You have the opinions of people like you who bought the services of West Towne Mall (Mall) in the state of Wisconsin.
Currently the firm has a score of 4.0 out of 5 and this rating was based on 3724 reviews.
As you can read, it has an average rating is quite high, and it's based on a large number of feddbacks, so we can say that the score is quite reliable. If many people have bothered to evaluate when they are satisfied with the service, it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to put feddbacks when they are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Mall is included in the category of Shopping mall.
A haunting experience. The mall is essentially dead, but is still immaculately maintained by someone or something. There are a few stores here and there, but it's a relic of a by-gone era.
My daughter ordered a burger well done but it's was medium rear. So they took it back and said we will get you a new burger. Instead of cooking a new Patty they cooked the original burger well done and place it on a new bun. SMH
Kind of outdated and very weird layout. But fine shops inside.
Went to the mall before it opened to shoppers as an early morning walking course. Usually go to my health club, but wanted something different today. Probably 15 - 20 other "athletes" had the same idea. Like all malls these days there seems to be quite a bit of store turnover; however, the selection remains quite good. See ya there.
We always like to Stop & Shop whenever we're in town something fun and new to do
Solid mall. Great place for people with children! I regularly hang out with my nieces at the play area, and they love it! Big name stores, plus some that are smaller. The food court needs some more healthy options. Would be nice to have more options than fried food or salad if you don’t want to sit down at a restaurant.
Nice mall
Lots of different stores
Olive garden... Food was tasty. Had appetizer plate. Service was excellent. Would go again.
Always enjoy walking around this mall shopping!
Nice place is a lot of businesses are close. Is not like a mall to have fun, is super empty even during summer time. They need to import with something or all the places there are going to run out of business. They still having nice places with good deals tho and the parking land is pretty big.
A nice mall with a good variety of stores
Very helpful staff, returned an item that didn't match rugs, took less than 2 minutes!
My first choice for somewhere to escape and shop besides Target. Recommended checking out box lunch if you have ever enjoyed movies, especially Disney. It's like a more classic version of torrid. Also multiple places to enjoy for both girls and guys. I personally choose not to eat in the food court, felt like I was going to drown in fried oil last time. Prefer to walk across the parking lot to Chick-fil-A, or you can try Olive garden or any of the other restaurants. Definitely recommend going if you love shopping
Many vacant stores. Patrons are not very nice. Run into you when entire walkway open. This mall needs help. It's going to be extinct soon if things don't change. Get rid of the riff raff.
An awesome collection of stores where you can find anything you need
All the store employees were very nice.
The one place with the bubble tea and all that was very terrible with slow service and efficient work with only one worker going way to slow. Sorry but I was not at all satisfied
The mall is okay. It seems to be slowly dying with more stores closed every time I go.
Great variety of stores
Good mall just limited parking
Eh. They need to remodel and add some decent stores
Great mall very clean and well kept. Lots of nice stores.
There are some nice stores at the mall. The Playland is fun for the kids. We miss some of the old Playland structures they had. It's nice to be able to shop and eat at the same place. Everyone can also get different foods so there are no fights about where to go to eat. There are places to get ears pierced and nails done. Can be a little crazy at times though.
I always enjoyed there.
Nice options for food and shopping. Expectations met.
All right indoor mall. Definitely going through a transition. A couple of the large anchor stores have recently gone out of business: Boston Store, Sears and probably JC Penny in the near future.
A fun place to shop, walk or explore. Stores seem thriving in their businesses, unlike East towne mall where stores hardly have shoppers in them, especially during the week.
The place is in good shape. Plenty of different places to shop.
Parking was ridiculously busy. Someone wanted me to back into an oncoming traffic lane so they could get a spot behind them that someone was leaving. Then Things Remembered could not engrave something I brought in, even though they "usually" di that because this store location is closing... not now, but in the future. No wonder when they turn away paying customers. Their reason was liability, which makes no sense to me. Why would anyone go to this mall? If I could give 0 stars I would.
