This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
Malls are dying for good reason
Great place to spend money
Very quiet place now that most stores are leaving.....
Love shopping there
Typical small town mall. Really needs something to attract people. But it's generally clean and it does have some really great artwork
Not many stores left in the mall.
Was over priced and food was below par
Small but good
Kalispell Mall has some neat shops, good coffee Baristas, and some decent food.
Great place to shop, waiting to see what new store will go in next
For Kalispell this is a decent little mall. Not too crowded and continues to improve. Needs more local shops.
VERY NICE SMALL COMMUNITY MALL. VARIED CHOICE OF STORES ALSO CLEAN.
Not many stores. They have a cool community chess board on the floor though!
Awesome security and maintenance team. The mall manager Ashley was such a delight. I am worried now that Ashley has moved on what will become of the mall. Hopefully the owner Eric can work some deals to get empty store fronts filled. Otherwise we will loose this mall. Spam/call Eric Peterson with ideas of you don’t want this mall to fail
Good very friendly,.
No real food court and most of the spaces are empty :(
The old mall is nice for the community.
Convenient to motel. Lots of variety in mall.
Great place could use more stores
Lame mall and grouchy workers. Herburgers shut down. Pretzel maker and JCPenny are the only worthwhile stores right now
The ladies here were very helpful and help me find the things my wife would like and there were lots to choose from and lots of sales
Found what we were looking for
Disappointed - a lot of closed stores.Very quiet.
There are some really cool stores to see in the mall, but overall its prices are too high and there are many places up for rent. Half the parkinglot is taken up by a big empty building. You're definitely better off to walk down main st. And go to all the little shops there.
Small select of stores. JCPenney's is about the main store now
Drove right by. Did not have nothing I wanted.
Not much in the mall, but a few nice shops.
Went to bath and body works the other day got a great deal. Come in and check it out.
Needs better and more stores. Really small.
Great lunch at the Soda Fountain!
Nice mall with a good choice of stores.
Best frappes around . Super nice staff.
Kinda small but clean friendly stores.
Like going there. Good parking
Good selection for all ages. Solid food choices. Do need a gaming/toy store.
Okay place convenience was awesome being I was staying at the Red Lion
Smaller mall with good stores. Also has red lion hotel and magic diamond casino
At home feeling Calmest mall I've ever been in Yet...great selection of stores
Friendly staff! Very yummy Pho! Good menu selection...
Kinda empty
Barely even a mall.
I love this place! I work in the mall and go here often, Megan is my absolute favorite barista!!!!! Always polite perfect service and she knows just what I like. Would highly recommend
Nice place to get some air conditioning on you☺it has decent shopping and food vendors! Cool place to go hang out!
Decent sized mall with a few nice stores to choose from. The Payless Shoe Source cashier is really nice and so is the guy in the Anime store. Nice selection of food vendors if you want something while you're there. VERY SMALL not much room to walk around especially if it's busy, so I would recommend going there early on a slow day. Nice little convention center where people sit and hang out it's perfect for if you want to get away from all the people in the mall and just hang out for a minute and decompress if you're stuck there for a while with others.
I like to shop in the JC Penney store there. Great service, great prices and lots to choose from. Also love to browse the mall.
This little mall is still hanging on! A lot of stores have left, but there is Bath and Body Works and who doesn’t love buying cards at Hallmark?!
I feel bad for the business's still in the mall as it needs a much needed face lift to draw some more business to make it an all round good shopping experience. Not many stores to choose from but 1 positive thing I can say is that all the staff we dealt with were super pleasant and happy to help you.
Not much to do and not very many brands or shops.
It's okay. Nothing too special.
Lame. Dead and rotting. Not like it was. With Herbergers closing, it has next to nothing.
Haha chess here is really fun!
Losing herbergers hope we get a better mall someday
Easily accessible but the hallway to the bathrooms it kinda creepy. I don't feel very confident to walk down the hallway. There are no visible security cameras. I feel like someone could jump out at you at any moment.
Has seen better days. There were a few good shops. The JC Penney in particular was excellent.
There really isn't much at the Kalispell Center Mall anymore. Most of the stores are vacant, and the ones that are there are all overpriced clothing stores.
Need new Pistons to go in there it's like going to a cemetery
Small fun mall
Wish they had another department store in the mall.
This is a small Mall. There are, currently, some open shop areas available. The shops that are here are worth exploring.
Small place to see. What stores are left are serving the community and town.
A few different shops to go to as well as several different places to grab something to sit down and eat as you take a break from shopping !
They've been losing stores recently and there's half of it that's completely empty.
Unfortunately the mall has seen "better days!" It was such a great place to shop in the '80s!!! It certainly still overs an average shopping experience and, one can usually find what they are looking for, it just isn't a great experience. Also, several shops "come and go!" Not sure why it's that way?? Maybe folks have "changed" their shopping habits, say, from enjoying "shopping" to running in, grabbing what we need and leaving! No more browsing nor even "window shopping!" It used to be such an enjoyable place to spend a morning or afternoon...
