REVIEWS OF AMC DINE-IN West Olive 16 IN Missouri

Chuck Pecher

We go to this theater frequently. It is the first time that we have been there where it was dirty. Trays at the seats were cruddy. Trash and dried liquid on the floor...food crumbs on our seats.

Chris Holbrook

Not a dine in theater. They do not take food or drink orders at seats. Dirty, had to wait in line to order food at an extremely high price. Will not be going back. Terrible experience.

Shandra Edwards

Seats dirty with lots of crumbs. Walls in theater dirty, floor sticky. Trash in seats in theater not empied. Trash outside of theater over running. Order food at the counter and Brought in to you. Not a bad idea. Food average.

reagan glenn

I dont know if it was the particular theater I was in, but theater 8 is not to be attended. The chairs are covered in grime and incredibly squeaky. There are bright lights on the chair that make it hard to see the actual screen and the sound system is horrible. And to make matters worse the building is super old and made noise throughout the entire movie

Christina Trojahn

Completely understaffed for their concept of so-called Dine-in. Saturday night, 1 line at their food order counter with a line out the door=no dine in without missing the start of the movie we already paid for. Perhaps advertise that you must arrive 30-45 min. Ahead of time if you want to have dinner- So disappointed.

shawn shipley

Absolutely terrible place has gone downhill badly. There is no longer seat service or a full menu and prices seem to have rose extremely higher for food with less service. Will not be returning to this location as it's absolutely not worth the prices. Also the location was not cleaned and staff was extremely non friendly. Such a shame as the price was always high but felt worth it. At this point I'm sitting here feeling completely ripped off.

chris gray

Very nice, classy, and cozy. Also has a nice variety of drinks and foods on the menu.

ItsMoonlight YT and Skyler YT

It has the best seats and sound and food and snacks to

cortney estes

The theater has gone down hill. Quickly. They no longer serve you in the theater. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. Unlimited drinks on the refills but the counters and fountains are disgusting. They were not at all busy and no one was attempting to clean up. The seats were dirty. I wouldn't even relax and sit back. They were sticky and most of them are falling apart. The food was not very good and pricey!! I've never been so disappointed. We have been before and loved it, so this was a real shocker. $50 for food and I left hungry. We will not be going back again.

I have been coming to West Olive for over a decade. The conversion to their 'Dine-In' concept in 2012 made me an almost weekly customer. The ability to come to a movie from work and enjoy a relaxing 'dinner and a movie' experience is no more. The changes that AMC and management have made over the past year, and the declining level of service and cleanliness, have now forced me to no longer patronize this theater. The new 'order from a counter first' change, and the smaller yet just as expensive menu, was likely a last ditch effort to save this failing location. I was disappointed in my first return to this location after the holidays to the new changes and have decided to take my money to Marcus; who have invested heavily into the movie-going experience locally. I cancelled my AMC Stubs membership and encourage others who remember the quality, cleanliness and unique experience once offered at West Olive but no longer to continue to leave their feedback in hopes AMC corporate and leadership take note.

Oliver Urel

Should have bought out the whole 60 seat theater for Avengers Endgame dang. Smaller screens. Good tickets prices but they want you to buy food.

Rob Gordon

What a huge disappointment. There is nothing better than sitting in a comfortable seat, having servers come take your order and watching a show. Totally willing to pay for this premium service. Unfortunately, this is NOT the case. Yeah, it used to be true Dine-In with what I described above. I was really disappointed when I found out I had to wait in line to order my food at the concession stand and then they bring it to you. I pay all that extra money for what? So I don't have to carry a bucket of popcorn? So much for going back for seconds, or deciding you do want the burger after all. Seriously consider looking elsewhere if you want true Dine-in Service. If you want someone to carry your popcorn to your seat at a premium price. Wait in line 20 minutes for your food and buy your tickets now. #AMCAppDontWork

Chairs are comfy. Food is expensive of course. I'm a premier member that doesn't mind waiting my turn, but when I go to Olive 16 they call people up that got there later than me and leave me standing in the premier line way past what my turn would have been if I got in the regular line.

Brooke Ryatt

the sampler comes with zuchinni. it doesn't say on the menu that it comes with zuchinni, but it does. it's movie theater zuchinni. I didn't know that existed until now, but there you go. AMC zuchinni.

Jon LaRue

It's just clean enough to not be gross. A regular popcorn and 2 drinks is $28??? How can a soda be $7?

Cipher W.I.N.S

Prices are high... Food was decent... But, need more trained cashiers as my order was not correct. Great seats tho!

johnnetta page

Although this movie theater is a bit pricey like most movie theaters tend to be, I love coming here because the dry rub wings and the roasted brussel sprouts are amazing to me! The seats are big and comfortable with the right amount of soft, and they recline. The staff is mostly OK as far as attitude, nothing memorable or above & beyond. A negative is that it always seems to be a bit short-staffed & a bit disorganized as there often isn't anyone there to tear tickets. Whomever is working the ticket sales will turn around and do the dual task of both selling tickets and of taking tickets. The food isn't always consistent either. I've had undercooked, room temperature (almost cold) wings and over-cooked brussel sprouts before. However, even with all that said, I always end up back and still recommend the theater.

