Dr. Elliot did the PT work after my shoulder surgery. He did an awesome job and I"m nearly back to normal with no pain well before I thought I would be. He was very clear with his directions, gave me great take-home exersizes and stretches and I was really pleased with his approach and personality. I would definitely reccomend Pioneed and Dr. Elliot if you are in a position for PT, rehab or chiro work. -Glen

Great doctors and awesome staff. I felt really comfortable in the office and being treated. Both doctors do a great job at listening to what your problem is and giving you options for treatment so you can choose what you are most comfortable with. They also explain what they are going to be doing so you know what’s going on and they give you the chance to ask questions if there is something you aren’t sure about. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a good chiropractor.

I have been going to the Dr Burtenshaw for years. When I first started having really bad back pain I went to a chiropractor, and nothing changed. I then started seeing Dr Burtenshaw and with his help my back started feeling better. I have even continued to see him throughout two pregnancies. For those of you who know how uncomfortable and painful being pregnant is, he made it much more comfortable. I even had a car accident two months before my baby was supposed to be born and he helped me come back from that. I recommend him to anyone I know, because it's hard to find Doctor you trust. He deserves all 5 Stars!

We LOVE this clinic!! I have used this clinic for years. I recently referred my daughter to Dr Burtenshaw because she was applying for a job and needed a note stating that she was healthy enough to lift 50lbs. He gave he a physical test and gave her a note. He also taught her how to lift heavy objects and recommended that she come regularly for a while, so that the clinic could help her strengthen her core to make her job a bit easier. Very Caring Team. I saw Dr. Burtenshaw for a herniated and protruding disc as well as a pinched nerve. I have been in excruciating pain for months and was referred to Dr. Burtenshaw by a friend. Best decision I ever made was seeing him. The staff was so comforting and accommodating to my needs. I was never passed over because of my pain level but was taken very seriously and pushed in the right direction in terms of my specific needs. I am so grateful to the whole team and specifically Dr. Burtenshaw for his wonderful bedside manner as well as his directness. He got me where I am today and took my issues very seriously and I finally felt like I had a doctor that took the action I needed. Can’t say enough good things! I was unable to properly walk on my left foot for about two weeks. After confirming it was not broken, I made an appointment with Amanda for massage therapy. Overcompensating made my whole body sore. I received the most thorough massage of my life so far. The issue was a pinched nerve that was manifesting as excuciating pain in my foot. Amanda totally resolved the issue and I’m walking normally for the first time in weeks and am pain free!

This center is one of the best around the building is beautiful, clean, and organized. They have a very inviting atmosphere, the staff is incredible (M.A. Tyler is amazing) and Dr. Dustin Elliott DC is the doc that I go to he is incredible, and does great work. I started going here because I was having major back pain to the point that I could barely bend over and it was getting worse and worse over time finally my wife sent me here and set me up with an appointment. When we got in they were so inviting and made me feel comfortable and at home. I didn't feel like I was rushed or anything similar to that. When I met the doc I talked to him about everything he had me move around a bit to check my range of motion and new right away what to do. So I got my first adjustment ever, i have never been to a chiropractor or anything like this so i didn't know what to expect. But I got this 1st adjustment and, needless to say it was a bit emotional because I have been living with this pain for a long long time and finally someone had something that could help me. Since then I have been going there just about every week and I can now stand tall and I can reach my toes finally it's just so incredible. They also offer massages and rehabilitative care for injuries. If you are having issues and pains and are not getting anywhere with the your doctor I highly recommend these guys. Also they gave us a great deal and I couldn't believe how cost effective they are it's so affordable! Please if you are having pain go in and talk to Dr. Elliott he Is incredible.

This place is great! I was struggling with my lower back for a couple months and it started to affect my right leg. It got to the point where I couldn’t sit down or stand up comfortably. I went in and told them the problem, and they totally fixed my problem. My leg was back to normal and so was my back. It’s the best I felt in a couple months. Very friendly knowledgeable staff with a welcoming professional atmosphere. Saw Trish Savage for a massage before seeing the chiropractor and she did a wonderful job at helping my muscles relax and prepare for the adjustment. The chiropractor that helped me at Pioneer was very good at explaining how he was going to adjust my joints and why it was important to not just force it if the muscle around the joint was too tight to allow for that particular adjustment. After seeing the chiropractor they had me see another lady that helped me understand certain exercises I needed to do to improve my situation. Overall would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a chiropractor and massage therapist.

The environment is clean, professional and relaxed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. B and Dr. Elliottt are amazing. I saw Dr. Elliott about 10 different visits over 2 months or so. He took time during each visit to not only ask how I was feeling and any trouble I'd had since the last visit but too also ask about me, family, events going on. Dr Burtenshaw is AMAZING to say the least. I have been receiving chiropractic care from other providers for the past 10 years. I finally reached a point of not wanting to continue with just the 'maintenance' because I wasn't seeing results. Pioneer Sports and Pain Center was recommended to me by a coworker because they address more than just a manipulative adjustment and done. Appointments run hourly which says a lot right there. I was able to get my first appointment quickly and after my appointment today, I feel like a different person. He utilizes so much more and is concerned about you as a whole and getting the pain under control. I have several more appointments set up over the next few weeks and am looking forward to them. His office staff is wonderful as well. I felt very welcomed. Highly recommended!

EFFECTIVE! CARING! I started therapy for a broken fibula and tibia. I have had multiple surgeries of the past year and a half. I had no idea what to expect when I walked through the door... Once Dr. Burtenshaw gathered my history of the injury and assessed the current state my leg was in he was very upfront with the work it was going to take to rehab my leg. He began with a method to remove the swelling in my leg explaining to me this will help with the healing process. Within one week (3 treatments) the swelling was cut in half. The pain and aching was greatly diminished. I was honestly skeptical but I am now a true believer. The results speak volumes and I will definitely recommend this establishment to anyone that needs results and wants to heal quickly. Dr. Burtenshaw and the entire staff has been nothing but amazing, kind and caring. Thank you!

I've been dealing with a chronic shoulder injury, with pain and limited ROM, for 18 months. A course of traditional PT was unsuccessful. Finally, I found Dr. Burtenshaw who properly diagnosed the issue. Through creative use of various modalities - chiropractic adjustments, Graston, dry needling, cupping, and most critically, mobilization and manipulation - my functionality is incredibly improved and the pain is significantly reduced. We added massage to the regimen and that has been very helpful. Their massage therapists are top rate. And the whole team is a pleasure to work with. He got me out of pain and then strong enough to be discharged in a couple of months and I couldn’t thank him enough.
