Here we offer you the reviews of people who use the products of Fashion Outlets of Santa Fe (Mall) near New Mexico.
To this day the firm has a rating of 3.4 out of 5 and this score has been based on 701 reviews.
As you can see the average of ratings is average, neither too high nor too low, and it is founded on a high number of feddbacks, so we can be pretty sure that the evaluation is quite credible. If many people have bothered to leave their feddback when they are happy, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to put evaluations when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Mall is included in the category of Outlet mall.
Nice views
Used to be a great place when it first opened, very few stores now but good sales on name brand clothing and cookware
Great little shopping mall for what they have
The place seems death and there is only like 5 stores opened. Love Levi's and Eddie's Bauer though.
Was really empty and there are quite a few closed stores. They had two of the four stores still there when i went on this trip. On a plus, the people here are always super nice and beyond helpful.
Pretty sure this place is dead
I Like It! I have been coming here for years and even though some of the shops have changed I always find something unusual or pretty that's a great value. I especially like Brooks Brothers.
Would definitely be better if they had more stores it is very sparse but still worth going to Coach.
Love this outlet area wish more stores would come back
Polo Outlet is always great
Decent selection of stores and ice cream.
Great prices but only a few stores are actually there
The fashion outlet mall is on the far south side of town. It is one of three major malls in the Santa Fe area. It has a lot of new stores and great service.
I liked it very much!
The few times we have been here in the past years we got some nice things for great prices so had always looked forward to stopping in. However, this year a lot has changed. This mall is tiny and deserted. There was maybe three open stores in there... None we were interested in.
Nice shops, large clean public bathrooms.
Ghost town with almost no shops open, they seem quite expensive
You can find some really great deals on fine clothing, footwear, etc. Plenty of parking tho premises are a bit shabby. Could use some TLC and this would make a more pleasant shopping experience.
Nice staff. Good prices.
Seems like they were preparing for a bigger turnout. Did this place use to be cool? It was a ghost town.
Could use a few more stores & a snack bar, but still a great place to shop & save money. I visited Brooks Brothers & was well taken care of there by a professional staff.
Many stores have closed and it's just not really worth the stop anymore unless you know there is a store there in which you are interested. Check the listing before you go and know why you are dropping by.
Bought some jwans for $12. What a bargain!!
I came to the Fashion Outlet Mall in Santa Fe to go to the Levi store and the Nike store and found out the Nike store is closed. I did go to the Levi store and they have some pretty good prices but what's really weird is I found these Levi's for the same price at another store in Santa Fe....
Just dropping by for some long trip and found it kinda interesting place.
Bought the blue one
It's sad to see a place that was so alive and full of shops. Now it's like a ghost town. More than half the shops are closed. Most of the people that work there are not happy and don't care to give service. Better attitudes bring the customers back. So little left there it's hardly worth the effort.
There were very few shops actually open at the time we visited so not really worth the visit.
Great prices at the Coach outlet and Levi outlet. Too bad there’s only like 5 stores open there. The only food store there was great with excellent prices and quality service!!
It was like shopping in a ghost town. Maybe the time wasnt right but alot of stores are empty.
Easy to find everything u need. Especially liked the Levi outlet store
Visit the Hanes store and ask for Gabrielle, the best sales consultant there
I love the variety of stores. It's a mix of some of my faves! Nice for walking around a bit, shopping, and taking a break from the road.
It's empty, but the people are nice.
Misnamed!!! NOT an outlet mall!!!
I hope they find more users quickly or this place is a gonner.
Good stores but a lot of empty ones too.
Many stores are closed. The selection within the stores is the same at any other outlet. Best deals are when buying multiple items
Good prices but only a dozen stores remain
Such neat finds here!
Don't waste your time
Great shops. Also have public restrooms.
Nice place but a lot of stores are close. They need to open more stores.
There are very few stores open there. Eddie Bauer. Le Cruset, Ralph Lauren, Coach and Loft. I may have missed one or two others. Very depressing. Used to be very bustling.