I’ll definitely leave my kids here
Eh, it's a mall. It has seen its better days and the lack of maintenance in the decor is the first thing that I noticed when walking in. Several kiosks were unmanned; they used to be pretty strict about that.
The mall has almost every store you can think of, they even have a Children's Place. Your legs get tired from walking but it's really fun there
Not a lot of large men's clothes
great during black friday
This place is okay... a lot of stores are dated and don’t have a good variety of stuff. Food court couldn’t be any lamer...
It's a nice mall. Walk in a zig zag pattern so you don't get shot.
Nice area for shopping.
It's an average shopping mall, not all the best stores are in here. Lots of vacant space. Probably as good as you're going to get in Madison though.
The food court was terrible. Garbage was overflowing, food on the floor, dirty tables and the woman who was working was sitting down, talking and drinking soda.
Malls are becoming a thing of the past/going the way of the dinosaur, but West Towne mall has always found ways to keep itself relevant. I hope they always do because this place is a Madison gem.
Total wine for a wide selection of good wine!
West Towne mall is like that generic movie mall in a b-list teenage movie. You're not going to find anything special or specific there that you wouldn't find anywhere else, not anything that's lasts long anyway.
It’s a great mall.... but watch the time on Sunday’s. They close at 6pm.
I really wish the Mall had more diverse places to eat. Prices are good and Gyro Express is always a good option. Great customer service as well.
I always forget how boring this mall is until I go. There are a few good stores but it's really nothing special
The food court was really clean.
It’s hot period! Shopping is supposed to be an enjoyable experience ...It’s so hot in the mall it’s uncomfortable I can’t even enjoy spending my money. Might as well shop online in the comfort of my own AC
Fabulous array of stores. A lot of nice choices. Easy in on out.
It's a mall, they got what you need most likely, also probably a bunch of stuff you don't need but want, also.....watch out for tiki torch fights!
Typical mall but, they do have a Tradehome Shoes store.
I'm from out of state, we had a great experience....staff we encountered and environment was very friendly.....And had everything we needed.
Nice mall great selection of stores
I usually only go here once a year to stock up at Sephora since it's so far from me. Nicer mall than East Towne, for sure. Parking lot is pretty awful but that's typical for WI. Good for the times I want to see something in person when buying.
Good Dumpsters for diving in
Found what I was shopping for.
I the mall had more variety of food options in the food court.
Lovely mall with good selection of shops
It's a nice little mall. It can get busy on weekends, but it's usually quick to visit on weeknights.
Good short shopping
I really love this super mall.
Very clean, must have expensive taste.
It has a Hot Topic
It was really quiet, I like it
Good mall. Every thing available at reasonable price.
Great staff, helpful and know their stuff.
Lots of great deals many store choices
Decent mall. Usually pretty good service where you go shopping. Security keeps on top of undesirables.
This is a nice mall. Good place to go to spend time and shop.
Nice upgrades to the mall, nice restaurant selection
one security officer on duty on a busy Saturday night weeks before Christmas. really with all that is going on in the world I think you would be smart and have more then one on for such a huge property. how do you make people feel safe because It makes me not want to come to this mall at all. you would think that a mall as big as west and east that they would be able to be staffed correctly. The bathrooms are disgusting, the food court is dirty with no really and when you need to get ahold of security good luck. My money will not be spent at this mall.
Classy mall Not a lot of teenagers hanging out
Cool little mall! Decent store selection.
It's a big Mall with the usual Mall "variety," which means it's the same stuff you find in most any Mall. Barnes and Noble still offers books and has discount shelves and displays. Nice place to walk around when the weather is not so good. But slowly going the way of the dinosaur if they can't successfully inject a reason to go here instead of shopping online.
It’s okay...seems like they are losing funding and shoppers as a whole over the years. Certainly needs some life breathed into it. Hoping they can turn it around rather than slowly die out.
Clean mall with plenty of shopping options.
