Theaters are always clean and spotless!! They even have separate theaters with IMAX, Dolby Enhanced sound, and reclining leather chairs. You can also order food and cocktails in those theaters and they bring them right to you! So convenient! Highly recommended!

Unfortunately this place needs work. The seats are ripped, torn, armrests missing... while the staff is friendly, at the concession stand the kids are very overwhelmed and understaffed. I really hope they take a look at operations at this unit and make it more customer friendly.

Went to see dumbo and and now they have assigned seats? Usually it’s first come first serve for the seats and no one makes an issue. This time, people decided to fight and curse in front of children just because “their seat” was taken. The movie was stopped and everyone had to move to their “assigned seats” like elementary schoolers. Families with young children ended up having to be separated because of this nonsense. AMC should have just removed the people creating an issue over the stupid seats. At least they reconciled with free movie tickets.

Its not bad. They do need to get their internet site working properly so you can buy tickets on an app and avoid long lines. The site shows as having the option even asked for my credit card # but the purchase never went through after repeating attempts. The theater is also a bit dated adequate and comfortable enough but dated as compared with other theaters (that are a bit to far away) that offer reclining chairs. Full dinner and drinks that you can order from premium seating and be served without leaving your seat! The first theater in the area that does this will get the lions share of bussiness. But like I said there's no reason for this theater to make this investment yet as no one close enough is offering it "yet".

I know IMAX has its fans, but you haven't lived until you watch Avengers Endgame in a Dolby Cinema. The picture quality is beyond compare and the subwoofer and rumbling seats add to the immersion. There are only 50 or 60 of these in the entire country, so it's a real treat to have one nearby.

I bought tickets online in advance and printed it out. I went 15 minutes early and went to customer service where the manager was extremely rude, I asked her kindly to provide the hard copies and she asked me to go to box office. I let her know I did this last week and she kept on brushing me off. She was very rude and dismissive her name was FATIMA...very unprofessional and no management style. It's unfortunate she was unable to provide customer service..

It's a pretty good movie theater in general but THE SEATS SUCK!!! You can't really sit comfortably with your date. And the other AMC movie theaters I went to have all reclining comfort chairs with heat! The cashiers were pretty quick and very friendly and very patient with me bc I was digging for 2 pennies that was at the bottom of my purse . we didn't want to wait in line for the snacks though. That line was way longer than the movie line and we only had 10 min to get to our seats after buying the tickets. So waiting in that snack line would have made us late. The ladies bathroom was freaking gross! There was piss all over most of the toilet seats. And the paper towel machine to dry your hands with only gave me like 3 inches of towel per motion detected. So to me the only great experience I had was the movie itself, John Wick 3.

Nice theater...truthfully I'd rather watch movies on tv in the winter.But , if you cant wait & are excited to see a certain flick it's great here. I don't go to the movies during flu season though. Think about it....., a cough travels like 20 feet! No thank you.....so don't pass the popcorn.

It used to be simple to go there.Now it is not. You have to swape your own card ,give your stubs card ,then they give you a couple of papers ,then you have to pick your own sit,,then they give you a paper for you to sign. The popcorn is nasty..They charge a lot. For the popcorn it taste terrible and you put butter on it you can't taste the butter probably watered down..They need to do better...

Great movie theater, very clean. Staff was very nice and attentive. Popcorn was fresh and drink machines are very new with a ton of drink choices. The seats are comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and have air blades hand dryers which my little guy thought were really cool. This is our theater of choice.

This is one of the older AMC theaters without the reclining seats or dine in service. That said, they do a pretty good job of keeping the place clean and having the latest first run movies. There are captioning devices for people who are deaf or hearing impaired and video description for some films to assist vision impaired guests. Discounted tickets are available to you if you eat nearby at Chevy's.

It's ok. Bathrooms were very dirty. Didn't seem like anyone had dumped the garbage since opening up for the day. Not enough changing stations for babies. Needs some updating for sure.

Prepaid admission. Quick entry. Someone was in my seat, but, as the theater was not crowded, decided to not make an issue of it and found another seat. Thankfully, those occupants didn't show.
