I highly,highly recommend Messinger Mortuaries.I've had dealings with for over 35 years, which including working with them as an outside contractor and having 6 members of my family's funerals, burials,and cremations there in the last 20 years and I can say without a doubt they are the best in AZ. I would not trust anyone else. I would not want anyone else. They have upheld this high level of high quality service for as long as I can remember and I'm confident they will carry it on in the future. They're facilities are always in pristine condition and they are able to to do anything you need from special religious and cultural burial & cremation needs, as well as any size group, inside or outside. They have a florist and places to have memorials, a mausoleum, community urn, and a beautiful lake at the Shea cemetary. They have facilities in Payson, Fountain Hills, North & South Scottsdale and they might have one in Sun City but I cant say for sure. I can however say again they literally can handle any request you have. It makes it so easy at such a horrible time. They even handle cremations & urns for pets. They've done 2 of mine. I'm not trying to make this sound like a sales pitch, I just want to let everyone know how wonderful Messinger Mortuaries and their employees are.

Our family was very impressed by the superb professional treatment of both our family and of my father's remains by Messinger Mortuary on Indian School Road in Scottsdale. All actions were completed by the Messinger team with dignity and meticulous care to ensure that our family's preferences were fulfilled. My family trusted this place to coordinate the end of life arraignments for my father in law. These arraignments included military honors. Bottom line - they forgot. How does a funeral home whose only job is coordination forget something like that? To add to the insult, they offered a paltry refund on the failed coordination - a refund that have yet to send.... three months later You can do better than to subject your family to this place during such a difficult time. These people will only make it worse. Stay away.

I like to say a special "Thank you" to a very special, highly professional, but always thinking of the customer first, "Sydney" over at the Messinger Mortuary has gone above and beyond arranging my brother Alan's funeral. Paying attention to every minute detail. The sequence in the way things were arranged for my eldest brother "Alan Lee's" funeral was so calming to watch, my brother had a first class funeral, thanks to the folks over at Messinger. We mourn our brother every single day, but thinking of his viewing and funeral and how well every detail was coordinated, we are forever thankful and grateful to all the folks over at Messinger, especially the kind, caring lady "SYDNEY". I would sincerely recommend this place to anyone who requires their services. May God bless all of you in abundance.

Messinger is simply the best. The Staff is compassionate and very professional.
