During the most painful time of my life, Tamye Martinez and her beautiful family took into their care, my favorite person in the world, Michael Pere Nelson. They treated him with such respect. They put together a beautiful memorial for us to cherish his memory with. Without a doubt, they made a horrific tragedy easier to navigate through. I am forever grateful.

The Martinez Family was amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to help me and my family with my sister's funeral arrangements. JoeRonn has a great heart and I couldn't thank him enough. He was very compassionate and had a lot of passion in keeping his father's business a family oriented one. In a good way, I hope I don't have to call him for any services anytime soon but if God calls a family member or friend home, I would definitely go back. Again. Worst experience I have ever had to deal with during a funeral. I hope that no one has to ever deal with poor service like me and my family did when we had my mother in law's service. We as a family were heartbreaking to have to deal with so many mistakes during a time of grieving. The staff at Martinez funeral chapels were not organized nor professional. Every time there was something wrong they always had excuses they never owned up to their mistakes. Things were wrong from my mother in law's date of birth which we had to keep having the staff correct and they still got it wrong when they printer her prayer cards. They never told the pallbearers how to carry the casket as well as not communicating when and how to take her in the church so they took her in without the priest with them. All the family watched as they had to turn around and take her back out... I would not recommend the funeral home to my worst enemy.

I have been to many funerals in my lifetime and nobody comes close to Martinez Funeral Chapel. My beloved mother passed away 16 April 2019 and a day prior I started calling around to compare services and prices and right away Martinez Funeral Chapel stood apart from the rest in quality and prices. The other local facility to me seemed shady at best. After choosing Martinez I worked with Tamye and her brother TJ. This is a mom and pop business that feels and treats you like family. It’s obvious in a short period of time that this establishment has very high standards; service and more importantly making you feel that your loved one is a King/Queen. I received many accolades at the funeral and I simply redirected those accolades to Martinez Funeral Chapel. We were very impressed. I am the type of person who believes that it is just as important to write positive reviews as to write negative ones. This helps to advise the public but moreover to advise the company what they are doing wrong or right. I recommend that you shop around before choosing and I am sure that you will come to the same conclusion as my family and I did. I could never express my gratitude enough for a job well done. The death of a loved one is always hard even when it is expected.Martinez Funeral Chapel helped in a such a way it was amazing.I walked in their doors feeling like my life was no more after my grandfather's death,they sat with us and listened to our stories as we laughed and cried during the arrangements.The day my sister and i went to dress him was especially hard for me but they made me feel at ease.I reccomend Martinez Funeral Chapel to anyone and everyone that will listen.They have made a hard time in my life a little easier.Thank you to everyone.

The day that we had to go in and get everything ready the Martinez family were more than compassionate, helpful, patient & understanding. My brother passed so we decided to go to Martinez it was the worse experience ever! He sat us down and kept leaving the room which was very unprofessional. I think the state was there for a visit which is understandable but he handled the situation wrong instead of informing us about what was going on he didn't he just kept leaving the meeting room. After the third time he left I was annoyed and told my family lets go! Worse experience ever will never go there again! If i could give no stars i would!

Very professional. Our mother passed away on a Friday services were all set for following Monday. We had chosen her casket to be closed from public viewing only close family would be allowed to see her. When we arrived she looked very natural and beautiful, we chose to keep open so they can see the person they all knew and loved.
