This rant is more specific to PSD than to the base itself. I misplaced my veterans ID card and went to get a new one. Called psd beforehand to ask them what I needed to get a new card. "Just two forms of Id," they said. No problem because I carry 3 forms of id. I showed up and my other two forms of id weren't valid. Would've been nice if they would have specified that on the phone. After all, that's why I called In the first place. Still jumpin through hoops. Next time, specify the forms of id needed to get things done. Oh, and for anyone who's trying to get a new ID card, bring in your license, state ID card or your ss card or your birth certificate.
