I absolutely love this theatre. The new seats recline, the staff is extremely friendly, and a daytime showing is never too crowded. On top of all that the video quality is excellent.

It's ok. Friendly staff, although concession can be slow at times. The seating was updated to reclining chairs, but because the theatre was not built for stadium seating they felt odd sitting in, like you are always leaning forward. At least they were more comfortable than the last seats they had. Prices are more reasonable than some areas and you do get one free refill on large items. It's not a terrible theatre but its not great either

A bit disappointed. The register staff were nice, but the ticket taker was not. The theater was fine except the seats all leaned too far back -- almost as if they've semi-broken with time. Other patrons also noticed this and made comments. All in all, a fine movie going experience. Nothing special.

Absolutely avoid this theater at all costs. It is run by an incredibly rude, nasty man with a mustache named Ed. I have heard him belittle employees in front of customers, make threats to other businesses nearby and make megalomaniac statements about himself owning the mall and making the rules. Spend your hard earned money somewhere where you and your neighbors will be treated the way paying customers should be treated. I will never spend another dollar here.

My experience was pleasant here, the only issue I had was that the screen for my movie was a little bit dented, other than that the service was quick when I went to get my ticket.

Upset about buying my tickets online to avoid standing in line. Still had to stand inline to get the tickets when they were clearly paid for on my screen. It totally defeated the purpose. There needs to be a better way of handling online customers. The theaters had great seating, good eats, excellent employees & clean atmosphere.

Came up to North Conway for a weekend away. It ended up raining so we decided to go for a movie. I purchased the tickets online and paid an extra $3 for a “convenience fee”. When we got to the theater we realized we had to stand in line with everyone who didn’t prepurchase tickets to pick ours up. A little ridiculous since you buy online so you don’t have to stand in line but whatever. When it was our turn the man who was doing the tickets walked away to refill the popcorn. Didn’t say “I’ll be right with you” or “just one moment”, he just walked away. Then when he came back he didn’t greet us or anything, just pulled my phone closer to him. Then he turned back around and went back to the back counter to talk to the girl at the butter, again without saying anything. The best part was I’m pretty sure he was the manager. The theater is an older one but it was clean.

The only game in town. The folks running the ticket line and concession lines are incredibly inefficient. They can”t run a line correctly to save their lives, so much so I elected to not even but stale popcorn last time. I guess you pay peanuts you get monkeys. In addition, they have a horrible trait of always entering the theater, during the movie and walking the path with a flashlight. No theatre in the rest of the country is that screwed up. If some big chain came to town, they would put this place out of business...

Never met a more rude group of staff. What seemed like the manager had no courtesy was rude and spoke as if you were stupid. Not only that but the popcorn they claimed was fresh popped daily tasted like it was stale and a week old. I've tasted bagged popcorn that was better. Not from around here and came for my fiance's birthday and was highly displeased. However the seating was comfortable. Will definitely not be back.

Very small but carries the basics. Expensive food and drinks as it is just about everywhere as far as movie theaters go. The staff was rather rude though and impatient when answering questions. Really the only movie theater in the area though.. good to go on a hot or rainy day.

Think you’ll sneak in a movie on a rainy summer afternoon? Think again! Buy tickets online in advance but you still need to go to the single register to get them printed. The line stretches out the door of the mall at times. They will call online orders to a side line about 5min before the show starts. Concessions are reasonable, and the seating is comfortable.

The owner/manager bothers me because he is a condescending jerk. Edie, the older woman who works at the concession stand or as a ticket taker is a gem. Love her! Also, the theatre is always clean, as well as the restrooms. The 2 star could be a 5 star if I didn't meet that manager/owner ever. Ugh.

Extremely rude staff. I understand movie theaters dont want ppl bringing in their own drinks and snacks. But to enter the movie while its playing to flashlight the paying customers to see who is eating or drinking from their own snacks and drinks is ridiculous! Ppl pay to watch a movie. They dont pay to watch movie theater staff enter the movie at several random times to scan customers with flashlights. And for that! I will no longer bring students, groups, social clubs, or friends here ever again.

Just found out that they have closed captioning individual devices for movie goers. I found that extremely helpful in following the dialogue. They also have headphones. The seats, however, are not the greatest. You can lean back in them, but they always want to go back to the upright position.
