After a bad fall on ice several years ago and positive experience with a local chiropractor, I learned there was not much he could do for the soft tissue damage I sustained and he recommended massage for that. I tried several different massage therapists, and though skilled practitioners their particular styles of massage gave no relief. ThenI heard about Jennifer at the Lymphormation Center, and her work made all the difference. It did take some time, I had a lot of inflammation behind a shoulder bone and several times when she plucked a muscle band there there was some discomfort though it passed very fast followed by surprising relief. She was on the right track. Our appointments got further and further apart until I really didn’t need to come in. I highly recommend. It’s not quick, she’s reducing inflammation in muscles, but over reasonable time you’ll be back in shape!