Tracey Wilson

The newest format is inconvenient and slow. The young people at the concession area were slow and unfriendly, and the theater was an absolute mess. Popcorn and trash were all over the floor. Very disappointing experience!

jennifer edmonds

Wow, this place has gone way way down hill, i was just here a year ago and it was a great experience. Now i dont think i will be back if this is the direction they are going. Never received our food we ordered and the seats were the worst seats ever, so uncomfortable. I will no longer recommend this theater to anyone

Linda Durham

There was no line at the concession stand but I had to call three times before someone came to the counter to take my order. Then my friend had issues being admitted with her in-(AMC) app ticket stub that we never have issues using at Amc Streets of St Charles.

liz moran

This is my favorite theater to go to compared to the 2 others that are close by!! They delivered my food promptly and it was delicious! I recommend becoming a free stubs member tons of savings.

yoanav

It took the entire movie and 3 times waiting in line with my crying child, to get her the stupid order of onion rings she was expecting. There is not even anyone you can get mad at because it's just clueless teens with no supervision or remote resemblance of structure. I genuinely wish I had just opened the trash can and tossed $50.00 in it, instead of going there because it would have at least spared my last nerve.

Whynot goforit

$$$$ This theater is super pricey. However, its clean the alcohol is good and food is decent, all the Theaters are not the same size, the seats don't recline but they rock back and forth. BUT EXPENSIVE....... They offer student discount with an I.D

Scott Oliver

Great place! The theaters are just the right sized, and the seats are comfortable. You can also get food and something to drink there, if you want.

Labib Haddad

Overdue for overhaul. The theater is showing its age, the seats do not recline, food can no longer be ordered from seats, apparently some visitors slid out before paying. That said the seats are getting old the audio is way subpar, the food was good, the service was good, everyone was friendly and professional

Jenna Suchara

Loved the Joker movie. Love the seats, very comfortable.

Sun Huntxr

Good but one of the seats felt like it was pushed too far back. I had no idea how to fix it

Hope Whitehead

Theater was great. Service was ecxellent. But wish the food was better

Leone Shurn

Had a very pleasant evening and it was very clean.

Logan Fields

Employees don't do their job. Multiple people in the theater (at multiple visits) are always on their phones or talking, because the employees don't do anything about it. Always dirty, and service is rarely swift. Used to go to this theater because it was "the good one", will not be attending this theater again

Maurice Brown Sr.

Very nice place to come for outstanding service

Aaron Beasley

This place is probably one of the most annoying places.. the lights in the center of each seat are HORRIBLE! You can't even turn them off... and they are sooo BRIGHT.. I know it's a fine in theater... but it shouldn't be that dirty in there.. there were maybe 6 people in that movie total... I only gave it 2 stars because the staff are amazing! Thanks guys. But I won't be back..

Mz. Kenya

My movie John Wick 3 started at 10:30pm I arrived at 10:45 .... ALL DOORS WAS LOCKED I DROVE 30 minutes to a movie and I couldn't get in until 11:15 because the employees looked my way but didn't help and the gentlemen who finally came to the door didn't show any empathy or customer service ‼ I am an A.List customer I honestly thought I would get treated better since I spend my hard earned money every month on top of being a mother of 4 kids !

Sarah Mosley

Horrible staff, poor customer service and ghetto. I placed an order and was told they would bring 2 of the 4 items to my seat. Waited forever and the hotdog was missing. I went and reported me issue the guy said hold on let me go see what's the problem. So I'm standing there for 10mins holding my 4 month old while also missing the movie. The guy is now helping to get the line down . I had to beg to get my hot dog. Took the girl another 5mins to put a dog in a bun as I watched her struggle to put on gloves. Just don't go here. It's alot of B's. I wish I could get my money back

Constance Woods

Had to be evacuated for a fire tonight only got to see half the show but we got passes for another show another time.

Dan Clark

Used to be a fun place but rule changes have made it just as awful as most modern theaters. Gone is the ability to order from your seats. Now you get to stand in a really long concessions line to order your $15 burger! Pay an extra dollar and they'll deliver to your seat like they used to for free! There is nothing that sets this theater apart from other theaters besides insane prices and somehow more fees to enjoy the so called benefits. St Louis has some amazing locally owned theaters. Patronize them and let these corporate abominations die.

Angelo Matteuzzi

I wish they ask question what you like before ordering in the theaters seating area

Ashley WW

Um, it's a cool theatre and I'm AMC loyal (shout out to mah A-Listers!) But recliners are sticky and need an update. Have to order at the front then food will be brought to you. You'll be fine, just, uh, yeah. Don't expect an outta body enjoying experience.

Nathan Scheiderer

They got rid of their servers. So now you stand in line at a concession stand to order your food and then they deliver it to your seat. I didn't care for this change but it wasn't that bad. What was definitely bad was the food in both quality and quantity. A side fries costs $5. Guess how many fries we got? Approximately 12 french fries for $5. My wife and I used to enjoy their burgers. Not anymore, both of our burgers where dried out and my Jalapeno burger tasted like they forgot to put the jalapenos on. There was no heat. Not mild heat, no heat. We will not be ordering food at this location anytime soon.

