The theatre was clean and nice and I like the recliner chairs. However they left the lights on for the entire movie. Even after o left and missed part of the movie to let them know they were left on they said they would come turn them off and the lights remained on throughout. This was very annoying and distracted from the movie. Although Fantastic Beasts was a great movie and worth seeing.

I always love to go watch movies there, but it's just same as all the other AMC movie theater, they have nice electronic chairs, big screen, and foods that you can choose. Very nice! Oh and they new opened a bar, but only serve beer and wine just for now.

The newly renovated theaters are hands down amazing. It always appears clean, huge partner seating with reclining chairst The new Real 3D seats vibrate. Snack service is always a little off but once you speak up the problem is always fixed immediatly. Every place always has kinks to work out. They have a new AMC Stubs Premeire program that gives awesome perks. Every other theater in the surrounding areas is gross and would never walk foot in them again. Sticking with AMC from now on!

I was pleasantly surprised by the reserved seating. No more having to buy tickets to movies I don't know where I'll have to sit. We bought tickets at the window on opening night for Star Wars, and despite our seats being on the side, you could still see really well because of the new comfy reclining seats they have upgraded to. There is more room, and I hardly noticed the people's heads in front of me, because they were all reclining back!!! It was really nice and comfortable. I will go here again! Just please keep the restrooms clean because the women's smelled like urine. Only complaint though, because I love the new upgrades.

Recently had the most kind, generous experience at this movie theater that I felt compelled to come write a review. I came to see the Grinch with my three children and some friends. My kids are 9, 5, and 2.5. It was my first experience trying a movie (besides at home) with my youngest. Well, she made it until about the last 30 minutes of the movie and I had to take her out so as not to disturb those around us. As I was sitting on a bench outside of our theater, a manager (who I didn't realize was a manager at the time) walked by and made small talk with me. We were laughing about my daughter not allowing me to watch the movie. Within 5 minutes, someone walked over and handed me 2 guest passes to come back and watch any movie of my choosing. I was floored! No one has ever done something like that for me. I had not complained. I was perfectly at peace with losing my money and not seeing the end of the movie. It was a risk I took. But instead, this nice man decided I should get another chance. It honestly made my day and I've told so many people. You gained a loyal customer that day. Small acts of kindness go a long way with me. Thank you again so much, sir! This single mom on a budget really appreciates what you did.

The reserved seating is very nice, and with the renovations it's an enjoyable place to visit. However, I'm not sure who makes up the prices, but they really need to make the consession stuff more reasonably priced, as they would make more money because more people would buy instead of taking their own stuff in.

You can never be mad at the AMC movies clean, great reclining seats..i mean put you feet up seats..non cracked screen, just the right lighting to see in the darken movie exits..the room are very spacious..no bumping from the person behind you to get in or out their seats...the fresh popcorn...great...

I love the movies there. The staff is friendly and you should never have any trouble getting in. In my opinion the tickets are reasonably priced. The food is too. They have both icee and cold drinks there. I believe there are 10 theaters inside. I went to see how to train your dragon 3. A beautiful movie. I saw it in digital. Which is the regular version but they also had 3D. Sound is great and everyone is quiet and respectful I've never had any problems there.

I had the most Pleasant time at this theater. Me and my grandson went to see Shazam. I go to pay for my tickets and find out I don't have enough so as I was leaving to go have a talk to with the wife the wonderfully beautiful employee at the counter pulled out her credit card and paid for the rest of it. No not just a couple of pennies $10 and something. I'm not sure how much they make but I know it's not that much and she still went through with that. I asked her why her reply I just can't help being nice. Let me tell you that's the kind of people I want to live around. I'm the same kind of persons and I very much appreciate that attitude in life. Not only did it restored some hope in humanity but it showed my grandson a very good life lesson. Be nice and treat people how you would want to be treated. Sorry I did not get her name but I will always remember that face and I will be back tomorrow to repay the kindness. Thank you nice person I will see you soon

It is disappointing that they are leaving multiple movies out of their lineup. They recently kept one movie for over a month, and it was racist to say the least, but they will not show actual documentaries that are wonderful for everyone to see. It is a big letdown, especially since every other theater is a minimum of 25 miles away in any direction.

Since the renovation, this place has really turned itself around... assigned seating in comfortable leather recliners, fewer seats = more space, and upgraded sound. Now if we can just get the concession stand workers to call on Premier Stubs members first!

Decided on a late movie last Friday night (7/19/19), looked up movie times and saw there was an 11pm showing of the NEWLY released The Lion King. Awesome. We arrived at 1055pm, walked inside, was greeted by NO ONE. Then as we were walking in, someone stopped us for our tickets..we scanned our phone and we to the consessions...as I was reading the menu above, my dated asks for a large popcorn and a drink and right after, I asked for a small pizza and drink...there was only one young guy behind a register and a short guy walking back n forth behind the counter, cleaning and picking up. The young guy says, "uh we only have popcorn. The kitchen is closed" I said politely, "I'm sorry, u said the kitchen is closed but you have an 11pm showing of a new released movie, its 1105am, and your kitchen is closed??" The short guy then looks up and says, "yea, 11pm movie means the kitchen closes at 11pm" I then asked again, "excuse me, did u say the kitchen was closed? I must have miss heard you again" And neither he nor the young guy said anything else to me. It was poor customer service. It was poor quality. It was dirty and sticky in the movie theater. Attitude from every single employee. If you're wondering why or how this theater was run down before they got some updated seats and lighting...its because of the LACK OF.

