I attended a wake and funeral for a family that lost there baby 4/5. The Deacon was 30 minutes late for the service. When we finally got to the cemetary his eulogy lasted a 1 minute at which time he handed out some crosses with a small achnowlwdgement and then he left. Not once did I see this Deacon spend any time with the family. This was not my experience at another funeral i attended in 10/18 where the Deacon gave a beautiful eulogy and spent time with the family and offered condolences to the extended family. However, i must say that the rest of the staff at French's was absolutely amazing. Genuinely caring and attentive, especially the lady that apologized for the Deacon being late.

They were nice, caring and helpful at the time of my father passing away. HOWEVER, since then (6 months ago) I have gotten 3 calls from them that are basically sales calls, pushing their grief counseling services and "planning services". It's very upsetting to keep receiving calls from them unexpectedly, and I wish they'd stop this practice.
