When my uncle died all of a sudden, we had no idea what we were going to do. Sonoran Skies Mortuary was recommended to me by a family friend. T.J. was excellent, he came out to my house because I wasn't able to make it into his office. They were very informative, he had information on every thing I would have to take care of in the upcoming days and months. I wasn't left with any questions after our meeting. They didn't push anything on me I didn't need, which is so relieving, because I had heard nightmare stories from friends about mortuaries who take you for every dime they can squeeze out of you. I would recommend them to everyone, they are very tentative of your needs, very respectful, and very fast. They kept me in the loop on everything that was going on. Thanks you so much for your hard work, I don't know what I would have done if I had not used your services. Again Thank you so much! I will use them again and again if the need arises in my family.

INCREDIBLE PEOPLE!!!! We were so blessed to have Sonoran Skies help us through such a trying time. This is a family run business. Extremely fair prices!!! Cheaper then most and a million times better customer service. Start to finish this was the best experience. They are compassionate, loving, intelligent, kind and caring people. Thank you so much to all of the staff at Sonoran Skies Mortuary. You made dealing with the loss of my wife much easier than I ever could have imagined. A special thank you to T.J. who was there from the moment I called at 230 in the morning to ask questions and prices, he was happy to help me and answered all of my questions and more at a time that I had no idea what I was going to do next. He helped me find a minister for my service, and had great advice on items to bring to remember her, songs to play and a table with cards set up so that others could share their memories of her with me and my kids during our service. He made me feel like I was the only family he was dealing with at the time and I know they were pretty busy because every time I was there people were always coming and going. Not to mention the day before my service he was also doing the landscaping outside on top of it all, and it looks great by the way keep it up! Also Thank you to his wife for making the folders extra special they were beautiful and professionally done. Finally his mom for making those little angels which we just adore. I look at it everyday and think about my wife. I could not have made it through all of this without Sonoran Skies. The prices are super reasonable and the quality of service is over the top and truly appreciated. They also gave me grief counseling advice at the very end which has proved to be very helpful. 6 months ago I couldn't have wrote this but I am doing better now in part thanks to them. They are a great family place who really do treat you like one of their family members and one of the few left that really are family owned and operated and doesn't just have a sign that says it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place you will save money at and can feel comfortable at, and not pushed into anything you don't need or want like some other places i wont mention. Thank you again guys, you have made a friend and a customer for life!

Months ago, when we knew our father's time on earth was short, we visited Sonoran Skies, which became our choice from a significant number of facilities. They were kind enough to provide a special tour to a visiting family member, which he found reassuring. When the inevitable occurred, they were with us every step of the way, with compassion and competence throughout. We found their services excellent, their prices reasonable, and their support without equal. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the East Valley looking for such services in a home-like environment.

TJ was extremely helpful from the moment I called. He made sure my loved one was taken care of - from the hospital to arranging her flight to CA. This was our first time having to go through this process and after talking to several other mortuaries, we were so pleased we went with Sonoran Skies. Everything was explained to us and all of our questions were answered. I felt their prices were fair and was amazed at how high some other places were. I loved the added touch that the staff make small angels as a token to take with you to remember your loved one. Something small, but something precious. I will definitely use Sonoran Skies again when needed.

This Mortuary lost a piece of my daughters clothing that was priceless. Please take your dead loved ones to a different Mortuary so you know they are treated right. Sonoran Skies Mortuary is a disappointment.

Sonoran Skies Mortuary honored my father and mother by advising us of all the wonderful benefits for a veteran and his wife. They took care of everything by setting up the funeral at the National Memorial Cemetery in Cave Creek and advising us of the Patriot Guards an amazing group of veterans that honor all veterans. Yesterday was the funeral for my father (passed November 7, 2017) and my mother (passed 3 years ago). What an honor is was to have Sonoran Skies Mortuary as our choice. This is a mortuary that truly cares about the living and the passed and has honored my father in a way that will be a blessing to my family forever. God bless TJ and family at Sonoran Skies Mortuary for caring so much.