A dead mall. Hopefully things will get better. Hardly any stores left.
Sad there's much left, if it wasn't for Guess I wouldn't even go
Go to merrel shoes
Sadly I did everything but beg every single store I went into if I could take pictures and every single store manager said no that they were worried about what CORPORATE would think. This mall is dying and they scratch their heads and wonder why. IT IS BECAUSE YOU ARE IN FEAR. I tried desparately to help you and you wont let me tell and/show with permission how pleased I was with each store. I always include many pictures but I WILL NOT DO THAT WITHOUT PERMISSION. So please talk to whatever corporate office runs this mall and allow these stores to PROMOTE themselves and I promise I will do my best to help you....but sadly in this review I can't help. I have never been to a group of businesses that are in so much fear. I have never experienced this at ANY other business in Santa Fe. Check out my other reviews....and I am trying to help this mall right now by WAKING THEM UP with this review!!!!!!!
Great deals on high end designer clothes, purses and cookware.
My sister, son and I came out here just to get away. I found the cutest Coach shoes and a few little things. The shoes were originally $350 and I got them on sale for $53. It is definitely worth a trip. The center was clean, bathrooms smelled and looked nice. Great experience.
Hardly anything there. Kind of sad.
Not dead, but on life support. It appears to me about 70% of the stores are empty.
A very nice outlet. . the stores are all entered separately from outdoors.& in the winter is cold going from one store to the other...
Good variety of stores.
Super sad that coming to the "outlets" only had maybe 5 stores open. To me it was creepy simply because it was so dead there.
It was like a ghost town. Alot of potential but no stores opened.
There is only like 5 or 6 stores here. The only half way good store is the as seen on the store the kitchen edition.
Used to stop here routinely. Unfortunately many of the shops are now closed.
I have not shopped in this area for many years. When I went back, more than 50% of the shops were closed. It seems like this place is really failing. I was just looking for a pair of shoes. But there is basically no shoes for sale. I did find a nice coach wallet for under $30. Which makes me think that coach is so cheap. But I’m so happy about my wallet.
It needs new management and more stores. Use to be much better
Ghost town. Not sure how they stay in business, with so few stores.
I used to love shopping for coach purses ND the matching wallets but lately I've been broke other then that i liked it alot
This used to be worth the trip from Albuquerque but not much left. Too many businesses closed. My main stop was the Nike outlet but they are gone also.
This outlet mall is slowly dying. It's sad to see it now, years later, remembering when all the stores were full and there were lots of people around. Even so, the stores that are left still have excellent sales and good service, especially the Eddie Bauer outlet.
Coach always has exciting sales
Seems to be dying. Very disappointing.
Really good shopping atmosphere and the location is good.... You can find lots of deals too
Very small mall with limited selection. I thought it was closed when we went because there were so few people there. Clean and well kept though.
Nice outlet mall, but almost all merchants are gone. The merchants that are there are very friendly and well stocked. Worth a stop to see what they have. They really need to get the shops filled up. How about getting local New Mexico microbreweries to fill up the empty spaces so that you can do a 'one stop shopping experience' to try local brews and sit outside on patio and hear live music, etc. This has been done in other parts of the country with great success.
The Eddie Bower store makes a stop worthwhile but the other stores are very nice... my only reservation is the few empty spaces in the mall.
Place is amazing trust me.
Unless you are born to shop the mall is a bit depressing. This collection of stores should offer some excitement, but mostly shows the slightly seedy side of corporate culture. That said, I still shop for sales there occasionally to keep within my budget. It's tempting to drop a star, but really, it's a matter of taste and finding affordable locally owned stores for these types of items is basically impossible. Remember the good old days when the big boxes weren't as big and good deals were a relatively common occurrence? No? Yeah, I'm old.
Adobe style outlet mall, beautiful architecture. Good deals.