A small but appreciated mall. Great, well-known stores!
Did not buy anything. No one there. Very quiet.
Various shopping centers, a few good places to get food. Great if you're in historic downtown area, without vehicle, lacks excitement.
Nice mall.. I wish we could get more stores in there.
Nice hang out spot.
A lot of stores but not all open at the same time.
Seemed old, empty stores and Jcpenney very dated. Also lacked associates to assist customers
A dying mall. Recently on Saturdays the Mall has allowed vendors to "rent" space in the middle to sell homemade or other items. That is great except the cost is so high everyone loses money except the mall of course. SUCH GREED. Why not invite them and charge a percentage of sales made. Since the mall is dying, it could be a win win situation.
Feels like it's past its prime.
They have a wide variety of shops and a cute wishing stream but the bathrooms and some of the shops are hard to find
I moved to kalispell about 6 years ago I was so excited because I was like woah there is a mall here because I come from a small town called plains and u have to drive 2 hrs to get to a mall I went there a few times and they had a few stores I like and some I never heard of such as go calendars and games and when I first moved here there was a twisted bliss in the mall and I used to go to dairy Queen in the mall all the time but they have since taken that out and no longer have go calendars and games one of my favorite stores they no longer have rue 21 and herbergers is in the processing of closing right now like when r we going to get real stores here like they would bring in more revenue if they had a hot topic or Spencers or like red Robin and stuff in our mall all we have in there now is a hallmark bath and body Works claires foxy nails an anime store jcp with a new sephora in it but not much variety I like to think Kalispell is big enough for better stores because it is getting progressively bigger since I have lived here and 90% of the mall is just empty stores in it why don't the new company's buy them and utilize the new openings
Pretty run down mall with some stores that you wouldn't ever go to.
A great place to shop.
Some shops looking empty worries me as a sign of struggle for this shopping centre that I visited several times in past 10 years when we visited Montana.
This place sucked. Most of the stores were closed.
I would say it doesn't have enough businesses to be even considered a mall. Most places closed. Look like a going out of business mall
Super clean and friendly
Great deals were found here! I got a $260 coat for only $30 and some other great deals were found here, too!
So this place is cool, needs more stores though.
Great mall, fits small town atmosphere while still having a lot of shopping to offer.
The mall is surprisingly nice. Obviously it's going to be a little on the smaller side, Kalispell isn't New York City. Love the anime store.
Good mall sometimes there are wierd teens flipping over tables to get bouncy balls
They very disappointed me this year for Halloween they had no spirit this year all the kids were really sad today I mean come on hope it gets shut down soon
Not much in there anymore. I question how much longer it will be open.
There food is amazing and they have my favorite stories to shop in!!!
They have music every Saturday.
There is not a wide variety of stores to shop at and most of them tend to be expensive, or at least out of my price range. There are a few stores that I do love to shop at and the mall is a fun place around the holidays, especially Christmas
Where you have to go for driving license
Not like it was 20 years ago almost really need retro arcades there !!!!
The stores are few and in between. Need a big box store.
Mostly empty, only went in here for LensCrafters.
New toy store opening soon. And the roasted almonds back for christmas. Not much left in this mall. Try a gyro yum!
Honestly, this place is kinda ugly on the outside and a bit crammed on the inside. Seemed like I was at a thrift shop. The people were nice and I knew I was in a small town.
It's cute that's it
Good prices
It's a quant mall but not a good assortment of stores or restaurants in the food court! The employees are nice and helpful.
Nice mall pretty small
Not enough stores to buy things from!!!
Not worth going to, no shopping but JC Penney
I did not go there
This isn't your big city mall. It's nice. It's clean. It's hometown courtesy is felt throughout. On weekends they even bring in some local craftsman and vendors. Just before school starts back up they stage/host a fashion show for school bound kids to showcase the outfits available from the many stores of the mall. Kuddos to the mall and the great stores that help make it happen!
Good variety of smaller stores and services.
It seems like every time I visit the mall another store has closed - Borders, DQ, Herbergers, that rock shop, Rue 21, JC Penny barely made it thanks to Sephora. I hope something happens to liven the place back up. The shops that are still there are all great.
Decent mall but very expensive
Was fine cool and shopping was nice
Not as nice of a mall as others and there isn’t as many shops here as there used to be it seems like but I haven’t ever had a bad experience here. The mall is in a convenient location
The mall itself is very nice....I am just angry that they haven't replaced Herberger's yet. It is detrimental to the rest of the shops who are trying to hang on. What is going on Kalispell?
It is a wonderful place. But, I wish that Rue 21 was still opened.
