We are American Indians from this area since day one... Davenport's Chapel of the Good Shepherd does not desciminate nor judge by color, nor greed. We appreciate everything you do,& have done for us Mr. Davenport!!! We recently lost my husband's step dad who we had been caring for. When he passed away at home, we called Davenport's Chapel of The Good Shepherd and Mark Davenport came out at 4am to transport him to the funeral home. Mark was respectful and instilled trust and confidence immediately. In the days that followed, Matt helped us navigate death certificates, burial permits for the county in California where the burial would occur and all other aspects of the arrangements. On the day we were picking up our loved one, Paul and Bill Davenport dressed and placed him into the casket we provided and loaded the casket into our vehicle for transport. They were respectful and professional. They have a clean location and excellent equipment. Our family will forever be indebted to the Davenport family and employees of their business for their help during a difficult time. I highly recommend using Davenport's Chapel of The Good Shepherd if the need should arise.

Facilities are not watch you call a traditional funeral home. Felt rushed. I will not be using their services in the future.