Nice when we go on a trip
There’s only like 5 stores here lmao, I came from Albuquerque to shop here and this place is a joke
I only go in summer...due to going in n out of shops to the cold. Wish they would put a dome on top open top.
I'm so glad Guess is still here.. sadly most of the stores are gone now.
This is a dying mall. Most of the stores are vacant. I guess a plus is that it was not busy! I found some great deals on the stores that were there, but I expected more. I'm from out of town so I didn't know any better. Don't go here for a big shopping extravaganza.
Okay needs more outlets
Most stores are closed but still good place to shop
Very few stores in business there. Big waste of time...
Unfortunately almost empty but the levis store 8s well managed and the staff is very friendly
5stars to the Merrell shoe store. Great service and deal. Too bad a lot of stores have closed
No major retail stores left on the outlet compound except Guess, Levi and a few less major stores
There wasn't many stores, but everything was on sale. I just picked up tees, and jacket at the Livie store.
Half the stores are vacant. No crowds. Staff were attentive.
They look like they are shutting down, Wilson's leather is having a huge sale, worth the trip just for that
Nice variety of factory stores. If you don't find at the mall . You will find it at the outlet Mall
Close to my uncle's car
Good value shopping area.
I only go when it is Christmas season, because Coach and Guess. They closed my favorites stores there...
Where have all the outlets gone? Fashion Outlets is scarce on stores and dominated by expensive apparel, lacking real value. Sweet Santa Fe is the lone eatery.
Shops are closing... But still have good outlet shops. No place for having good lunch or coffee. ((
Not alot of stores
A favorite of mine in town. They keep adding more neat things.
This place was literally dead. They only had a few stores opened.
Clean but I remember their being more shops open last time I was there
This last time we went, we noticed there is many empty spots for business... Stores used to be there now they aren't there no more....
It used to be better. Lots of stores have closed here unfortunately. Can't believe the city is letting this happen. Great location, needs more stores here.
Most of the stores are not worth my time and the place almost feels like a ghost town every time I've been, but the Merrell shoe store is definitely worth the visit.
Very disappointed in this outlet mall. Not very many stores open as have been in the past.
Boring, most shops are shut down.
Always find bargains here !
There is very little stores and seemed that they were going to close soon when last visited. They had maybe 4 stores open, pretty run down location.
Even though the shops are few, the people are great! Nice to talk to, inviting and helpful!there is a variety of things to shop for from baby to kitchen items, clothes to shoes. The mall has a restaurant, the options are not extensive but is always good and filling.
Great
Was there only to do work for H&M.
Few stores are open in this facility, so selection is limited. Clothing stores have nothing for women over size 14 except for accessories like scarves, mittens, hats and purses.
Saddest example of outlets. Dont waste your time. The staff at Levi's is especially awful, I guess they're so used to never getting clientele that they forgot how to be friendly.
It seemed like this place was unusually empty, especially right before the holidays, but we had a great experience. We went into several little shops. I ended up buying things at The Loft outlet (which had a GREAT selection and awesome clearance) and the Famous Footwear outlet. The food court wasn't open, but the bathrooms were really nice and clean. Overall, 8.5/10 will go again.
Pretty much deserted. More than 75 percent of the stores are closed. Sad ......
Love this outlet mall! Never super busy and huge sales all the time!! My only request is that who ever owns the building lower the rent so more stores will get placed there!!
They are getting the fashion out!
It's basically a ghost town. No food choices, no entertainment and most of the good stores are gone. Lots of empty retail space. If you must travel for a coach bag its worth the drive, but its not a fun time. This place is dead.
Lovely little place sad that it looks like its empty. We stopped here on a potty break coming home from Colorado and ended up buying several things. Loved the Merrel and Hanes shops!!
Good place to shop. Some shops closed or vacant.
The Ralph Lauren polo store has great deals and selection of cotton clothes. Definitely worth the trip.