Kaitlyn Hendrix

My boyfriend and I attended this AMC for the first time in a while yesterday. We usually go to any Marcus theater but we had gift cards so we figured we'd give it a shot. Safe to say we at least wont be going to this specific location next time. He used to go to this one when he was younger and said it used to be such a good experience, but things have changed so much and for the worse.

Brandon Radford

Very nice setup. Seats are spacious. They bring you food to your seat. Serves a variety of food along with the typical movie snacks. Beer wine and hard liquor available. Expect ballpark prices.

Calvin Jones

I like this place very comfortable I will return.

G Spann

Excellent dine and enjoy the movie what more perfect. Little expensive but over all wonderful place

Brenda D. Anderson, CAP

I enjoyed my movie and the reclining seat. Food was ok; served luke warmed & it was over priced.

Casemw 78

Need to update the theaters to compare to Marcus theaters in STL. Seats not comfortable to sit in for 2 hrs. At Marcus, I can sit in a comfy reclining leather chair thats more comfy than my recliner at home. And turn down the thermostats in the theaters. Only theater I need to wear shorts and a tank top to not sweat.

P J

Again, I try not to go here unless. . . a bit better then the one down the road but still worn and unattentive.

Pamela Williams

For the price of a movie ticket you would think you could gwt a free cup of Water in a regular size cup. ijs

Tayler Tate

This place unfortunately has gone way down hill. The seats are uncomfortable. Staff is not the nicest. The food quality is terrible especially for the price. The seat service is really self defeating because u can't even order from your seat. Also they have the ticket kiosk thing doesn't work properly, will make you lose out on your seat and there is no one in place to assist with the issues. I hate to leave bad reviews but I don't recommend anyone coming here for a dine in experience

Bridget VanMeans Esquire

Just went to see ALADDIN and this theater has declined so much in the last few years. NO LONGER DINE IN! Have to order at a very very very very slow concession stand! Missed the first 15 minutes. Employees seem so miserable. Food was disgusting! Will never return...such a lousily managed placed. Yuck and ugh. Wasted so much money.

Jessica Hendrix

This place has really gone downhill. Floors were filthy, bathrooms were over flowing with trash, toilet paper and paper towels, and the toilets were a mess. There were cops stationed at the ticket station, which seemed odd and made me feel like that location is prone to violent/criminal events. On top of all the filth, our screen was discolored in the middle with a blue-ish/gray tint. I told someone and they said they would get the manager but nothing was done. If they couldn’t fix it, I expected someone to at least say something on the way out apologizing for the less than stellar experience. Disappointing overall, we will never be going back.

Alex Mattmann

This place is disgusting. There is more trash on the floor than there is in the trash cans (which are always full) The customer service is horrible. We were treated very poorly. It’s not very difficult to at least smile and acknowledge your customers. Being an A list member, 6 people were let ahead before us. Never coming back.

Robert Howard

Terrible experience, I bought tickets to see Avengers in 3D, got to the front they gave me my 3D glasses, I went the theater and it was posted as 3D, I watched and waited thinking that it would be some type of dramatic 3D entrance BUT NO!! I spoke to the manager on duty after the show, he informed me that the movie was not in 3D, It was a misprint, WHAT!! They gave me 3D glasses, the theater was labeled as a 3D movie!!! And then he says I hope you enjoyed the movie..... bad bad management of this theater.

Ciara

This place was fabulous a few years ago. It's really not that great anymore. You can no longer order from your seats, you have to stand in a long line and they reduced the menu to a fraction of the options they previously offered. I ordered the flat bread, it was gross. The condiment bar was bare. The theater seats are in worn condition. I would suggest eating before you go, to call this a fork in dine? * stand in a concession line and eat microwave food* The prices versus food quality they offer is absurd.

Blake Williams

A solid movie theater. It tends to be dirty and the seats are well loved. The price is also pretty high. The food is good. It's a little pricey. I think the cleanliness could be improved. It is also a little hard to see from Olive. I usually go to the other AMC down the street because the price is more reasonable. This AMC does have very comfortable recliners.

Julia Vogel

Not going to lie the theater was a bit dirty when I went but it was also a slow Tuesday night. I like the recliners though.

Lorenzo Tieghi

Used to able to order at your seat. Not the same without that great service. Just another theatre now

Tina the not so micro mini pig TV

I could easily get used to a movie theatre experience like this. Great location. Super nice staff and servers. Comfortable seating. And the sounds was so good (nice and loud)! But wow, my wallet definitely felt a lot lighter after going there. Now I know what to expect and will definitely be back, but I might order a little less off the menu.

Jacque Forbes

Clean and comfortable reserved seating. Nice bar. Asian steak and shrimp bowl is pretty good. Over priced.

Errol Van Stralen

I was under-impressed with the food. I ordered chicken tenders, "hand made" chips, a drink and a milkshake. $40. My date and I could have had steaks at a steakhouse for this! The chips are over cooked but limp, the shake was more milk than "shake". The tenders were ok, but not up to $40 ticket. The seats are all right, but get your dinner somewhere else and save your money.

shawn the lesser

The screen and sound still remain some of the best around. The place itself, with the original intent to provide dinner repleat with waitstaff, recliners and little tables has ended up being less than good movie watching. Now, wait staff mostly gone, seats wearing out, recliners not all working, the price is just so astronomical it doesn't translate to being truly better than someplace else that is cheaper. God help the theater/movie industry right now as it is. Theaters should take notice that maybe cheaper IS better.