I disliked because I was at I believe an 8:30 pm showing of Us, and Midway through the movie I went to concession and they were closed, asked an employee if I can get a drink and he said we are closed. How can you be closed if I'm in here still watching a movie! Reminded me why I stopped going to theatre to watch a movie. Over priced and you can't get something to drink in the middle of the movie. Better at my home!!

They had awesome customer service and security. The seats were very clean and the floors were swept. The effects were awesome, too, they even changed the temperature according to the movie scheme. If it was warm in the movie, the temperature rose a bit and if the temperature was cold in the movie then the temperature lowered. The prices were moderate and simple, the screens we're cleaned and the restrooms were clean. They even added advanced blow dry cleaners to make sure you didn't have to touch them, same with the soap and sink too. I saw that not only with security guards, they had security cameras and they also cleaned up the rooms once the people left. Very professional.

I come to this Hammond AMC a lot. I've been really enjoying the A-list benefits that's offered now. This location is great seating as a lot of screams and is a nice-sized facility. It's also located near an outdoor mall. And if your truck driver it's great because it's right across the highway. It's within walking distance or you can take lyft.

This theater has lazy boy style seating which is great if you hate people kicking your seats like we do. The sound and lighting is perfect for movie time. They have a bar with movie themed drinks that are crafted well.

Kind of the same as all the AMCs. Big, clean. The seats in the 3D theatre 2 were comfortable, large recliners with shake technology. So, when something boomed or blew up on screen, the seat shakes. It was a hot muggy day, but the A/C was on artic setting. It was a cold mother in there. Also, I saw the popcorn being made, yet it tasted stale. The popcorn and soda costs are exorbitant.

Watched an employee walk all around the crowd outside talking away on his cell phone. Seriously? You dont see all these people? Why arent you selling tickets or doing anything? Finally, Got to the window and theres a seating chart. Are you kidding? Only 2 seats left in the front now at a ridiculous price. Problem solved. Took date night somewhere else. We have recliners at home for free, great pizza and fresh hot popcorn. Saved $100. Lol. Thanks AMC I didnt realize how great home is in comparison.

I am continuously disappointed by this movie theater. Their caption machines are often broken, not charged, or fail mid-movie. Even after complaining and receiving free tickets because I couldn't understand the movie without captions, I still encountered problems with the machines and staff not knowing how to operate the technology. This location is expensive, often has dirty bathrooms, and fails to make their theater accessible according to ADA.

I don't think it's a good idea to make people sit in a assigned seat. The management is not willing to bend or override new rules from the corporate office. Last but not least the remodeling of this movie theater that was done does not help the public see it until they buy a ticket to see a movie. Prices are to high for the standard AMC imposes to the public.

Man...Man...Man...what can I say....this is my spot...haven't been to the movies in a minute....due to illness...but when I heard Halloween 2k18 was coming out...I just had to make a guest appearance...the environment was off the chain...but it was already...It was a good experience...but guys it was much better...It was an amazing experience...I don't want to ruin it for u...but if u haven't been there for a while u should check it out....u won't be disappointed...The staff is Super Duper Professional and friendly...Management is on point....It is a well-organized Organization...The facility was immaculate...do you hear me..The theatres were Pristine and had a well-polished effect...The seating had a Corporate Luxurious Feel..if that makes sense..I can see my brand having a PowerPoint Presentation on one of the screens...anyways....this is the spot guys...you will fall in love with it....#MP2k19....#JSDDesignsLLC2k19

Loving the seats, the recliner is nice and easy to get used to . Can actually snuggle up with your partner. Online ticket reservations can be able to great thing or a curse. Trying to make sure you got all the seats together can get hard. Especially if want 5 or more. The bigger seats the less you can get in the room. I have been a few times now since the remodel and co:-combo number 2 needs to come back. It's so expensive just to get a popcorn and a drink. The refreshing refreshments, will cost you more than an adult ticket. Usually go with a family of Five . we used to love the old combo #2 you get the large popcorn and 2' Large drinks. As a stubs member you can get the free refill on both popcorn and drinks. And you can get as many drinks that you can drink. We we have a gotten up to 4 refill on our popcorn. Being a stubs member can come in super super handy . But it's just about the best way to spend the afternoon.

If you arrive at 8pm for an 8pm movie, then you can't get Popcorn or drink at 8:10pm. They close out and shutdown the registers at the concession stand before the previews for the movie end. I was also advised that the rest of my party needed to arrive because they were shutting down! This was at 8pm for an 8pm showtime! The manager refused to do anything about it. This party of ten will never return.