I used to love this place when it had a full house... I now only go for Eddie Bauer's and ice cream.. but still a fun place to stop and take a look you just never know and always pro supporting local businesses!
Not much left
Lots of stores to shop, not sure about the deals though
These are one of the cutest outlets. You eill love the feeling. And it is just so quiet.
Great place
Visited here for my first time. There was barley any stores open and it seems dead. But by the looks of it there is some renovation happening to the mall. Other than the lack of stores and it being really dead, service was really great from all stores.
No store hardly left. Waste of time.
Good stores, just not my taste and there weren't plenty of them, good to look around though
While they fashion Outlets of Santa Fe is a rather small outlet mall, the stores that are there are excellent and offer good values. Also while visiting Fashion Outlets of Santa Fe, be sure to check out the restaurant!
Have visited a number of times over a few years now... Usually a year or so between. As of 2018 the least available that I have seen. There seems to be less each time. The first time I would have given it a 5 as it was great deals and lots to choose from. now not so much. Needs more outlets and the deals could be better
Its a ok spot i guess hopefully the nike place is still up with good prices
Everything was closed and abandoned during out visit at the Fashion Outlets. It was honestly sad and depressing and with only a few stores. These stores weren't anything too special either. Hope this area is revived at some point because right now it was just ridiculous seeing it so dead.
It's still a very nice place to shop but allot of the businesses are moving else where
Excellent
I was able to get a new pair of Merrell hiking shoes that were perfect for me quickly and easily. Merrell has a well-run store there. My concern is with the mall as a whole. It has a lot of vacant store fronts and a nearly empty parking lot. It's high season in Santa Fe. I would expect to see more traffic.
A lot of empty stories kind of sad
Generic. Over priced, nothing of interest and out of fashion was my first thought. I'll have to spend more time and really look around for a better perspective
A great putlet mall in santa fe lots of vendors and a nice outdoor walk. Its a drive but a very relaxing one
Great place for jeans and underwear. GH
This place is like a very dry desert do not go here.
It was okay personally I didn't find anything I really liked but it's a nice place to just walk and look around
Mostly empty.
There were only about 5 stores open...
This place was dead. A sad reminiscent of the past. Sadly, I was hoping they're would be more stores but everything is closed. Avoid, and keep down the 14 to Albuquerque. It's a better shopping experience.
Stop By- ITS GREAT FASHION
It's quite sad how under used and empty this place feels. They should turn it into something fun like a restaurant mall.
Lots of nice things
I'm sure at one point in time this was an amazing shopping center but it was sad to see only a handful of stores that were still open.
The best store here is the Polo Factory. Excellent location just needs better stores!
This place is so weird and needs to be featured in a Dead Mall YouTube series. Bathroom area is very a e s t h e t i c. But they have a Tesla charger!
Surely the success and sustainability of this Mall rests heavily on the Ralph Lauren - Polo store; great experience with an awesome and attentive staff - 5 Stars!! Unfortunately, closure of this Mall location and all of its stores is impending and inevitable. Only worth the visit if you are a Lo-Head. **2 L's Up - BKNYC**
So many empty shops, it's really sad to call this an outlet mall
This is an interesting outlet Center as it is an open air mall. A large parking lot is available and there are approximately 30 stores. Often, they have numerous stores which offer incredible sales and clearance prices. They're located on the outskirts of Santa Fe and near major surface streets, as well as Interstate 25.
Clean mall near the Interstate 25 with a smaller but solid selection of shops. Good eatery and spotless restroom.
Get your deals here.
This fashion outlet has little to choose from based on numbers of stores to visit. Prices are a little higher than like Macys n JC Penny. The Levi store is a bit pricey, you can buy the same clothes at Macys at a cheaper price.
Merrell Shoe Store has a good selection and excellent customer service
There is hardly any activity at all. I guess Amazon really is taking over everything.
Just a few stores but top!
Good place for bargains
awsome they have plenty of jeans for the whole family