I don't like malls
West Towne Mall used to be a decent mall with a good selection of stuff to buy, but in the last few years many stores have been leaving, it is not as well maintained, and it has just gotten worse. I think that it truly began to decline when the Apple Store left. If you want to go to a decent mall in Madison go to East Towne instead.
This place is a clear, unequivocal example of putting profit before product. The food court is a dump; the tables were only 20% occupied, and I could not find a clean table to sit at. I work in malls for a living, and this mall has all the hallmarks of a mall that will be out of business in 5-8 years at most. On top of that, I called their offices; no one can be bothered to answer, and when I dialed the extension for operations and maintenance, they hadn't even taken ten seconds to set up the voicemail. All retailers at this mall: bail out when your lease ends; this ship is gonna sink fast.
A very good mall with large selection of stores. It is a clean and safe mall with good location being right next to route 14. The staff is very considerate plus it has a good food court, but I would recommend eating outside of the mall at one of the restaurants across from the parking lot.
Overpriced everything as usual. Even a couple pics of the kids with santa was like 40 bucks..should of said f their sign and used my cell phone.
Had an excellent experience with the food and service at Mandarin Express!!
Fewer stores than there used to be.
Very nice mall on the west side of Madison. Ample parking available. Sadly it appears that several of the large department stores that used to anchor it have closed. There is a nice food court with several dining options available. Check their website for current retailers and restaurants. Photos I have attached to this review are of Dry Goods women's boutique as well as Windsor women's boutique within the mall. If you deem this review helpful, please give it a like. Thank you.
I work here, nice mall, nice stores, pretty clean. Plus, there is a cheesecake factory there!
Nice place to shop
Better then east towne
It's ok but I don't have many reasons to go there these days
Friendly service and prices was not bad
Love west towne mall..
Food court has quite a variety of choices. Great place to walk around and window shop.
Mall is super calm, little customers. Mall is clean and neat. They need to make it more alive.
Best place to get things you want and if you feel hungry they have a food court
They kicked some kids out because they weren't 18, so weird.
Just a nice atmosphere. Aside from that, it is overrated and overpriced. In 4 years, I just bought, maybe, a $400 worth of stuff from this mall.
It has been a long time since I was at a mall. This one is pretty nice.
Good stores, nice mall.
Have what I need polite
I feel that everytime we go there are less stores to see
Very nice. The kids play place is awesome, that roll up icecream stand is superb, and of course...COACH store makes the mall what it is.
A shopping mall on the west side
Good shopping place for family. Even has kids play area also which is a big help in winters. Accessible and easy parking options.
Lots of variety for stores. More higher end items though.
I have visited this mall after an absence of 20 years or so, and it seems a lot more depressed. Empty storefronts, food court mostly empty on a weekend, and a general air of struggling for survival. Prices for food in the food court are comparable to an airport, you have to have another reason to be there other than dining.
My kids love there play area
I would rate 5 stars but, they got rid of taco bell
Great service and product i always visit ifixfast for all my accessories usually at east towne mall. Im ecstatic to see they are finally opened on the west side I will be coming here now Highly recommended
Better than east town mall
West Towne Mall has many places to explore. With shops like H&M to Yankee Candle. They also have harder to find shops like Box Lunch or Torrid. The food court has many good options. Even has a cheesecake factory located within. If you don't feel like food court there are many surrounding restaurants like Olive Garden and Chick-fil-A. There's a Barnes and Noble located on the premises. Also has a wine shoppe.
Great place to shop. So many stores and FOOD
They've worked to keep this aging Mall look decent. Still has a pretty good selection of stores.
Great shopping! Wal-Mart and Big Lots!
Another dying mall. Not much here. will probably be closed in a year.
Only good thing about this mall is the play area.
ROACH INFESTED. So I went here to meet my friend for lunch. I got here early and decided to use the restroom while I waited for her. I'm glad I did because the bathroom is in the hallway behind the restaurants. When I came from the bathroom I noticed something on the ground. ROACHES. I will never eat in the food court again. They were huge QED crawling around not afraid of people or the light so clearly they have been there undisturbed for awhile. I tried taking photos to add to this post but I was too scared to get close enough to get a clear photo.