An outstanding, caring and compassionate family run business. This was the first time I had gone through this process plus I live out of state. TJ with his family walked me through all the steps very patiently and followed up when the next steps were required. I never worried if I was missing something. TJ was always providing helpful information and details that were especially helpful for someone not familiar with Mesa. There was no high pressure sales pitch and they gladly accommodated the simple arrangements requested.

My mother passed away 2 years ago but I wanted to write a review about how wonderful Neal Candy and TJ are. I live in Payson and my mother passed in the middle of the night. I called and someone was there to pick her up within 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours. It is at least 1 and 1/2 hour drive from Mesa to Payson. I'm sorry I don't remember the young mans name who picked her up but he was dressed appropriately and he was very kind and respectful in every way. When my mother in law passed she was picked up by a very well known high dollar funeral home ...Neptune Society ( I believe)and my husband was disappointed at 2 men in jeans and tennis shoes who picked her up. He commented on the difference in their professional demeanor versus how wonderful Sonoran Skies was at such a difficult time. Thank you Neal and Candy...I have a friend now who may be in need of your services very soon for her mother and I am recommending you very highly. Thank you for being there for me and our other friend when we needed you.

I saw the excellent reviews Sonoran Skies had on the web and decided to go there when my Dad neared his time of death. Yes, this Mortuary is all that I read and personally I was so glad I trusted them to help me through the simple steps I took for Dad's death. I wanted simple cremation for Dad and yet Candy and TJ told me of options I wasn't aware of. At Dad's memorial, I had the military salute given him which I know he would have been proud of. I wouldn't have been aware of this had Sonoran Skies not told me. Also that both He and my Mother could have their ashes together at the Veterans' Columnbarium in Cave Creek AZ. Again TJ and Candy let me know how this could be done, and helped me do it.This is a wonderful Mortuary. These folks are real and very dedicated to helping others. What a blessing at one's time of grief.

I highly recommend this place for your every need if the time comes and you need to take care of your loved one that has passed on. They are so very compassionate and loving during this horrific time in a persons life. And I thank god that they were and are here for me during the grieving process.

I would like to recommend Sonoran Skies Mortuary to anybody and everybody who will read this. They were so attentive to my needs and very compassionate. They worked hard to make sure I was well taken care of. All while having a very reasonable rate, I must have called 10 places to get prices and info, they had a great price and were very informative. I had all of my questions and concerns answered by the time I left out arrangement conference. This family does a great service for the community all while doing it at reasonable prices. Family owned, extremely helpful, no pressure, straight forward all including prices! I have to tell anyone how wonderful these folks are! My mom WAS going to go through Maricopa Gardens. We went to check out prices and I about fell off my chair! All the BS of photo books, pictures and CD's you can have made at Walgreen's for under$30 they wanted hundreds to do! All these extras. 3 times the basic price! I love that this place had a set low price and they came and picked up my Dad with dignity. Everything needed and done in a week!

I can't thank Candy and Neil enough for all there help sympathy and love they showed my my family in the loss of my Mother , Father and Sister in law. They walked us through each time step by step. When dealing with the great loss of a family member there is no one I would want to handle every detail of what must be done. When my Mom passed they were so kind a patient with me as it was beyond any pain I had endured. They just stayed with me until I was ready to take each and every step. My sister in law passed very unexpected again they were with my brother dealing with details he had no idea how to handle. They made all the right suggestions to make it all the decisions the right ones. And then my father my family is spread all over the states and I was there for the begining but had to leave Candy called me everyday to fill me in on what happened every day. She was a trure angel to me. I pray that if you have to deal with such great sadness you get in touch with them as they are the only people I would ever let care for my family members when they passed, God Bless them all and watch over them as they do the beautiful preperations for the final good bye. I am so blessed to have had them with me