Didn't stay here went for a meeting or luncheon in one of their conference rooms. The staff greeted me when I walked in and were very helpful in giving directions to the conference room for my function. The staff that served our luncheon was very courteous as well.
Thank you for letting the Kalispell Seniors wrap Christmas gifts. Great fund raiser.
Great shopping, but beware of the bears
Always pleased with the selection of the stores
Can't find clothes that fit my tall son.
I love shopping here because there's hardly lots of people. I also love to walk here during winter time. Sadly there are few people that visit this place and prompted few businesses to close.
I hate the mall sooo my opinion here does not matter
The stores that they do have are nice, but there is quite a bit of unrented, empty stores that they could rent out to make the mall seem less empty and give customers more options.
This is a nice clean small mall. The two big stores are JCPenney's and Herbergers. It is safe and it has several food court restaurants as well
I don't understand why the city is growing and there is not a Macy's or another major department store besides J. C. Penney.
Great mall lots of store and restaurant options
Nice quaint little mall with a nice selection of stores. Pretzel Maker is my MUST HAVE treat every trip for as long as it's been here.
Hallmark is an awesome place to get calendars, lithograph's,and Dragon scalpturs. And the ladies that work their are butifule and friendly.
It's pretty dead these days there's not much in here now that herberger's are gone
Not much for stores in this mall. Their major store (Herbergers) has closed out leaving J.C. Penny as the main store. Not sure what will go in, but definitely leaves not much for shopping.
The selection of stores leaves something to be desired. More than 5 stores would be amazing, and the types of stores here, I didn't even know a lot of them were still in business.
Small group of stores
Great variety of stores
A typical shopping mall. Nice and clean.
This mall is empty, only has about 5 stores. Not worth going in.
Great selection of places and hardly a soul inside!! Not open as late as one might wish though.
Was one of the original Central shopping locations of Kalispell it hosts a number of trendy rather expensive shops and eateries it's a nice place to stroll with some friends or get a little bite to eat but prices are a greater because they have to compensate for the cost of their location however much of the shopping district in Kalispell has migrated North
Not really a mall has a few expensive shops n that's it.
Empty no shops
Well this mall is sad, it was once a place you could go and have fun with your friends and hangout there all day and never get bored. Now when you walk in you go to 3 places and your bored and wanting. But hey its a mall in a smallish town what do you expect.
Many businesses to go to and have fun with family. Wish they still had Dairy Queen in the mall. This might be Dairy Queen's decision.
Not many stores anymore.
If customer service had of been better, they would have received a 5 Star.
For a state that hates Californians they sure do sport the Santa Cruz skating brand. In case you do not know this little fact, Santa Cruz is actually a town in California. The mall was empty and small. But had some good store, not sure how it is even open being how not busy it was. Wasn’t bad I guess.
The pretzel makers have really good food, and JCPENNEY has really good sales and deals.
Nice little shopping mall. Excellent access to every store and the Red Lion Hotel.
Not worth your time. Junk stores
This mall is kind of hindden but it sure is a gem. They have various businesses and there is also a hotel next door and a casino. Very entertaining
If Missoula is an option I'd go there instead. The Kalispell mall is ok if it's your only option. The good stores close down or move to a cheaper location do to the insane cost to lease. The Buckle is the only reason I go in there anymore. The management of the building need to make some serious changes.
This place is a ghost town!
Small town Montana mall, need I say more?
Very clean nice place to shop
Sad,lonely place to shop. Shops are closing or closed. On the good side....GREAT PARKING!
Great selection
This place is dead. All the time. Its unfortunate, but a lack of good stores, and a decor that is still old and dungeon-y feeling contributes to its slow painful death.
Tinny, if you like JC pennies then your in luck because that is the only big name store that is staying, herbergers (the only other big store) is closing very small. Dissapointed
Hardly any businesses in here anymore. I miss the old lively mall.
Great stores
Kalispell Center Mall is unfortunately dying off slowly. The mall used to be packed with stores and places to eat in the mid 90's. It was a great place to hang out, shop, meet people and eat. Still a very clean place but businesses are leaving. Kalispell is pushing out north while downtown dies. Internet shopping has taken it's toll too. The Gateway West Mall in Kalispell eventually shut down due to the Kalispell Center Mall, but different offices eventually moved in there. With the closing of Herbergers now and rumor of JC Penney closing in the next year, it feels like nothing will save the Center Mall from closing it's doors. Hopefully something will revitalize downtown Kalispell
Now this mall has easy acces and I love the pull in diagonal parking, it also clean inside...it has just enough stores, Im surprised it's slowing down , than getting bigger like uptown.....It's never too busy, so shopping here is easy. ..
Nice mall but usually has empty store fronts. Wish they had shopping carts for use throughout mall so people don't have to take Herberger's. They sponsor many special events.
Too many stores closing. Love Herbergers and JCPenney. Just closed down Rue 21, bummer for inexpensive clothing for stylish clothing