Daniel Roke

Instead of casually arriving in a relaxed atmosphere before the movie starts and ordering food from your seat, you now have the opportunity to wait in as many as 3 lines for food, beer, and soda. The reason I drove past other theaters to get here was that I could go straight to my reserved seat and place my order there. This is now just like many other theaters except it has an enhanced snack bar. At least the changes aren't total; the prices are still high. Hey AMC Dine-In, I'm out.

Heather Fielder

Normally love west olive 16 but I took my son tonight to see Detective Pikachu and our theater was gross. Our seats (and the neighboring seats had a thin film of butter or something oily on them. Tiny crumbs of popcorn everywhere, including on the tables where we planned to put our dine-in food. Just unclean all around. Better luck next time I hope.

Chris Robinson

Not a fan of the deliver to your seat. Especially when you are A-List member and your food is extremely cold after waiting for almost an hour to eat. The seats are comfortable and decent atmosphere just had a horrible experience with the food service.

mbrooks3

Changed the menu to make it healthier, but unfortunately, they didn't make it taste good. Appreciate the effort, but they sacrificed taste. Comfortable seats. Movie selection & experience is good when we go, but they got rid of the wait service, which was unique. Now we have to stand in line to order then wait for someone to bring it to us. Not too bad, just different than before, but the lines were too long. Go early if you want food to avoid missing your movie.

Gregg Purnell

Service was terrible they where out of everything. When we finally found something on their menu that was desirable they delivered it to the wrong people. Oh yea and I missed most of my movie waiting in line. Firestick it is for now on!

Rachel Garrett

I could not believe how much downhill this location has fallen. They force you to order your drinks and food in the front and they will deliver your food... but not your drinks. So, we had to wait in both lines to order !!! We went to see Aladdin (which premiered two weeks ago) and it was only offered in the small theater without the reclining chairs. The whole theater smelled horrid (like Six Flags in the summer when the spelt soft drinks start baking in the sun) and all the chairs were very squeaky. Our seats were still dirty from the prior showing. My husband ordered a milkshake and it was the worst chocolate milkshake he had ever had, he wouldn’t drink it (and he will eat everything). BUT.. at least the volume was loud. We won’t be returning, and this used to be the only theater we would go to.

Maxine Young Jones

REALLY ENJOYED MYSELF FRIENDLY STAFF A VERY CLEAN PLACE AN THE FOOD WAS SO DELICIOUS AN THE MOVIE STARTED ON TIME AN THE SEATS WAS SO COMFORTABLE AN ROOMING

Charlene Coffman

It was an ok experience. I wish the website would have told us that they no longer have seat service. You have to order at the concession stand then they will bring you your food to your seat. But we tried waiting in line but they only had 1 register open but had 2 lines 1 for movie card members and then a regular line. We ended up just going to our seat thinking we could place our order there but you can not anymore. We would have missed the first 10 to 15 minutes of the movie if we would have waited in line.

Charles Lee Ray

ticket prices are reasonable. Food is less than desirable. I go for the films and eat elsewhere before or after.

Rachel Johns

I hadn’t been here since 2014 when it used to actually be a “dine-in” theater. So I brought my mom to see “Little” tonight and for the price we paid our dinner was ruined. The dinner reeked of dirt and a mold smell. We noticed the service button had been covered with plastic and no menus were present between the seats. About 30 minutes after the show began, when no server entered the theater, I decided to search reviews online to figure out what was the problem. Was this no longer a dine-in theater like it’s namesake? I discovered that we’re supposed to order at the concession stand like a regular theater. Talk about being disappointed all the way around. If I’m paying dine-in theater prices and commuting to a theater that still advertises itself as a dine-in that’s what I expect. Anything else is just fraud!

Ambica Gunukula

I like Saint Charles AMC better than here. But it's the closest to where I live, and better parking.

Scott Bonner

It's a dine-in theater, but you still have to wait in long lines at concessions to order. It doesn't save any time or hassle, except that someone carries the food to your chair well after you ordered it. Seats are comfy enough but not that much better a normal theater.

Jen Lee

The atmosphere was wonderful. The seats were comfortable and the sound was amazing. We had a lovely time watching the movie.

Ryan Lowery

They have definitely changed their service style. My wife and I were a little disappointed to no longer have the true dine in experience. You can no longer order from your seat. You have to order in line at the concessions and then they have it delivered to you, and not very quickly at that. The food is WAY overpriced for the quality. My burger was pretty great, but other than that everything else was mediocre or worse. We will probably will not patron this theater anymore. Definitely disappointing since our first time here was a very pleasant one. AMC, get back to what you used to be!

ChefA460

I have been to this theater many times in the past, this was my first truly bad experience. The only gripe was the food. Ordered a burger, chicken strips and a drink, at a cost of 40 dollars. The cost isn't my complaint, I was prepared for that. My complaint it that the burger was burnt, and all the toppings we're just tossed in so once it got to me they were in the bottom of the little parchment bag they put it in. The fries were cold and hard. The chicken strips we're overcooked, and the fries were bad as well. The strips came with slaw as well, that was the best apart of the meal, apart from the fact that we were given no utensils. Also no ketchup, or other condiments.

crystal marie antoinette

This place has went completely down hill. The theaters are dirty menus sticky and filled with food no one wants to order. This place needs to not be a dine in anymore. I stopped coming here for my dine in experience and now go to Marcus Theaters only.

