I purchased 2 memorial blankets on 9-14-18 and today is 11-08-18 and I have yet to receive the blankets. There was a courtesy blanket given to my mother when we had my brothers ‘ funeral. Our family made my brothers’ arrangements on 9-11-18 and his funeral was on 9-15-18. The courtesy blanket stood next to his casket with his picture on it. How is it that they can produce a blanket in 4 days but I purchased two for $190 each and can receive them in 8 weeks. There’s something wrong with this picture. How could they take advantage of a grieving family. SAME ON THIS FUNERAL HOME!!!!!! If it is ever left up to me I’d never use their services AGAIN!

My father died last year November and I have yet to receive his remains after cremation. We paid all moneys as agreed by the funeral home and they neither have sent his remains, nor has anyone had the decency to explain what is going on. This has been a painful time for my family and it is disgusting that at this day and age this is the type of service you get when you put your family member in the care of someone else. At this point we don't even know if they send the remains whether it will be his remains or not. This is a horrible experience.

Preston’s funeral home did the work on my dad, we was pleased with the work. This was the one thing I didn’t like, they were given a list with the correct spelling of everyone’s name, once they printed the obituary for us to proof read, we told them about all the misspelled names. We were told ( we will see about making the corrections). Once we received the obituaries at the funeral, the names were still spelled incorrectly. I thought that was so distasteful to give a family obituaries with mispelled names & they refused to make the corrections.
