Awful. Completly. I would give them zero stars if I could. Not only are there services way over priced. But the service is terrible. You do not need this drama when you are trying to have final services for your loved ones. The wrong doings by this company were so numerous that I cannot even count them all. But I'll tell you it climaxed when they are lowering my mother's coffin into the ground by two grounds keepers and one of them did not know how to iterate the crank. While he was jerking the mechanism, the priest was blessing the casket with holy water. The ground keeper kept struggling with the crank and then my mother's casket shifted from the jerking and pulling and fell at least 6 inches down with a large kaboom in front of the whole family. It was completely horrifying. I do not recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is definitely a funeral home that operates more like car dealership. #1 I've never been to a mortuary that didn't outline PRINTED PRICES of caskets. The employees googled random styles and gave prices from their own memory. Prices which in turn were 3x what I've just paid last year for a similar model. When a grieving family chooses a plot, they then try to UPSELL and act like they are cutting you a "deal". That part was sickening. Unfortunately, the choice to use Resthaven for my family member was out of my control. The lack of professionalism displayed by the funeral director Cheri and her colleague Chad was appalling. More than once I observed them being condescending and they truly lack empathy. They are clearly in the wrong field of work. They messed up details on paperwork and try to give customers the run around just for a death certificate. Not everyone lives locally, and need these items in a reasonable time frame to take care of a loved ones affairs. The way these people create unnecessary stress and drama in an already emotional situation is beyond me. Do your research and find a place who isn't tugging on your heart string through your pockets.

I have to give 5 stars to Kate Agne, she did a beautiful service for my brother, she went the extra mile to have him honored thru the military and also helped our family and my brothers boys feel complete in all of the details of his service. We will continue to work with Resthaven for our future needs.

AVOID !!!!!! they are very inconsiderate yeah they nice at the beginning because obviously they want your money . but then later are so inconsiderate they dont care i buried my daughter in march and who wants to read the policy about the cemetery when you just lost a loved one specially your kid so we left flowers and just stuff for her as comfort for us in a way well they “cleaned” and threw everything away they said everything has to be in a base which they sell there NOT everyone has money left after a burial and still have to continue with life so them later just left some flowers in a base that i bought and installed it my self and then they cleaned again and again threw everything away like they dont even call you come and pick up whatever you left they just throw it away it so disrespectful for you and your loved one. i just wish i could’ve buried my daughter somewhere else soo before looking in to this one i recommend call different cemetery

We just buried my mother at Resthaven and they were so wonderful. Fortunately my parents had already planned and paid for much of their funeral ahead of time - something my husband and I are going to do as well -- so all I had to do was meet with them, make a few more decisions, and that was it. I can't get over how helpful they were, very flexible to meet with me on my schedule, and very caring and respectful. They did everything they promised and more. We had the visitation in their chapel, which was lovely, along with the graveside service, and they were there to support us at the funeral service at my mother's church as well. I Legacy book process was great as well - really made it easy for us to celebrate my mother's life with photos. Best part - they always have someone answering the phone - so I was able to talk to someone shortly after mother died to get things started. They were so great to work with.

My husband and I have 3 family members buried here, and each time it was a pleasant as it could be in that situation. It was a smooth and stress free transition between the viewing and the burial. The staff were so wonderful, they handled everything with sympathy and a great deal of attention. All we can say is Thank you, Cheri and Chad.