Shelly Rudin

This was the worst theater I have ever been too. We bought tickets for the dine-in options. The seats were covered in popcorn butter to start. We pushed our call light to order food, no one came. So we went to the counter and ordered food which we were told would be delivered to our seats. It finally arrived after 45 minutes... cold. We took the food back and were told it would be remade and sent to our seat. We never received our food. When the movie was over we went and spoke to the manager who offered to remake the food, we declined since the movie was over and we were leaving, I asked for a refund which she refused to give. She offered a $2 off coupon our next visit (uh, not coming back here) and I told her that wasn’t acceptable and that we wanted our money back. She again declined, I asked for one of our movie tickets refunded and she said “that is not possible.” Seeing this was a losing battle we left, corporate was called and escalated to the regional manager. I’ll update if and when I hear back.

Luanna Powell

Food dine in has changed now order at front delivery service terrible. Non lounging chairs uncomfortable. Some staff nice others not.

Awesome Food Dude

The auditorium was so hot and muggy...very, very uncomfortable. Get there an hour early too if you want food. There were probably 25 people in front of me and anyone with a "SUPER" Stubs card gets to go before you. There were two people running the food counter...just a mess. I finally gave up after not moving for 15 minutes.

James Huesmann

Great seats, good food, good service

Nicole Robinson

The theater was dirty! I was so shocked. There was popcorn EVERYWHERE that trailed down the hall to the theater doors. The 3D theater had trash on the seats and in the cup holders and MORE popcorn on the floor. The cup holder came off the seat as I reached to get my cup. It was literally attached to my cup. And to top it off they didn't have reclined seats and the volume of the movie was extremely low. I'm SO DISAPPOINTED with AMC especially with this theater. I've never had problems going there but today will be my last time.

Milton Kendrick III

Not kept as clean as it used to be and really sad to see food can no longer be ordered from theater seats. Maybe AMC could at least look at offering in-theater food ordering by app.

Aaron Roberts

Great place to watch a movie! Very comfortable.

kiche house

There have been many changes over the past few years. The dine in theaters are really comfortable. Your seat reclines, some have seat warmers also, and the right at your seat service provides an entirely new viewing and dining experience. This place is one of my fav go to places.

R. G.

Very upscale experience. Recliner was big and comfortable. They offer a bar for those who drink. I had the Asian bowl which was delicious. My daughter enjoyed the chicken bacon mac. It definitely wasn't ordinary movie popcorn. They also have caramel and cheese popcorn. Icees are included with your self serve drinks.

Jennifer Marcoulier

This is a pretty good theater. The bistro is nice

RG Insights Photography

Screens, sound system, and seating are excellent! They have very friendly staff, and great food that you can get delivered to you in-theatre as this is a dine-in! Screen sizes are amazing and range from the standard size up to IMAX. Makes for a great movie going experience.

Carla Howard-owens

My first time. The food was good.

Shady Bidnezz

Its a great dine-in. Friendly staff and great cooks. The food is amazing and the Royal Burger is the best. Giant movie screen amd hot food what more can u ask for. Oh you want a shot or 2, they have a bar!

jason magill

They apparently don't clean seats and trays in between shows, it was filthy. My milk shake was melting and dripping all over when it was delivered. You would think with the outrageous prices of everything there the least they could do is wipe the seats off and bring out my shake before it starts melting.

Shane Bennett

Extremely disappointing. They used to take you order at your seat but now you have to wait in a long line to place your order and then they will deliver it to your seat. We placed our order and it took over 45min before they brought it to us. The food was not fresh either. I got the BBQ burger and my wife got a cheese flat bread. I used to love coming here but now that they changed how they run the Dine in part I will not be back.

Doug wurtz

Very dissatisfied this use to be a good experience. I'm disappointed how much this theater has changed from the smaller menu to basically waiting on yourself. I don't l plan on going back waist of time and money . You can get the same or better experience at Wherenberg .

Kay K Atkins

I like the fact that I can reserve my seats, but I dnt like that I have to stand in a long line to order food to be delivered to my seat. I prefer ordering from my seat.

Teresa Kenney

The food was good and seats comfortable. Service was fine. But the previews were deafening.

ken pitts

The quality of this dine in has fallen significantly. It used to be the go-to spot to see a movie and get good food, but now they have fired 3/4 of the wait staff, stopped taking orders at your seats, use cheaper ingredients in the kitchen, and charge more for the privilege. They used to have a solid, upscale menu. Now its hotdogs and nachos, just like every other theater out there.

NancyEllen Woods

Very comfortable and accessible. The menu could use some help. Great food over fancy combinations would be best.

Kim Morton

My favorite go to theatre. Must try the brussel sprouts.

Terry Haist

They changed everything about the dine in experience. Wife and I will probably never return. Not worth the extra money and travel time. Very disappointed. What's new, if u have something good going don't go screwing with it.

akikisaki

Lights on chairs during the entire movie. They never dimmed. Not very clean. Sound was okay.