It's a mall. Nothing special. Has a full service Sephora that I go to because have none in Eau Claire
Should be renamed Ghost Towne Mall, based on the vacancy rate and streets in disrepair. Have the owners of this mall just given up?
Sarku Japan Awesome! The McDonald's next to it has bad service and the food did not taste good. "Mall food court"
I found the shoes I wanted at Trade Home.
This mall has been changing. Not the same as it once was, but new stores and food. I was very happy with the variety at the food court. Sad to see Sears is gone. Some other good stores have left, but most are still at East Town Mall. All said, it is still a great place to hang with the family and shop.
Lots of options and good staple stores. Sneak in during the day to get your shopping fix without the huge line up's.
Clean and lots of various stores to choose from. If you want some of the best possible iced coffee you can get you should definitely visit Gloria Jean's and there is a store I've never been to before called boxlunch or something that's awesome if you like pop culture.
Love the mall. The food court was very dirty. Tables sticky and cluttered. Highly recommend adding more cleaners, or eating at another location. Other than that I am a bit concerned that Boston Store and Sears are shutting their doors.
Slowly going downhill with the decline of malls.
Nice mall with good open areas to move around and a variety of stores to check out. The only not so great thing is that stores will close before their closing times, granted only by like 10 minutes, but it makes you feel like you have to race out before you get locked in.
Great experience
I don't like that all the stores are leaving. Other than that, I do find that the security guards are helpful. If you can't find something, store staff are really accommodating appointing you in the right direction. Sometimes parking can be a hassle.
Went to the Burlington coat factory they have great deal will defently be back.
Better than East Towne. Pretty much everything is better on the west. In the middle of everything. Good location.
A great mall with a variety of stores. Building is clean and well maintained.
Good Japan food
So small, good food court though
Great place for little nic nacs, small decorations, ect.
Pretty much just a mall for clothing. Not a lot of Specialty stores left.
Mall was ok. Came to mall for some soft shoes.
It's a decent mall, smaller than ones you would find in a big city, but still has lots of places to shop.
Love there nice big play place. We go here often for the food court and then play in the play place for a bit.
I can come here and find exactly what I'm looking for.
I love this mall. In an era where brick and mortar businesses seem to be going away, this place shines. Lots of diversity, very clean, very stylish. Excellent place to visit while in Madison.
The mall was not busy on a Tuesday afternoon. In my opinion this location needs a general facelift in order not to loose more and more customers into the growing online shopping industry. Some shops were vacant at the time as I was there. On the other hand they have locations like The Cheesecake Factory, Oakley or DICK‘S Sporting Goods, which are places I like to visit.
I love this mall lots of great stores
Enjoyed walking around had fun with my friends.
It's very simple.. THIS IS THE BEAT MALL IN THE WORLD!!. MY SISTER SAYS THERES ALSO CUTE BOYS HER AGE WHOS ATTRACTED TO HER SHOES!!
Nice soy sauce
Nice shopping mall
Great mall many stores and food. Very clean.
Nice place to shop and eat good food.
Best mall ever...we go twice a month from Illinois
Lot of empty stores. Well maintained and clean for a mall. Not to many rowdy teens.
For the most part its a nice mall. But it is becoming a ghost town... Sad
Not as fun or alive as it use to be. Every time I go in there are less and less stores. Mall is dieing.
Good range of stores, definitely the best mall in Madison.
Much better than East Town Mall - not to mention there is a Dave and Buster's attached to it!
I think they have some great outlets for the ladies, and they have cheesecake Factory, which is like one of the best food joints in the city. The food court is good too, with variety of cuisines.Ideal for cheap eats
Mainly stopped in the food court which has lots of variety but has a lot of good stores too.
Was fun shopping in, would recommend bath and body works and journey but........... DO NOT EAT AT POTS AND TOTS!!!!! He swidles and make you think his food will taste really good and it's BAD! Made my mom sick and doesn't taste good!!!
Great selection of stores and food court