Dominic Pilla

I've been going to this theatre for well over 10 years. I remember when it had AMC Classic seating and when it was first converted to the dine-in recliners. Since the conversion to recliners the quality of this theatre has hit new lows. It's filthy more than half the time. They no longer let you order from your chair, and they drastically slimmed down the menu to be all of the terrible to taste, easy to make options. Chicken tenders, which taste terrible (how?!), are $17. It seriously upsets me that this theatre has gone this far down in quality. I still go to it every now and then. Far less than my usual 3-4 times a month. Forgot to mention that over a year ago they switched from metal to plastic utensils. While many are not annoyed this, because metal ones can definitely contract bacteria between the washer and your chair, it seems outrageous to spend $15+ per person on food to try to cut something with a plastic knife. When I inquired about this I was told they did not have enough metal utensils to go to everyone now, and that you can request them. Also reminds me of a guy getting kicked out before the start of Aquaman when he asked "three f**king times for utensils!"

private private

The cold hard facts folks is that the employees from management down to ticket booths with the kitchen staff and all the servers in between don't care about the clients nor the establishment and just want the place to close down. That's why the sale food to you they have no business selling. They prep the food in a manner so inedible you wouldn't feed it to a stray dog and they couldn't care less about how nasty the auditorium is nor the seats you have to sit in. It's a wonder they even show up for a paycheck, but the owners of this establishment keep getting enough visitors to justify a revenue to pay the lackadaisical indifferent staff so the staff keeps clocking in, collecting your money, selling, preparing and distributing inedible likely rotten food from a lily old nasty freezer, and the shameless management and the lazy staff keep getting a paycheck. -until the place closes down the owner and the staff will continue running it like a SLUM because they know there will always be unsuspecting patrons they can rip off of their cash

Summer 18

Very great and staff are excellent. Make sure to watch the movie Overcomer! It's one of the BEST movie's I've ever seen!

Shaun Lindsey

I have my weekly date day here, my boyfriend and I really enjoy this theater

Tim Lurkins

They have the best Cob Salad I've ever had. The theater was nice too.

Mary Jackson

This is my favorite theater, it's always clean and I love reserving my seats so I don't have to look around to find a place to sit.

ian bone

An overall nice theatre with some decent amenities. Shows start late due to previews and advertisements running at the show start time. The theatre we sat in had very squeaky seats that were a bit of a distraction during the movie, not just our seats, but you could hear squeaks throughout the theatre anytime people moved around. Other than noisy seats, a nice place to see a movie.

Sydni Davis

Have visited since opening and it keeps getting more and more disappointing. The menu has dwindled to almost nothing and the options they have are way over-priced. Now I find out it's hardly even a dine-in anymore as you have to order the food beforehand OR leave your movie to come outside and order it. I can do that at any theatre. Really destroyed the experience for me.

adam wulf

Not a dine in experience. No menus at the seat. No one coming to your seat to take your order. Overpriced movie ticket in my opinion. Will not be going again. The movie, seats, and my date were the only thing that I enjoyed.

Kenyatta Asante

The floors/surfaces are rarely clean. Non-existent service. Another reveiwer mentioned the lights in the middle of the seats that you can't turn off, which is obnoxious. I'll admit to not trying the food: the prices are enough of a deterrent that it'd be irresponsible. On several of my most recent visits, the automated kiosks for tickets didn't work correctly. And the computers they did have to ring up customers on all crashed shortly after. God help you if you have concerns or issues that need to be brought up with management: most are unhelpful if not politely dismissive. I can't recommend any other theater more than this one, honestly. It's a shame.

S Benavides

This place advertises to be a dine-in theater. However it is no longer the dining experience you may have be used to. You can no longer get food delivered to your seat, unless you order it at the stands at the front of the theater. Before going to your individual movie. And in the area where we sat for our movie it was dirty and the chairs were in disrepair and falling apart. This place has gone downhill big time don't go here!

Terry Weichelt

My first time at this AMC theater. It's nice.

Danielle Hurt

Was very disappointed with my experience today at this theater . The food is highly overpriced, you can't make substitutions to a meal that already costs $17 and the concessions workers are extremely rude . Then we were told they no longer had servers so we would have to order the food at the counter and it'll be brought to us for no extra charge only to look at the receipt to discover a delivery fee right about the final total. If I could give this place 0 stars I honestly would. Biggest waste of money ever !!

Yashartha Tewari

Comfortable place to watch movies. Staff is friendly too.

Kenneth Hall

Nice and clean. Great service! Just a little pricey for the food. I guess that's the norm for theatres.

Mike Rogers

Wow, such a great place. Needed to save time and ate a dinner while watching a movie with our daughter and granddaughter. We were the only 4 in the theater, great motorized seats and attached dinner tray.

Rachelle Abrams

This is not a dine-in theater if you have to stand in line to order your food (25 mins). The food arrive 20 mins latee cold. The theater was extremely dirtu with trash on the floors. This was a waste of time...

Fein Cirillo

Our first time going to a dine in theatre. Everyone was nice, food was good and the whole place seemed clean. Did take about 45mins to get most of our food. After they dropped off 4 of the 5 meals we told them one was left out. They said okay. Another hour later and no-one came back. Had to leave the movie to go and tell them again and actually get it. Luckily it was a three hour movie.

Regina D Sias

They a little slow on bringing you your food, but other than that really nice place to enjoy a movie.

Ashley Webb

Where to begin? The theater that we were in, number 10, was filthy, popcorn and food on the floor where our seat were. we ordered $70 worth of food from popcorn to kids meals to wings for everybody that was in our party and every single thing was cold! Even the popcorn. I would not waste your money for the dine in experience.

Aaron Wood

Good theater, pretty clean. Popcorn wasn't bad and they have the soda dispensers you can pick anything. Staff was fine - nothing special but not bad either. They changed the dine in process where you have to order ahead of time, not from your seat. Some may not like that, but I actually prefer it so the servers aren't coming in during the movie (except to deliver food at the beginning). For some reason they don't have a great menu selection.. Some decent things but it's limited. Very few a la carte options. For example, I wanted boneless chicken.. They had a $16 strips combo, but they don't sell the strips separately. They had bone-in wings (for $11).. The sampler had boneless wings but they weren't anywhere else on the menu. I just got popcorn. That was why I went with 4 stars..

Dave Morris

It was a great movie but nearly everything beyond that was disappointing. The biggest problem was the 50 minutes between "showtime" and the movie beginning. The first solid 25 minutes were commercials. The second 25 minutes were movie previews. Also, they don't offer full service in your seat anymore, you now have to stand in line for a very limited menu of food choices. There is a "premiere" line for special members, which we were not permitted to use. We stood waiting to order our food, but as long as there was someone in the premiere line we were ignored. We stood there at the front of the "normal" line for 20 minutes. Needless to say we won't be going back.

Ashley Nolte

We were in town for a weekend getaway. We decided to take our daughter to see Aladdin 3D to this dinner theater. We were very excited for a relaxing one stop dinner and a movie treat. The tickets were almost $50 for the three of us, wayyyyy over priced. When we got there we spent another $50 in food and drinks. We took blankets because every movie theater is cold, right? Wrong, this theater was hot, the seats and trays were dirty and sticky. The food was less than average. This was our first 3D movie, and the movie itself was good, but the venue was awful.

Terri Ann

Place was filthy, food and trash everywhere. Trash cans overflowing. Seats were nasty and extremely uncomfortable. Not a good experience at all. We watched in the 3d theater and the seats were not recliners at all. They were horrible. We are willing to drive further for a better cleaner experience.

Julia Wineberg

The seating is wonderful. I liked not sitting on top of the person next to me

Emily Noyes

Enjoyable experience, although rather expensive for what you get. Seats were comfortable. We got to the theater extra early to order food so we would get it before the movie started. The food wasn't delivered until the movie started.

Sara Salley

The movie watching experience itself was amazing! The only downside is that they have changed the "dine in" feature, and not for the better. You now order outside the theater, then go sit down and wait for your food. The line is almost always so long you need to account for about 30 mins to wait in the line before your movie starts. It was mildly disappointing and changed how I view going to that theater.

Priyanshu Kumar

Didn’t try their dine-in service. Loved watching endgame in the theatre. The place was clean and the seats were comfortable.

Jade Richter-Reaves

Has gone downhill significantly. We went to see the new Spider-Man in 3D and got a refund after noticing the changes. First of all the only reason people go to this theater so they could sit down and be served a meal like a restaurant. Now you have to order up front and then they send it to your seat. If I wanted to wait in line at the popcorn bar and get a $12 box of candy I would have gone to a normal theater. Not only is the way you order completely gone but the quality of food has gone downhill, sanitation the kitchen is completely out the window of which can be visibly seen at the popcorn bar, (open bags of garbage everywhere spilled sticky drinks on the floor and what can I only be assumed is the cooking utensils also on said sticky floor), and now the menu is bare-bones at best. It would be smarter and safer to just eat food at the Buffalo wild wings right outside the parking lot of the theater. If I wanted food that gross, management nonexistent, workers goofing off oh, and every surface to be dirty sticky and stained vaguely yellow I would not have paid $12 for a ticket. I will not be returning despite the fact I was just here to see Halloween. AMC theaters how did you go so downhill so quick?

Kawthar Albasha

This theater is so dirty, you can see the dust everywhere. Also they forgot to turn the lights off for the movie, we had to get out and find someone to do it when the movie started.

AG Boyd

This is not a dine in theater. You have to go up to the concession stand to order your "food". When we finally got our food I was grossed out. They brought our pretzel bites out on an old rusty sheet pan and the cheese was absolutely inedible. A milkshake shouldnt be something that you can mess up. But they found a way. It tastes like someone put a bunch of cigarettes in the ice cream. I'm not a picky eater, I am very easily pleased. With a grand total of $35 for two milkshakes and pretzel bites, all which tasted terrible, I will be sure not to go to this location again. I like AMC. Just not this location, go to a different one.

nate dizzle

They have those good seats!

Deana Harris

Comfortable seating. Food orders brought to your seats. Ordered wings and they are the best I've had. You have to pay in advance for your order to be delivered to your seat so know your seat number before you order. Time before last we had to hunt down our server to pay so this works better on both ends.

Ada Ezenwa-Autrey

Came with mom in the mid afternoon. Service was subpar. The person servicing us was on her phone the whole time while "assisting" us. Another worker arrived to continue checking us out while the girl continued on her phone. It was more a service issue than a theater issue. The theater itself was okay. Movie was fine and the sound quality was fine as well.

Tupaws & K'bear Fuzzy Ears

The night I was there service was excellent and the food much better than expected..worth every dime ... However, if you want to be " in the moment " and not be distracted ... Don't go to a dine in movie... the wait staff where quiet and respectful of everyone watching ... But it is still a distraction ... I saw Bohemian Rhapsody, and that was not a movie that I felt was harmed by the environment. But Star Wars or Avatar... I want to be part of the movie not in a "living room" with people moving around serving food and drinks .. In all I loved the experience... And can't wait to to go back

Clarissa Thompson

I love this place. The movie experience is the best in the area. Early shows at great prices and food options close by. Iy would be a lot better if they had an area for games.

Life with Nicole Peterson

The popcorn was stale. It's not freshly popped, it's in the glass section of the counter, unsanitary.

Princess Lillygaming

Place was clean....easy access to our seats...but one minor problem: someone started snoring during the Endgame movie! Another person..sitting in front of the snorer...woke him 3 minutes later.....can't go anywhere to see a movie...

Keith Clark

Movie was good but the Theater was warm & the seat don't recline

Angie Catkid

This was my first experience at a drive in movie place. I loved it. The hamburger and soda was amazing. It felt like I was at a car hop or old fashioned drive-in movie ordering food.

Yorkie Lover

It was such a comfort to visit when they first opened. You could walk in and go to your seat. No need to get in concession lines. It's what they advertised and patrons didn't mind spending a little more for the service. No more good things happening here. You're back to standing in line and the prices are up a little. What the heck are they doing? They bring meals or cooked items to your seat. But, if you run out of popcorn, you're back in line. And, if you're visiting during one of their later shows you aren't told when the concession stands close. So, those refills may not truly happen. Why a good thing had to end, who knows? Perhaps they should stop calling it a Dine-in Cinema and recognizing our inability to get what we pay for.

Chris Jamison

Always a great time here. It's really other people that make it less than pleasing

holly shadding

I have been going here for year's. My husband and I opt to drive further to have a peaceful atmosphere. Unfortunately last night while we were there I saw 2 different police officers, one inside my theater and than another outside the main entrance. The past few weeks I have noticed an increasing amount of rude people being loud, on their phones during the movie. It's a shame people can't go out to a public place and have manors. I guess we will have to drive even further to get a respectful environment.

Branden Frazier

We used to visit AMC 16 almost every week 8 years ago but we moved out of state to Belleville and chose theaters nearby. It was a great atmosphere, helpful and courteous employees and the food was gourmet served on actual dishes! It was like a restaurant experience inside a movie theater we just couldn’t believe it. One particular occasion about 8-9 months ago we came back and noticed some things had changed like the menu and food quality...my food took over 25 mins was served on a cardboard/paper like plate and was cold upon arrival. I don’t mind waiting for fresh, hot food but waiting for cold food is unacceptable. I vowed that I wouldn’t return but my fiancée insisted we try again and that it was just an off night so we came back and had an even worse experience. We could no longer order from our seats by the press of a button so we traveled back to the counter to place our order. My food came out a lot quicker than before but it was cold AGAIN and my margarita had way to much sour mix that it wasn’t drinkable anymore and to top it off we had to watch a movie with a group of the most uncouth and degenerate people I’ve ever encountered in a movie theater. It was constant talking, yelling, cursing and loud remarks that it completely ruined our experience. We both like AMC but this location has completely lowered its standards and it reflects poorly on the brand.

Stephanie Mullens

You cant even call yourselves a "Dine In" when you put covers on the call buttons, and make the guests who PAY FOR THE SERVICE OF DINE IN, get up and leave the movie to order food that takes forever to get to you. People see an advertisement for dine in. Your website says to push a button to get a server. You may as well acknowledge your false advertisement, or fix it. The purpose of eating when we get there is supposed to be as advertised, which is an extra pampering of convenience. You failed. We will not be back.

Ron Watford

While I did not order any food, my son did. It was delivered in a timely fashion and was tasty! As with all movie concessions, it was a bit pricey. An added benefit to the theater were the comfortable reclining seats!

Jameel Awad

Ordering food is really slow even though it’s dine-in and supposed to be quick

The Perfect Postmate

As long as you see a movie in the theaters with the reclining seats, then you'll have a nice experience. Make sure you go to the counter and purchase your tickets if you don't know which movies have those seats. You can order food at the concession and ha very it delivered to you at the start of the movie. That's cool! There is also a bar which has now become standard in most movie theaters.

Marianne Behlmann

The young man at the concession stand was rude and totally disinterested in what he was doing, didn't explain about getting your own drinks and that part of our order would be brought to us until I asked. He did not give me the popcorn after I paid until I asked for it, the pretzel bites were never brought to our seats, had to leave the movie to go get them. The bathroom was filthy, paper towels all over the floor, trash cans everywhere were overflowing. I have been to this theater multiple times and can not believe how it has gone downhill. I will not be back.
